The "Founding Four" are the creators of The OAN. They are the leaders of Jazakstan, Asigna, Aeyariss and Curvgfann. They have the final say on all affairs regarding the alliance.

About: Alexandr Modya is the current "Supreme Leader of The Jazak People and Defender of The Motherland". He took this position after his father and former Jazak Supreme Leader, Boris Yulantisin, died in a nuclear attack upon Jazakstan.

Alexandr was born in the Famisk region of Jazakstan and grew up heavily influenced by The Jazak Supreme Party. His mother, Yolanda Modya, commited suicide when Alexandr was a mere 6 years old. Ever since he became The Supreme Leader, the Jazak economy grew the fastest it ever has since 1967 and it's military is at it's largest it's ever been in history. Alexandr had met with ex-Axis leaders after the dissolution of The Order of Enlightened Nations to discuss creating a new alliance which would see the minds of Axis and The OEN combined. After many talks he, along with the other 3 founders declared the creation of The Order of Axis Nations. He has also been a key member in the establishment of The Union of Armed States and is the creator of the "Triangle of Revolution" which unites both The OAN and The UAS in a common cause.

About: Fannula Vantarn was born to a poor family in the small town of Narhangd near Curvgfann. His parents were workers as the Xelen Dynasty was currently controlling the Turvan Empire that had been conquered all those decades ago. At the age of 10, he was sent into the CLD (Child Labor Division), where he was split away from his parents to work in the mines. When he was 13, he learned his family was slaughtered by Xelen soldiers for "sport". Then, when he turned 21, a rebellion had began in Curvgfann, which grew heavily, spawning other rebellions in the country. He joined the rebels due to Xelens horrible treatment to their own people. Soon, the Xelen Dynasty collapsed, and the rebels became an independent country.

The rest of his life he was renowned as a veteran of the Curvgfann Revolution, and was quite rich and famous. The current president, Kanagva Uaharsh was dying, and so, he put his leadership to Fannula. Soon after this, the nation was invited to OEN. They remained in that alliance for a short time before it had collapsed by a rival alliance, the UL. But even after this, Fannula, and the other leaders of the other nations formed the OAN, the Order of Axis Nations. Today he leads the country in multiple wars, but has never let his people down.
