With Prime Minister elections drawing closer, many have begun to wonder who will be running as candidates. So far, many speculate that Senator Albrecht Lehmann (39) will be running. Today, Lehmann released a statement to the media, expressing his desire to help the Empress and the Rezuan people.

People of Rezua, I would like to start by saying that none of this would be happening without Ymira Everen-Abrams. A usurper tried to take over our country with force, and our Empress rallied support to fight this evil. After that, she has unceasingly appealed for the freedom and safety of other nations. Her efforts fall, mostly, upon dead ears and hard hearts. I want to express my undying gratitude to Empress Ymira to never giving up thus far.

While our national mission is honorable, I must say that it is also one of our faults. Governments openly mock us for trying to try for peace. Our allies wouldn't give us the same protection we give them, because they don't want to break their "peace". Defending the innocent, defending those who try to gain equality for all, is not a cause our allies would defend. Quite frankly, they either expect us to do it for them, or want to use us as a punching bag. We receive flak from both sides, from West and East, for trying to peacefully ask regimes to grant political and religious freedom and sexual identity. For these causes we have lost nearly half a million Rezuan lives in just two years.

Our ideals are too costly for this age of moral decay. There are simply not enough people willing to give equality to their people, and far too few brave enough to challenge them. At this rate, Rezua will lose millions of lives fighting for causes that mean nothing to the world. They are content with their lives, they don't want to worry about others. Therefore, I ask the Upper Council to turn our ideals back to Rezua. Our efforts are wasted on this world. Rather than letting ourselves be wasted on skirmishes and issues that will be ignored, we must safe up our ideals and wait for change. We have done all we can to cause it. Let someone else pitch in.

Military Drills Held in Alyria

Just a few days after Vukmire conducted its first nuclear weapons test, military forces from Aznazia, Rhodevus, and Alyria joined together for a large set of military exercises in and around Alyria. Aznazian troops flew in from the Aznazian mainland while Rhodeve troops stationed in the Ile De Flowers landed via ships in southern Alyrian ports where they off loaded quickly. Meanwhile Alyrian tanks and heavy equipment also did life fire exercises in simulated defensive positions. In total almost 5,000 troops and 80 aircraft took part in the exercises that tested the military response time of all three nation's militaries to a "hypothetical threat in Southern Ventismar".

The commander of the Aznazian 206th Infantry Battalion (part of the 42nd Airborne Divison); Colonel Jason Sylvia was able to answer a few questions that I asked him while he was in Alyria. He told me that "the exercise has gone extremely well so far and that they will continue to October 1st". When I asked him about the reasons for the exercises he told me "It was decided a few months ago to carry out exercises. All members of the exercise agreed that Alyria should make the call about when the exercise would take place 3 days before they occurred to test our mobilization capabilities". Even though Col. Sylvia denies a link between the nuclear test and the exercises it is quite coincidental that the events are so close to each other and were called for by Alyria. Either way as tensions heat up in Ventismar again and the USA takes actions to determine how Vukmire accured nuclear weapons, it is unclear how Aznazians will react after the intervention in Senkaria.

Sunrisia, Noctaria And Senkaria Cooperate On “Joint Operation In Noctaria And Senkaria” (JOINS)

After a series of exchanges between the government of Sunrisia and the governments of Senkaria and Noctaria, the Democratic Union has made an agreement with the two countries to finally form an effective cooperation plan on how to help Senkaria and Noctaria recover, rebuild and recuperate as much as possible from the disaster that they had suffered in the climax of the Senkarian Civil War.

The Senkarian Civil War was a conflict that spiraled into a quagmire, seeing to how like in any internal national struggle, the fight had originally involved the government forces facing off against the opposing rebel forces, however, other belligerents soon came in. Among them was the terrorist organization the Bannerless Brotherhood, which was suspected to have been involved in the country from the start and is believed to have orchestrated the coup d'état in Senkaria that ultimately lead to the civil war. Soon, Noctarian separatists emerged, adding to the overall number of the sides fighting and on top of it all, foreign military intervention was only growing, as the west and the east had still managed to turn another national struggle into a proxy conflict, even if it may not have been the actual intention of any of the foreign parties involved. Whether foreign involvement in actual combat and not peacekeeping, was for the better or for worse, is up to individual interpretation.

