Bosri nods sadly.

"I'm afraid I do not know. I just heard it myself too. Wei may find something out during the night, he's contacting all sort of people."

Danielle turned around and tapped Bosri on the shoulder.

"That man, the King of Untadroight? Does he always dress like a criminal or just today?"

Bosri's mouth curled up for a second, but he tried getting the stern look on his face again, which he succeeded in.

"Danielle, let's try to use our social filter."
Positive: EU, Catalan Independence, Scottish Independence, Brabant Autonomy, Hezbollah, Fatah, Iran, Lebanon, LGB-Rights, Religion, Secularism, Kemalism, Facism
Neutral: The rights of T's, UN, Hamas, Capitalism, Socialism, Assad

Finally, the limousine pulls up at the Grand Estate, and Queen Aeraya and Prince Abano step out, looking at the towering building.

Abano whistles, utterly amazed. "Wow. What a beautiful place. Perhaps this won't be so bad a Ball. Indeed, I can see it being fun."

Aeraya smiled, proud her son was finally enjoying himself and not being pessimistic. "Good, Abano. Perhaps your friend, well, as much of a friendship is possible, Prince Wei will be here."

Abano nodded, and began walking up to the door with his mother, before opening the door for her. The Acaz Family had entered the Charity Ball.

Aradoria wrote:Two limos arrive at Arcadan national airport to pick up King Alex I and Praeceptor William and take them to the Charity Ball.

At the Estate people are having a great time meeting new people, eating the good food, and dancing.

Williams stepped out of the Limo along with his two escorts and admired the outside architecture of the estate. The European style was very attractive to him since he had little experience being in proximity to such architecture. After admiring the outside for some time he entered the ballroom.

Sheng China wrote:
El Cuscatlan wrote:"Thank you" smiled the General Fidel Aliva " I won' t say how much I am willing to be here. Only people who are helping others for public show do this. People with really good heart just do it, without speaking loudly about it"

Prince Wei chuckles softly, "I do have to agree with you on that, sir. I experience the same when I hold gallas in my nation among the nobility. They are happy to come and show their faces, but when it comes to the true work they are very far from it. Though I am happy to extract the necessary funds from them to help those that "just do it" and helping the affected."

"I come here to bring greater awareness to the event in not only my country but to the world as well. To gain those people on the ground and pull the funds from the tightfisted and shallow." Prince Wei takes a long sip of his champagne. "I would myself just go and help them with my own hands, but I would receive quite the tongue lashing from the Grand Empress, my mother." Prince Wei chuckles.

Alexandr Land wrote:
" Well this is a bottle of Rakı, an unsweetened, anise-flavored alcoholic drink. It is served as apéritif. Alcoholic volume of this bottle is 43%.
This is not a big bottle. Only 0.5 litres. For your royal family party, this is the right drink! "

Prince Wei smiles at the King's gift. "Oh my, what a wondrous gift. I have heard many tales of the potency of Raki. We shall enjoy it immensely. Thank you greatly, your Majesty. I shall have to return the favor in full one of these days." The Prince thinks amount before Guo Jian whispers into his ear softly. "Oh your right, Jian." The Prince turns back to the King, "You must try some
Wǔliángyè
. It is a very strong drink in Sheng and the origins of it are ancient even by Chinese standards. It's a 52%. I've yet to try it myself because of its strength, but I must assume you would enjoy it well. I shall have to bring you a bottle when I see you again."

Papait wrote:The President watches aliva walk away, and is almost inticed to confront the man on his rudeness, but holds himself in.
That same moment Wei Long approaches with a stern look on his face and whispers something into the President's ear.

"I see." He says. "Danielle, come with me. Wei, contact Arfeni, he's running the house right now. And get the Gizli on top of this."

He walked towards Prince Wei and King Alex.

"I don't wish to intrude, but I have some bad news."

He scrapes his throat.

