OOC: It's just the resolution. It's like in the UN saying "all countries must pass this important resolution on human rights" it's just a way to persuade people but you obviously can vote either way without any regret.

The Constitutional Empire of Wagondia César Emilio Solidarity Move for The Democratic Republic of Baggnagia [Resolution 13] This Resolution moves to support the democratic cause of the Baggnagia in their fight to reclaim the separatist-controlled areas of the 'Southern Flank' region I. The nations of the International Freedom Alliance hereby officially stand with the government forces of Baggnagia against the socialist separatist groups that have been waging war for many months now in their southern territories, in response to a plea for help on behalf of the Baggnagian government [see below] "the President, with support from the Parliament, the Command of the Armed Forces of Baggnagia, as well as every major sector in the country’s government, has officially announced plans to address the International Freedom Alliance (IFA) in a request for multinational intervention in the war. The government wants to appeal for the military organization’s assistance in combat operations against the separatist forces in the region, as well as help in the evacuation of all civilians out of the recaptured areas. The combined efforts and overwhelming allied power would lead to the eventual regaining of control over the south of the country" ~Baggnagian Media II. Having affirmed our collective support, those nations willing to commit troops to an International Freedom Alliance Assistance Mission in Baggnagia [IFAAMIB] shall help to open up a new front against the rebels (currently numbering between 15-20,000 armed personnel), to liberate the Southern Flank. While it is recommended that IFA nations assist this mission in order to promote regional stability, stem civilian slaughters perpetrated by the separatists, and defend the freedoms of the people of Baggnagia, this mission will not be using any equipment of the IFA RRF, as Baggnagia is not an IFA member state, nor is it a mandatory obligation of RRF contributors to participate in or supply this operation.