The fight in Senkaria was only turning more complex as the time went on, with the country already scarred on the inside and continuing to be a massive battle ground, where it was eventually not even clear who was fighting whom anymore. Senkaria was dismembered, having lost a vast portion of its northern territory due to Noctaria’s successful break-away, however, it was not even clear whether what was still left of Senkaria’s sovereign borders would even survive. The fight seemed to have no end, only to receive an abrupt conclusion, as the country’s nuclear arsenal was accessed by the Bannerless Brotherhood, who has detonated the weapons, causing horror that the world observed and which is still difficult to put into words. It was a single instance where an ending to a civil war could not have been actually celebrated, seeing to how it had seemed to end in the worst possible scenario. Even Noctaria, one of Sunalaya’s youngest nations, which was ultimately born amid the Senkarian Civil War, is morally conflicted on whether or not is Noctaria’s independence an instance, where a country received an opportunity to be founded or where the people were simply doing everything that was possible to save themselves, which is why Noctaria was able to avoid ending up in the situation that Senkaria ultimately ended up in.

Moving on beyond the dark past, yet commemorating the memory of those lost and condemning the inhumanity of the Bannerless Brotherhood, Senkaria lives on and the country is further progressing into the future under a new leader – Chairman Alex. Meanwhile, across the border, Noctaria is still an independent sovereign state, which continues building its own separate future and enjoys being part of the international community, without having to face disputes over its recognition as an independent sovereign country and no longer being part of Senkaria. In comparison to the two countries, the Béâtídá administration said that currently it is unfortunate to see that even after having gone through what it had, Senkaria still seems not to be moving on beyond its authoritarian ways and the country’s human rights record and other universal liberties do not seem to be very promising. Noctaria, on the other hand, was commended by Sunrisia for managing to become not just a flourishing modern democracy, but even one of the most efficient and truest democracies in Sunalaya today, especially after knowing what conditions did the country have to move on beyond, in order to make this progressive achievement. In the end, the government has expressed the position that it is currently not the time to evaluate both countries based on their political ideals or especially to lecture them, as what the Senkarian and Noctarian people currently require most, is humane conditions, recovery for their countries and the possibility to build their lives as best as they can be, which is why they cannot be abandoned and left to rebuild on their own.

The cooperative agreement between Sunrisia, Noctaria and Senkaria has led to the establishment of a Sunrisian-initiated – “Joint Operation in Noctaria and Senkaria” or “JOINS.” It has been described as a joint effort practically identical to the former – “United Mission in Creperia” or “UMIC.” Like UMIC, JOINS would be an independent peacekeeping/recovery/stabilization mission carried out by Sunrisia, Noctaria and Senkaria, where the 3 countries would work together in helping to rebuild or at helping to recover to all areas affected by the Senkarian Civil War. The mission would engage peacekeepers, humanitarian workers and special relief teams from Sunrisia and an expectedly similar arrangement of contribution from Noctaria and Senkaria, both of which will organize and provide their own personnel and tools to the effort. The operation would focus on everything that could be done in order to help fix the negative effects suffered by Senkaria and Noctaria.

The population in both countries would be provided with medical, humanitarian and other aid and an analysis would be made to see if there is any sort of way to help the affected be cured from the potential health effects of nuclear radiation, which is polluting the atmosphere and the environment. The displaced people from the civil war and the follow-up nuclear radiation spread, would receive protection and would eventually be provided with help in returning back home, once normal living conditions are established in their areas again. In the meantime, the physical reconstruction of the destroyed infrastructure and the effective containment of nuclear radiation would take place, with our country directly participating in both these processes as well, as our commitment to JOINS. President Sánît Béâtídá said that Sunrisia would directly participate in fixing all of these problems directly under JOINS as much as possible, however, in case it might realistically become a financial burden on our country, Sunrisia’s role may have to eventually be limited, with the government instead requiring to provide funds to Senkaria and Noctaria in carrying out some tasks on their own, such rebuilding their infrastructure. As for the containment of nuclear radiation and for the help to the affected Senkarian and Noctarian civilians, the Béâtídá administration said that these are the tasks that Sunrisia is planning to directly participate in, carry out and complete all the way through.