"Former Chancellor of Argent, Dimitrie Sturdza, has been brutally murdered. His body has been found floating in an Awasian River."
Alexandr Land wrote:King Alex I. with a shocked voice says " This is very bad. May he rest in peace. And shall we go silent for a minute to honor him? "

Prince Wei gasps in surprise from President Bosri's news. "Sturdza? M-murdered? Brutally? By the heaven's who would do that to him?"

"This is most foreboding. I do not like it. Last I heard he was on the hunt for the Phantom of the Ukraine, or whatever they call him, whoever killed the previous Consul. I hope it isn't connected. Or it might be better that it is. Rather than some malicious maniac. Not that the Phantom already isn't." Guo Jian speaks up listening to the disturbing news and looking at his own personal device for the updates.

Listening to King Alex, Wei nods his head. "A moment of silence is indeed called for I say." He bows his head quietly allowing a moment of grievance between the three leaders.
Untaroicht wrote:Eztlizuma and his Saint bodyguard arrived shortly before the trumpets were called. As he entered the reception hall, the first thing he headed for was the refreshment bar.

From his leather vest, he retrieved what appeared to be a child's flip-flop sandal and submerged it into a nearby punch bowl. After he pulled it out, he emptied a miniature, clear bottle of liquid in it, shook it a few times and put it back in his vest.

"This should get me through the boring parts..." Eztlizuma muttered to himself, as he removed a tequila worm from the now empty bottle, then ordered a saint to quickly dispose of it.

After listening to the grand duchess, he would try and introduce himself to the Crown Prince Wei, and later, Queen Aeraya and her son, seeking to find new allies in the world stage.

Guo Jian notices the approach of another dignitary as the Prince speaks with the King and President. "That would be..." He speaks quitely to himself as he looks at his personal device again. "Ah, I thought so." He says after finding the man's identity.

Jian pulls on the Prince's robe sleeve again to gain his attention. When Prince Wei leans his head to the side, Jian softly whispers, "King Eztlizuma Kuropatkin, approaches, your highness."

Prince Wei looks up to see the approaching man. "Hmm, thank you Jian." He whispers back.

He noticed many... interesting, individuals among the familiar world leaders. The most interesting being the King of Untaroicht whom he noticed dip a...Sandal? Into the punch bowl.

PW: *Turns to escort* Remind me NOT to drink from the punch bowl.

This earned a chuckle from the usually stoic guard. The sight of the two soldiers must have been a little intimidating to some nearby guests, seeing as the soldiers were a towering 7ft tall. Nevertheless, Williams began to approach Prince Wei at the same time as the Untaroicht King.

PW: *Whisper* This should be interesting...

Eztlizuma approached Crown Prince Wei and bowed in the traditional aztec style, with two Saint bodyguards next to him.

"Niltze, Huey Tlatoani Wei of Sheng China! I am The Right Blessed King Eztlizuma Kuropatkin The Lionheart of The Holy Autocratic Kingdom of Untaroicht, but you can just call me Eztilzuma to spare your tongue the trouble. It is an honor to meet you." Eztlizuma offered to shake hands with the crown prince.

Prince Wei turns about to see King Eztlizuma. He is taken aback by the King's attire to point he himself takes a small gasp. It's informality and odd nature. The exact opposite of the Prince's floor length and tight waist golden hanfu robe. Guo Jian remaining close next to the Prince, to the point they can feel body heat, keeps a close and skeptical eye on the oddly dressed and outrageous King.

Like with General Aliva, the Prince is hesitant at first to shake the King's hand. But he must not appear rude. Prince Wei extends his hand and shakes the King's hand firmly.

"Xie xie! Nin hao, Untaroicht guowang. (Thank you! Greetings, King of Untaroicht.) This humble Prince is elated to meet a man of your...report." He smiles warmly to the King. "What brings your majesty so far from home to visit this charity? You must care a great deal with the common people."

