As of March 3rd, 2014, the Catian Gulf houses 11 sovereign, recognized nations. We are a mixed region containing inoffensive centrist democracies, psychotic dictatorships, and absolute anarchic nations. We shall hold our debates and voice our concerns in this regional council. As a first order of business, let us establish our embassies, and other diplomatic operations, here. We will be able to vote to eject certain nations if we find their policies objectionable, as well as set up economic cooperation between nations.

Concerning the ejection vote of Runetera, and when the vote is decided, hopefully in our favour, how shall we go about things? Give them a warning or sorry telegraph, or just eject and think nothing of it?

After the vote ends can we have a vote to eject all alt accounts as it fills up Catian. And you said you want a small region

Once the vote is decided, shall we debate the justification, or at least gear up for a debate, or do you believe that it will merely fly over people's heads?

-Establishing economic cooperation
-Regionwide removal of puppets
-Write a regional constitution

Please note that writing a regional constitution would be a very long process as multiple votes may be needed to pass even a single section of the document, however, I believe it would be a worthwhile prospect.

I think those are all good things to do.

First order of business should be ejecting all puppet states equally and unequivocally, to finish what we have started. Once we have our core group of nations, we should move on to foreign policies.

Then we should reach out and set embassies in other select regions. We should make templates for welcome, ejection, and (if needed) recruitement. Also, we should start building some kind of consensus for WA votes (if you do not want a delegate). We should also think about building a defensive army, and being more involoved geopolitically.

When that is settled, we should move on to Domestic Policy. Constitution should be written, Nations should be elected for various positions in the region, and the forums should be fleshed out

I'd like to propose a motion that it is mandatory to have a custom flag for everyone's country

Alright, we have 17 nations, 4 are alts, and the vote held today resulted in 3 votes for Triangle and 8 for Remove. It has been ruled that all Puppets are to be ejected from the region.

I like my flag, even though it isn't custom. The Uruguay flag also suits Anor Sunbros well. I thin it should be no default flags, but otherwise custom or country doesn't matter

Alright, we're keeping the vote the same, but now it is to be a vote to change flags from being mere pictures or the default flags, flags like Bhutan and Uruguay are fine.

Korok has asked to be removed from the region, if someone asks about it I can prove it using a telegram as proof.

First order of business, The Iron Isles Nations has been promoted to regional communicator. It is the duty of the regional communicator to seek out region we deem appropriate and suggest them to the leader of the region, Your's truly, who will then approve or disapprove the potential region. The Iron Isles Nations will then be responsible for most of the communication between the Catian Gulf and other regions.

Second, we should begin the writing of the regional constitution. Any and all suggestions will be taken into consideration. We will vote on each article and should hold some sort of debate as well.

Sounds good. Is there a way to start a subforum of some sort for the writing of the Constitution? It might declutter the forum and make the writing easier

Make a poll that will allow the Nation States to vote on who has the best flag. The one rule being, you cannot vote on your own flag, to avoid a 12-way tie.