At a news conference, where President Sánît Béâtídá answered questions regarding JOINS, some questions arose on the Senkarian–Noctarian relations and whether those two countries do not have a grudge existing between them, seeing to how one of them used to be the part of the other and unilaterally broke away by force. The President answered that he does not have a clear answer on it and only confirmed that Sunrisia would be directly cooperating side-by-side with both Senkaria and Noctaria on JOINS, however, he said that in case Senkaria and Noctaria might not want to work with each other under JOINS and would only communicate through Sunrisia as a mediator, President Béâtídá said that the administration would try to bring the sides together and cooperate on this mission. Even if that does not work, it was said that the important thing is that JOINS will still be taking place, all parties had agreed on it and that Noctaria and Senkaria would still work with Sunrisia, even if they might not be comfortable to work with each other.

The launch of JOINS was approved by the yet-nameless national parliament and received the signature of President Sánît Béâtídá, officially making the order authorizing the operation, to go into motion. The Sunrisian peacekeepers, humanitarian workers and special relief teams had already departed for Senkaria and Noctaria, equipped with special anti-radiation gear and all equipment necessary to contain it. JOINS is an individual non-USA multinational operation, however, the government of Sunrisia said that other countries may contribute, if they wish.

This morning was a sudden shock to most Vukmiri citizens in the quarantined military town of Zhylum was awoken with a large boom and the sound of rockets as the largest military installation in Vukmire at Skula mountain was brought to life. "The mountain just roared to life, next thing I see is a massive flaming rod flying into the air." A local citizen of the community comments on the recent events. More skilled reporters at the base reported that two large silo bay doors opened and out came the flaming rod, a missile. Not just any missile, an intercontinental ballistic missile that landed in the ocean next to a Vukmiri scavenging ship on the western side of the world, everything went to plan. Vukmiri minister of internal military affairs has made an official statement on the matter. "Yes... before you ask this is an ICBM, and no, it is not equipped with Nuclear weapons... however... it is a potential possibility that it can carry a payload bearing a nuclear WMD or any other warhead. Whether it is a MIRV or single load will remain classified, thank you." Following the statement several military forces on the border were placed on alert following the military exercises in Alyria with Aznazia and Rhode. Tactical ballistic missiles have also been used in several exercises with the renewing of conscription being dicussed in the Upper House

However, with this years elections now complete, he has another 5 years ahead of him - and will have served as Premier Minister from 2006 until 2021. Most notably, this is the longest anyone is able to hold the premiership without changing the law.

Chemensians Taking Part In Drill.

Vukmire - Today Chemensia, Beozemlija, and Vukmire decided to started a combined military exercise in south-east Vukmire near the Alyrian border. There were about 30,000 Vukmiri troops and the 4th fleet. For Chemensia they numbered at 6,000 troops and Beozemlija has about 900 troops. Of the Chemensians included 40 vehicles and 20 boats. The exercise is taking place right now and it is expected to be finished tomorrow around October 3rd. Some say these drills were started as a response to the Rhodeve-Aznazian-Alyrian exercises also taking place right now. This exercise is said to simulate an invasion of Vukmire from the fictional "Alliance Of The South" with 3 fictional nations. Some say that these events were triggered by Vukmiri nuclear testing, others say it is a just a VSSA drill incase Vukmire gets invaded. These troops will stay here until October 18th when they will be sent back to Chemensia and Beozemlija. Some Chemensians say this will increase tensions with Alyria while the President and Vice President are there.

Good morning.