Eztlizuma smiled, he could tell he was turning some heads with his almost biker-like apparel.

"Indeed I do. I was actually raised far away from my real parents in a lower-middle class boarding school in The Aspari Syndacite, not even knowing I was royalty for most of my life, so I often feel more welcome around average citizens then aristocrats. Besides, unlike most, my fascist monarchy was put into power through a popular revolution that ended over 200 years of confederal democracy, and it is important for a ruler to reflect his loyalty and connection to his people in all things, at least in Untaroicht."

When asked why he came here, Eztilzuma began to tell a short tale: "I have come to this event in light of a recent tragedy that stuck my nation: before I took the throne, My father was recently assassinated, leaving me the sole leader of the Untaroichii Autocracy, and furthermore, I had to prove my leadership abilities in blood: Over 17 million had unfortunately died in the defense of my homeland after a invasion attempt from a rival communist nation that happened shortly after I took power. Though we were victorious, little was accomplished, the map of the warzone didn't change at all, and the death toll was staggering."

He continued, "During this conflict, I hate to say that biological weapons were frequently used in the fighting, such as weaponized bubonic plague, anthrax, and ebola.

Many of my innocent civilians suffered due to these weapons, and that is the main reason I am here: I wish to donate a considerable amount of money to the organization holding this, so that it may be used for the treatment of victims of biological warfare and bioterrorism all around the world, and the development of cures to weaponized viruses."

Queen Aeraya and Prince Abano looked over the crowd of gathered celebrities and world dignitaries. Having different tastes, the two decided to split up and conversate on their own.

Queen Aeraya

She looked around, looking for someone to talk to. It was not often she went out to parties, but felt she had to go, due to her support for the cure and for Aradoria.

After some looking around, and careful checking of who was in what kind of world conflict, Aeraya walked up to Bosri, and tried to make conversation.

"Good day, Mr. Bosri. I'm Queen Aeraya of Texaslandia, and it's a pleasure to see you. I must say, for some time I've been wanting to speak to you."

Prince Abano

Already, Abano knew who he wanted to speak to. Ever since a previous meeting, he'd been dying to talk to Prince Wei and conversate at a social event. So, after some looking, he found him with a man he recognized as being Williams, leader of Konstanyne, and another man in the most insane clothing he'd seen.

After 5 minutes of wondering if the plague affected ability to match clothes, he finally walked over and put out his hand for Prince Wei.

"Good day, Prince Wei. I hope you remember me."

Prince Wei smiled very warmly hearing the heartfelt story of Eztilzuma. "Your story is sad and your life was tumultuous, dear King, but from everything you told me you have a very good heart, your Majesty. A very good one indeed. You are strong yet virtuous. You love your people. A model for others to live after if I can say so myself." He chuckles, "Although I think I will keep to my fashion tastes to myself." Prince Wei smiles.

"I cannot speak on the behalf of all the leaders in Asiana gathered here, but I thank you on the behalf of myself and my nation for your generosity towards the suffering and your commitment against biological weapons and terrorism." Prince Wei bows his head again to the King. Even Guo Jian loosens his stare and stance and bows to the King, though keeping in close proximity to the Prince.

Prince Wei is alerted to the approach of Prince Abano by his body guard who informs Guo Jian who in turn tells the Prince. Wei turns and greets Prince Abano "Ah, Prince Abano, we see each other again at long last." Prince Wei exclaims warmly. Growing easier with handshaking, the Prince hesitates a little less to the approaching hand of Prince Abano and firmly shakes it with his own.

"I of course remember you, your Highness. We last saw each other at the conclusion of the Argentian Civil War in their peace conference. I hope you have been keeping yourself well in the face of this unfortunate time for your nation. The plague looming just north of you and all." Prince Wei finishes as Guo Jian hands him another glass of champagne, who then bows to Prince Abano.

