Well, I can't attend under UL and I have no ties to any of the other parties, so that leaves me at an impasse.

The only thing I can do is RP being an observer, which might work, but I'm not sure what I'd have to do.

I had to go off and do something.

I'm going to be (while at school tomorrow) research various alliances a little better, maybe get a general opinion of the UL from them, before writing relations.