Allow me to thank you once again for being one with the Filipino people in this time of need, from the days immediately following Typhoon Huarn, or Yuma, to this day, as we take on the task of rebuilding. Not just our country, but the entire world came together for Filipinos affected by Yuma—from the preschooler in Kira Reborn who donated his savings, to the farmers in Elmerialic who raised money for their Mabuhay Landian counterparts. We are deeply humbled and thankful for this outpouring of assistance.

It is because of Yuma that we are now at this point—that we are gathered here today. In recent years, storms of unprecedented size and strength—of growing intensity—have seemingly become the norm, and Yuma is only the latest. By now, you all know that Yuma is considered the strongest storm to make landfall in recorded history—and this is clear in the number of casualties, in the families who were affected, and in the vast damage it did to the 3 region in the south.

Your help is all the more necessary today because, in confronting the escalating effects of climate change, the resources of countries like the Philippines will be strained to the limit. Let me assure you: we know that we cannot allow ourselves to be trapped in a vicious cycle of destruction and reconstruction. We know that it is more efficient to prioritize resilience now, rather than to keep rebuilding. This is why we are going to build back better.

The task immediately before us lies in ensuring that the communities that rise again do so stronger, better, and more resilient than before. Every dollar of funding assistance will be used in as efficient and lasting a manner as possible. The result of this determination: the Reconstruction Assistance on Yuma plan, or RAY.

It will not be easy. As shown by the earlier briefing, the damage Yolanda has wrought is extensive, with 12.9 billion US dollars in damage and losses. This is why I have appointed former Senator Kumilatis Hwayne as the Presidential Assistant for Rehabilitation and Recovery—to focus solely on the task at hand and see that our goals are met.

This is also why recovery and reconstruction will be done in cumulative, overlapping phases to meet immediate needs, and to make the transition not just towards full normalcy, but to an improved state. We project that by the first quarter of next year, the need for humanitarian response will be filled. From now until December this year, we will be preoccupied with critical, immediate investments, such as the rebuilding and repair of infrastructure and the construction of temporary housing. Larger investments will be spread over multiple years, and will hopefully be completed by 2019, if not earlier.

RAY considers both the here and now and the future in a number of key areas. First, in terms of housing: as we are constructing bunkhouses to serve as temporary shelters for families, we are planning the construction of resilient, permanent housing communities in safe zones. Second, infrastructure will not just be repaired or rebuilt, but will be bolstered; built to be stronger and able to withstand the onslaught of disasters. Third, to revive agriculture and fisheries, which employs a large part of our countrymen in the southern: government will be there every step of the way—from restoring the viability of farmlands, to rebuilding or replacing assets that the storm destroyed, to providing inputs to restart farming and fishing. We will also train farmers and fishermen to give them new skills—all this, towards greater productivity and income diversification. Fourth, for livelihood and business, cash for work programs, the opening of lines of credit, and mechanisms for financing and support for MSMEs will be made available to help Filipinos recover, while we work with private partners to attract investments in affected areas and build a more inclusive local economy. Fifth, government will ensure that the delivery of health, education, and other essential services remain constant in areas hit by Yolanda, as we repair and rebuild affected public infrastructure. Through RAY, we are not just settling for the minimum—we do not want our countrymen merely to make do. We are taking this chance not just to rebuild what was destroyed, but again, to build back better.

The weeks immediately following the typhoon showed that this is not the case. The response of so many, both here and abroad, made clear that hope, goodwill, and generosity are present, above all—that there is no shortage of people who will work alongside us in this effort. These spur our determination to see RAY to completion. These fuel our drive to build back better, not just the towns and damaged infrastructure, but the very lives of those affected by Yuma. These require us to be more proactive in our efforts to manage the effects of climate change, not just for today, but also for the future, producing a stronger, more resilient Mabuhay Land, and, ultimately, a stronger, and more resilient world.