Guo Jian pulls at the sleeve of Prince Wei as he notices the approach of Praeceptor Williams. The Prince does not notice however as he is engaged with the several other leaders around him. Jian tugs again to draw the Prince's attention. This yet again fails as the Prince is being overwhelmed by being surrounded and being barraged with chatter.

Jian rolls his eyes and shakes his head. He himself instead approaches the Praeceptor. Giving a fist in palm salute, Guo Jian bows his head to the Praeceptor. "Greetings, your excellency. I hope you are well. As you can see my dear Prince is a bit preoccupied. He does not wish to be rude, but he is not use to being so crowded. Most in our nation have the courtesy to keep their distance and then gain his attention."

"Please allow me to try and summon him once more. I have a a little trick I shall have to use." A devlish smile pulls at the corners of his mouth. He steps up to the Prince again. Approaching from behind, he ebbs closer to the Prince's ear and lightly blows on it. In response the Prince's body suddenly stiffens up and his eyes grow wide.

With the Prince's attention effectively his Guo Jian whispers to the Prince, "The Praeceptor is here, your Highness."

Prince Wei nods obediently and looks to see Williams. He takes in a deep inhale to regain composure. He waves the Praeceptor over to join him and his group.

"Praeceptor Williams, I am elated to see you again." Prince Wei smiles. "It has been sometime since we have seen each other face to face."

The white jet bearing the Awasia flag touches down in Arcadan International Airport and comes to a rolling slow stop. The rear bay doors open to reveal a black and tinted window sedan roll out and drive on.

Being stopped by security the rear window rolls down to reveal the golden masked face of Grand Vizier Duja Akhtar.

"My deepest of condolences, my good sir, but I appear to be running rather late for quite the important date at your Grand Duchess' estate. You should know who I am, so if you would remove yourself from my path, you will very much appreciate it I'm sure." The Grand Vizier informs the guard. Though his face is obscured by a porcelain mask, his voice is projected as if normal through a small microphone inside the mask that amplifies his voice.

The window is quick to role up again and the car is moving again and heading towards the estate with speed.

After taking a sip of his tequila-punch flask disguised as a sandal, he introduced himself to Praeceptor Williams, bowing.

"Cualli Teotlac, Huey Tlatoani Williams! I am King Eztlizuma The Lionheart. On behalf of the Christian spirit of the Untaroichii people, I must say it is an honor to be in the presence of such renowned world leaders such as yourself and Crown Prince Wei."

Prince Wei himself was also taken aback from viewing the sandal affair, his eyes growing a bit wide. Guo Jian himself cracks a smile without the Prince seeing, knowing full well what the sandal device is.

Regaining his composure again from seeing the rather uncouth act, Prince Wei smiles, "Ah, you honor me with your flattery, your majesty."

Eztlizuma was a very young ruler, only 19, and as such clearly had much to learn about the etiquette of diplomatic missions, this actually being his first trip out of Untaroicht after being crowned king. "All right, you got me, it's a flask of tequila mixed with fruit punch disguised as a sandal" Eztlizuma then showed the nozzle part of the device to him.

"I brought it in case there wasn't any liquor at the event, and I honestly wasn't aware of any kind of prohibition here." Eztlizuma sighed and tried to explain himself

"Unfortunately, I've been an alcoholic since I was 14, partly due to the fact that because my country still follows the old jewish principle (part of the Halakha, to be exact) that a man is considered an adult at the age of 13, and as such that is the legal drinking age. It's a rather backwards practice, to be honest, but my people are fiercely traditional and theocratic, and to change it would inevitably damage the monarchy's public opinion"

Eztilzuma handed the sandal to one of his SAINT bodyguards "If you want, I will be more then willing to let you can confiscate it, but I hope we can look past this situation through diplomatic immunity. This is actually my first diplomatic visit out of Untaroicht since I took the throne, and I sincerely apologize if this seemed disrespectful in any way."

Noticing the tension increasing, the SAINT bodyguards began to nudge themselves closer to their young liege, standing a solid 7 foot tall.

