INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Axis, or also known as the Santiago Cooperation Pact (SCP),
This is a military alliance founded in the city of Santiago de Cuscatlan in El Cuscatlan by the five founding members; El Cuscatlan, Aeyariss, Asigna, Azilal and Korateiro, in strategic partnership with the Martinezist Imperial League, for our one ultimate goal; the annihilation of communism from the face of the Earth.
We exist to create a unified front in the ongoing crusade against communist bloc, to resume the fight left off by others or those who failed, onlyy this time we will be successful. We strifes to put an end to the expansionist communist horde which for so long had been left to expand unchecked, to grow in numbers and strength that now they threaten the entire free world of NationStates, thus must be contained or destroyed in order to preserve the balance of power in the international system and to maintain our way of life, our freedom, liberty and above all our sovereignty.
If you and your country share the same stance toward communism, and believes that you can contribute to our cause, and dare to embark on a dangerous journey, to spill blood for our band of nations, feel free to apply for membership. Fight with us! Or stay the clear of our path!

RULES AND REGULATIONS
- 1. TL;DR: We're an alliance that hunts and kills communist (and other sort jingoistic warmonger & those we don't like).
2. If you are not a member do not, repeat, DO NOT post here. All non members posts are considered as spam and will be treated as such. This includes tagging of any kind.
3.This is not a chat thread or Forum 7, all unrelated postings to our cause will be considered spam and will be treated as such.
4. You may apply for membership, and your approval will be decided collectively by the Founders Council, but we reserve the rights to not accept your application. All non Founding members will start as a Trial Member for period of time. Once accepted, you can withdraw at any time you wish, and you and your authorized alternate accounts (puppets) are free to participate in this thread. (Exception of course if you're applying).
5. We value loyalty and active participation, we don't need inactive free rider, and if you are one, we will not hesitate to boot you out. So think twice before applying.
6. We also appreciate good roleplayer with good military knowledge and able to work with others. So if you prefer military realism RP feel free to apply for membership. We don't need immature-lone wolf style-hot headed-pre-adolescence teenagers or people with Internet Tough Guy syndrome.
7. When conducting role play, we play by our rules; we choose whether we wish to RP or not, and we mostly strifes for excellent, good quality RP instead of horrible one liners.
8. Disclaimer: This is merely a game. Our actions in here are based on anti-communist persona, but our action does not necessarily reflects our RL views If you can't handle or out actions is deemed hazardous to your health and well being; then stay out from our path.
9. All existing NS Forum rules shall applies at all times, without any failure.

HISTORY OVERVIEW
The history of Santiago Cooperation Pact (SCP) can traced its root from the previous Generation I of Axis Alliance, which was known as the Cebu Cooperation Pact (CCP), was was active from March 2014 until its temporary inactivation and eventual dissolution on May 28th 2014. Since then several Axis 'spin off' created by former members of Axis Generation I had attempted to emulate Axis Generation I despite having different policies, two of the most prominent was the International Capitalist Coalition and the Central Powers, and to lesser extend the Pacific Economic and Defense Coalition.
However, the continual threat from other communist organizations had inspired the core leaders of Axis Generation into reforging the Axis, and this time the concept of Santiago Cooperation Pact, also known as Axis Generation II has finally been realized on July 08th 2014, and since then Axis Alliance has continue in its struggle to combat communist forces, and strifes to create a stronger, and better Axis community. Today, we are both an In Character military alliance and an Out Of Character exclusive roleplaying community.
VISION AND MISSION
Here in the Santiago Cooperation Pact, or the Axis Alliance, it is our mission and vision as a roleplaying community to:
- Create, sustain and expand an exclusive role playing community that strives to achieve high quality roleplay in NationStates that are based on a good degree of military realism. In order to achieve that we limit our membership only to good (or acceptable), mature and knowledgeable roleplayers. Though we generally do accept new members with good potentials.
- Promote military realism and high quality Roleplay in NationStates. We are trying to become the best roleplayer in NationStates, therefore each and everyone of us will strifes to improves our own roleplaying qualities, and engaged only in good quality thread, preferably those that can be considered as 'literate RP', 'light novel' RP, or something similar to those.
- Combat all form of"Communism" In Character as long as the roleplays Axis participates in is in line with our fundamentals mission and vision (see above). Just because we claim to "hunt and kill" communist forces in NS doesn't mean we're engaging in every single roleplay. Axis will only participate in good quality threads with pre-planned rules or parameters, and also those that are devoid of OOC commentaries, single liners, or worst, metagamer and godmodder.
AXIS ALLIANCE ROLEPLAY POLICIES
If you wish to participate in our thread or planning to involve the Axis in a military roleplay, please take notice of the following policies:1. Axis as a roleplaying community reserve the right to not engage in a role play that we deem unsuitable for us.
2. Axis as a roleplaying community do not tolerate random declaration of war without proper planning or background stories, doing so will only end up being ignored by our organization.
3. Axis as an In Character military alliance do not adhere to NS stats, or other form of calculators. It is our policies to roleplay based on a realistic number of populations; military personnel and other form of military realism. (The highest maximum population we are willing to accept or tolerate is slightly above 1 billion per nation or about 5-7 million Modern Tech military depending in context).
4. Standard Rules of Engagement for inter alliance warfare is ‘1 vs 1’ concept. This applies for Axis official roleplays, however if we participate in roleplays initiated by other players/nations this policy shall be determine after considering the nature and context of the said roleplay.
5. Most official roleplays initiated or participated by the Axis as a whole shall be considered canon unless stated or declared otherwise.
6. Axis members promoted or personal Roleplays does not necessarily represent the views of the Axis or considered as part of our official ‘canon’ universe.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION ("Axis For Dummies")
Q: Can I post here if I am not a member?
No. But ask nicely we may consider it. If you a player wishing to apply, then you're allowed to post the application.
Q: What kind of Alliance is the Axis?
We are officially an anti-communist military alliance; that's our IC function. OOC-ly we are an exclusive group of roleplayer community who likes good quality RP.
Q: What are the membership criteria?

Q: Is the Axis is a fascist organization?
Officially we are a center-right organization.
Q: How come you guys don't accept Observers?
Observers can simply 'bookmark' our thread using the Forum options. We limit our memberships to full and trial members because of security reason, as in the past observers are free to participate in our chatroom and join summit, we're not doing that anymore. Unless you have special clearance.
Q: Where is the registrations form?

Q: This thread is too complicated and TL;DR, can't you make it simple like the rest?
This is the simplest we can. If it's too TL;DR perhaps you should take more time to go through our pages. It's complicated because we want to present a good quality thread for our organization.
Q: How long does it takes for my application to be reviewed?
Initial processing time is 24-48 hours. Final decisions between 2-7 days, and depending on the availability of time and mood of the Founders. (Sometimes we're just too busy). If you feel it is taking too long, perhaps we have missed or forgotten that so do fire a TG and remind us.