In recent days, the nations of Sunalaya have been preparing for war. Rezua has oddly been left out from military drills with its allies, Aznazia, Alyria, and Rhodevus. In addition, the nation of Vukmire has launched an test ICBM at the West. Shocked by this news, the nation demanded answers. Empress Ymira answered this demand with a statement. Before doing so, however, she thanked Esotana's leader Eslm for recognizing that Engleberg is indeed breaking human rights. She has asked for both Esotana and Engleberg to peacefully negotiate allowing a more liberal party, as well as focusing a bit more on welfare and education. Empress Ymira has asked Rezuan Ambassador and now Englean Empress, Claudia, to assist in this process. Many point to Augustus and Yosef Everen's education plans and limited military budgets as examples for this project. Below is the statement she gave after this announcement:

People of Rezua, I believe I speak truly when I say that this nation knows the cost of war. Vukmire is preparing for war, as our allies now are as well. Those who prepare for war shall start it. One side will begin shooting, and as Vukmire has demonstrated, it will end in nuclear war.

The nation of Vukmire wants you to be afraid, wants you to fear them. We shall do nothing of the sort. We shall also not stand for war. Vukmire has nothing to gain from threatening us and our Western allies. Nor do we have anything to gain from having to fight them. What Vukmire is trying to do is to start a pointless war.

I ask that the nations of Sunalaya highly consider the way they run their nations. Actively threatening another nation with weaponry is demanding a war. The governments of Sunalaya must control themselves if they want the next generation to exist. If they will not do it for humanity's sake, maybe they'll do it to preserve their own power.

Government Unveils New Infrastructure Project

The Minister of Internal Infrastructure has revealed a new plan in collaboration with DynCo Energy, Purity Waterworks, and No Limit Construction LTD. The new ambitious project was introduced with existing facts and statistics about the nation's below average infrastructure in Rural areas. Nearly 40% of the villages and towns outside of the cities have limited connectivity to water and energy lines, and nearly 70% of Rural areas do not have paved roads or a connection to a paved roads. The government has now revealed their plan to try and solve or fix the problem with the help of the three companies listed above.

Sunrisia Set To Host Potential Vukmiri–Alyrian Peace Talks In Aestin

The Béâtídá administration has reported today that Sunrisia is actively engaged in dialogue with the national leaderships of both High Alyria and Vukmire, in order to bring the parties to the table, amid rising tensions between the two countries. The atmosphere on the international stage got heated after Vukmire was internationally accused of detonating a nuclear weapon, raising concerns and prompting many countries to react in their own fashion. Under the international law promoted by the United Sunalayan Assembly, strict anti-nuclear policies regarding non-proliferation and ban on testing are expected to be followed by the international community to ensure collective global security, which is why every such nuclear incident causes a lot of nervousness in Sunalaya. The last time nuclear tensions were infamously raised so high was during the events that ultimately led to our country’s rebirth, as the former states of North Sunrisia and South Sunrisia nearly realized the theory of the “mutually-assured destruction.”

The nuclear detonation, as mentioned before, has caused many countries to react in their own way and probably the most “intense” reaction was, not-surprisingly, from Vukmire’s northern neighbor High Alyria, which held joint military exercises with several of its’ western allies, among which were Aznazia and Rhodevus. Vukmire responded by holding its own military exercises with Chemnesia, while many countries soon reacted in identical action, with war games in their own regions. At the moment, it seems like there is no realistic reasons for the two countries, their allies alongside them or any other parties to engage in any stand-off, however, the actions that are being taken, which naturally are meant to serve the purpose of a deterrent, can be viewed as dangerous provocations, which are only a step away from actual escalation.

In order to cool down the flames, Sunrisia has exclusively invited representatives from Vukmire and Alyria to come to Aestin, where peace talks for the sides would be held. Due to Sunrisia’s status as a neutral nation, the government recognizes our capital as one of the best locations for international tensions to be resolved over diplomacy and in this particular case, for the two rivalling neighbors to calmly and personally sort things out. The Béâtídá administration has reaffirmed that this instance has once again brought back attention to the nuclear issue and would only push forward the renewed international talks on this question. Due to the vast majority of the international community backing progress in resolving the nuclear tensions, the government believes that the Sunrisian-sponsored talks would receive international support, especially after yet another example of how much problems does this issue cause and how the danger has not fully passed just yet.