This comes with its own privileges of course as you know." Prince Wei smiles, "I cannot speak fully on the part of my counterparts here, but I myself am raised in a nation where etiquette is adhered to as closely as a monk would follow religious doctrine. So you must forgive me and us if we appear taken aback by your appearance and your use of drink container." He speaks warmly and sincerely to the young King, who Prince Wei is his senior by 7 years.

Guo Jian and Guan Su, Prince Wei's standing guard, notice the approaching Saint bodyguards. Unfazed by their height, Jian and Su keep close to the Prince. Guo Jian himself inching beside Prince Wei.

Wei notices this and glares at the both of them from the corner of his eye. After a short battle of will with glances and facial expressions between the Prince and Jian, Jian relents and steps back a pace. He however keeps a close steely gaze on the Saint Bodyguards as does Guan Su.

Prince Wei looks back to his fellow leaders, "Now then. Let us try our best to get through our differences and enjoy our selves shall we?" The Prince raises his glass to the others and sips on his champagne as he attempts to diffuse the awkward situation.

"Let's."

The president raises his glass with his left hand while holding his thin, short cigar in his right one, the smoke slowly spreading out trough the air.

"We in Papait have no legal drinking age, we believe the parents have the right to decide when their children drink and not, and should enforce that themselves."

Vroom, the private bulletproof limousine owning to the Edicere pulls up to the drive of the palace. With the aid of two rifle-carrying guardsmen, he marches out in celebratory robes, walking up the stone steps with a long, aureate trailing behind him. He walks into the palace's ballroom, grabbing a martini as soon as possible and observing the scene arcanely in the stygian corner.

Eztlizuma would also notice the defensive movements taken by his saints, and gave a small glare to both of them, wanting to defuse the situation as well. The saints, holding the leader's will above all else, promptly backed down, but kept a close eye on Guo Jian.

"On an unrelated note, I have noticed a large amount of leaders here representing countries from the region of Asiana. I have heard rumors of the eastern kingdom's wealth, as the people in my country have taken a liking to tea products from this region in particular. I even recall my economic advisor, The Royal Minister of Economics And The Third Position as he is known, telling me that it has become a popular substitute for coffee, which was banned recently due to a petition started by the Untaroichii Orthodox Church.

I was wondering if you knew of any Untaroichii Products that have been popular among the people here as well."

"Oh yes. Sheng and ours neighbors are very well for our export of our exotic teas. In Sheng there is likely as many variants of tea as there are people within its borders." Prince Wei jokes.

"Untraochii products? Well hard to say for us really. Sheng is a major exporter of goods, ranging from agriculture to weapons. Imports are often quite limited. Not only do they need to compete with locally made Sheng goods, there is a tinge of ...how do you say?...uhm xenophobia towards it." The Prince snaps open his black fan which he had drawn from his sleeve, fanning himself lightly. "My people are very warry of foreigners and their goods. Especially if they are perceived as Western."

"If I may though your highness," Guo Jian allows himself to relax seeing the Saints do the same he decides to rejoin the conversation. "Foreign products are often more popular among the upper middle class, the upper class, and especially the nobility. They are the ones who can usually afford the foreign produced wares, most often the luxury items."

"Ah, yes you are right Jian. Let me think now then..." Prince Wei ponders while tapping the fan lightly on his chin. "Oh yes. The diamonds from your country, your majesty. 'Candy' i believe they are called? Yes, those are popular nowadays among our nobles. Your spices also have a following in my lands. Sheng has access to many spices thanks to the immense size of the Empire, but it does enjoy the import of the occasional foreign spice."

As King Alex I. walks to Crown Prince Wei and King Eztlizuma he says:

"I don't want to interrupt but the things are going ridiculous."

He shows the news report from his smartphone.

5000 people had marched to the streets of Alexandr City again to protest the occupation of Arabic speaking provinces of Turkey by Alystan.
This time a martial arts parade was ongoing to show that the nationalists will defend itself by their own hands and body.
This was according to the nationalists a warning to Alystanians that no one will dare to attack them.

"Atleast the nationalists can defend from the Alystanian threat."

As he bows to King Eztlizuma King Alex I. greets: "It is my honor to meet with you, what are things going on in your country?"
Welcome to Alexandr Land. Any refugees are welcomed. Also we have cookies!... seriously.

Eztlizuma didn't seem to mind the suspicious view of foreign products, as his own people held a similar stance.

"I understand completely. As a culturally Mesoamerican yet religiously Eastern Orthodox nation, Untaroicht has historically shared a similar condemnation of the western world, in particular the tragedies brought upon by the conquistadors under spanish imperialism and the heterodoxy of Catholicism and Protestantism. We have always had better relations with the eastern kingdoms, especially since Untaroicht is considered by most scholars to be geographically located in Greater India itself."

When Eztlizuma heard of the success of the diamonds, he was honestly surprised, seeing as to how they didn't seem to sell as well other products Untaroicht was known for.

"Ah yes, Solomon's Bounty. It's actually owned by a close friend and advisor of mine, Gordon Gromnil. Having the founder of the The Third Position, the economic ideology of that my country follows, allows for much less red tape getting in the way of profits."

Eztlizuma bowed in response. "The pleasure is all mine. In Untaroicht things are mostly being focused on reconstruction efforts from a war we recently had with a rival communist nation, but I am also currently attempting to build a world wonder for my people. I have hired foreigners and citizens alike to begin work on "The Archive of The Vulture Insurgency", which, if successfully completed, will be the largest library in the world."

As everyone approaches the Grand Ballroom for the announcement. The national anthem of Aradoria starts to play. Near the end the Grand Duchess comes out escorted by her personal guard and everyone applauds. The Grand Duchess starts speaking "I'd like to welcome everyone to Aradoria and thank you all for coming out and help support the cure to help North America.". The crowd claps then she continues. " I know this is unexpected but i'd like the head of the Regional Health Organization, Crown Prince Wei of Sheng China to come up and say a few words". The crowd claps and waits for him to come up

"Alystanian Threat?" Prince Wei furrows his eyes in criticism. "Your Majesty, the Alystanians have little threat to pose now. Through negotiations and pressure they have been de-militarized for the most part outside of border regions. They do not pose any threat. I am more worried for your nationalists causing issues on the border that will explode into a greater issue. If there is any threat it is coming from your nationalists and now the Yellow Sun movement that is now involved with them."

"I understand your nation is democratic in most aspects and have respect towards political freedoms, however I believe that you should be trying to use your influence as a King to be lessening the tensions in the area by explaining to these extremists that what they seek can simply not be done without either the consent of Alystan or the condemnation by the region in imposing upon and violating Alystanian territorial integrity."

Prince Wei chuckles to himself, "Ah, I see our nations are similar in that way. The power and influence of the Empire, brings attention from the West onto us. But with it their condemnation for ourselves being an absolute monarchy. Frnakly there is also just too many clashes between cultures. East and West are polar opposites; which at times the West seems to not understand and force us to assimilate to their ways. Something which my mother, the Grand Empress, would fight against until the day she dies and the Empire is in total ruin. As she would say, The Prince clears his throat and plays the voice of a feminine courtly demeanor that retains forceful will of his mother, "Sheng will not be pressed upon. China is a culture as nearly as old as humanity itself. Standing among the longest lasting of the original civilizations of man kind. So we shall not be made to change for the liking of the culturally imperial West to appease their current fancies." He finishes with a laugh, "Or something to that affect she would say."

"Oh, what a pretty name; Solomon's Bounty. It has a very pleasant tone to it." Wei chuckles again, "Red tape is all the Empire is. Although that red tape disappears when it comes to the nobility and the Imperial Authority of course."