A spokesperson for President Sánît Béâtídá said that only the representatives of Vukmire and Alyria had exclusively been invited for talks in Aestin, while other foreign parties, like the allies of Alyria and Vukmire had not yet received an invitation, seeing to how there is a goal to make the meeting between the sides as “personal” as possible and due to the issue in reality concerning these two countries primarily, due to it being a fall-out between the neighbors. The dialogue is set to resume and Sunrisia would continue its work. Alyria and Vukmire themselves have yet to accept or decline the offer, however, some sign of interest from the parties has already been said to have been hinted. Hope remains for a positive outcome.

They were cheered by 500,000 well-wishers who gathered outside the palace, as RAF planes flew past in honour of the new royal couple.

In the evening the pair returned to the Palace for a dinner and dance, expected to continue into the early hours.

The couple will now be known as the Duke and Duchess of St. Albans.

Police estimate a million people lined the procession route from the cathedral to the palace following the wedding.

Prince Edward later drove his new bride back to Clarence House, following a buffet reception at King's House Palace, at the wheel of his father's classic blue Aston Martin, before returning to the palace in the evening.

The entire organization is a threat not only to national security, but to world security as a whole. The Vukmiri and Engleans are two important nations that seem to have a problem with the concept of progressivisim and democracy. If these nations can not learn to correct their mistake, it should be a moral duty of Dormill and Stiura to correct these errors, by force if necessary. If we need to restore democracy in member countries VSSA by force, then we can not do it with the support of strong allies, especially in Aznaznia and Alyria to ensure that these objectives are met. This also means that we, as a nation, we have to carry our own weight in the potential fight against these right-wing extremists.

Further debates in Parliament today have also shown a growing sentiment between both the majority and opposition to focus on national defense, yet like in all politics, both sides have their own method for expanding the armed forces of Dormill and Stiura, with the majority supporting a re-distribution of national spending with an increase in military spending for the time being, in exchange for industry and commerce, while the opposition supports tax cuts and allowing more private industries contribute to the Dormill-Stiuraian Armed Forces.

With Prime Tuckthaem, the Royal Family, President Bishoffs, and Vice President Wyrick out during La Foire Internationale, all Parliament can really do is debate these issues and draft bills. President Wyrick has called in that he will return to Dormill and Stiura in two days to end the gridlock.

Huangse, Kaiming - It is the First of October in which the People's Republic of Kaiming officially marks its anniversary. On 1 October 1966 Lao Tse-Tung started his campaign that would change the future of Kaiming forever. Although officially a democracy many in Kaiming felt the Imperial Government antiquated, and in the most rural of regions famine and poverty were often times blamed on the Imperial Government in Huangse. The 1960's saw many rebellions, but none so successful as Lao's Communist Uprising. From a rural area that was heavily impacted by famine and poverty, Lao Tse-Tung managed to organise a strong uprising and officially on 1 October 1966 declared the People's Republic of Kaiming. Although the Imperial Government did not officially surrender for another 3 years this initial declaration is marked as the birth of Kaiming's Communist State.

In Huangse a massive military parade has been scheduled to mark the occasion, with smaller ones occurring through out Kaiming's major cities. Perhaps most notably in attendance will be Prince Henry (born Prince Zhi Shi Yin) the youngest son of the last Kaimingese Emperor. After his family fled Kaiming in 1969 for Westseaxnaland, Zhi Shi Yin - now known by the English name Henry - returned to Kaiming in 1987 where he has remained. Although he has never given a public speech it is expected he is to speak about the Party's ability to govern Kaiming more effectively than his family, and speak about the benefits Communism has brought to Kaiming. Following the parade fireworks are planned at the Worker's Industrial Park (Gōngrén de gōngyè yuánqū), formerly the Imperial Gardens of the Royal Palace.

Alyrian Military Initiates Partial Mobilization

Vukmire Continues Nuclear Testing - Signifying Alyrian Military Action

Unfortunately the Vukmiri state continues to proceed their plans of attaining nuclear status despite global condemnation and USA resolution to sanction the country if they ignore international requests. Earlier this week they've successfully tested an ICBM capable of launching long-range nuclear missiles. ASIA, Alyrian Security-Intelligence Agency, operatives have officially announced that the nuclear threat is indeed a real predicament we've come across and urges nations globally to peacefully remove the risk. All of the data recorded by ASIA have been published and brought to the USA and publicly. The Alyrian administration had promised earlier that if Vukmire proceeds to continue their nuclear program without heeding to Alyrian and international pleas then heavy economic and military consequences will pursue.

As ASIA's investigation continues they confirm that there are actual nations that plays as an accomplice in giving Vukmire nuclear weapons with the nations of Engleberg and Divergia being the main suspects with the formation of the VSSA and heavy connections to Divergia being large leads. It's hinted that if these states are cooperating with Vukmire maliciously then Alyria will take heavier measures to counter them. With the formation of the VSSA it leaves Engleberg to being an associate of the creation of this nuclear state and endangering the entirety of Sunalayan Peace, bringing more stress between Alyria and far-right nations. With global condemnation of a multitude of states around the world and the assumed passing of resolution 66, it can only justify Alyria's wariness and probable armed actions in the future.

Rhodevus Condemns Vukmire

After the recent rounds of nuclear testing done by the nation of Vukmire, the Rhodeve Government as well as Queen Diana unanimously agreed to condemn the country for breaking multiple anti-nuclear USA resolutions, as well as propagating the use of nuclear warfare and WMD rearmament. Ever since Rhodevus has decommissioned and destroyed their entire nuclear stockpile nearly a year ago, the United Kingdoms have been a major opponent to rearming as well as allowing non-nuclear states such as Vukmire to achieve nuclear capabilities.

A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving after 13 people were injured when a car ploughed into a crowd on an industrial estate.

The 18-year-old from Oldham, south-east Winchester, was held after the crash in Sir Theodore Shortley Road, Midway City Estate, Stroud at 22:16 WST on Friday.

Four men with serious injuries, aged between 20 and 50, were taken to King's College Hospital, Winchester.

Another five people were taken to Midway Maritime Hospital.

Four people were injured but did not require hospital treatment.

Police said none of the injuries was life-threatening.

Officers were already at the scene dealing with reports of a disturbance involving nuisance vehicles when the accident happened.

Residents said the estate was known as a location for drag racing.

"On a Friday and Saturday night, sometimes in the week, I can hear them running round up to midnight," said Andy Whiter,

"There are screeching tyres and horns blaring and you can hear them racing up and down the road."

Police Sgt Scott Lynch said police wanted to speak to anyone with information who had not yet spoken to officers.

"A lot of people were in the area at the time and we believe that some of them may have video or pictures of the collision," he said.

"I would like to encourage anyone with footage to get in contact with us as it could be vital for our investigation."

The soldiers from the 2 Caleds battalion of the Royal Regiment of Caledon are being sent to Noctaria to help train the Noctarian army.

The 1 Caleds battalion of the Royal Regiment of Caledon was deployed in June to help train the Kaimingese army. They're expected to return home in January 2017.

The Caleds soldiers are due to leave from their barracks in Penicuik sometime next month, with their deployment expected to last for seven months.

The soldiers have completed months of intensive training alongside the 1 Caleds battalion.

About 150 soldiers will be based in the Noctarian army college near Swan City.

Their role will be to assist in the training of Noctarian army soldiers and officers as part of Operation Torrent, the ongoing Westseaxen mission to train and support strategic allies' security forces.

Currently Operation Torrent is scheduled to operate in both Kaiming and Noctaria, but Lt Col Eoin Wearmouth, of 2 Caleds battalion, has stated the military is open to extending the mission to other nations as well.

Since its introduction last May, the bill to ban the Muslim Brotherhood Party (or Strona Bractwa Musułmańskiego in Southern Umbrelliet) was passed by an approval of 81% by the senate. This bill, once enacted Wednesday, will not only prevent the party from having the potential to be elected, but it will also dissolve the party entirely. The passing will also prevent other parties of similar nature from forming.

The bill was submitted to the cabinet for its first reading in May, shortly after the leader of the party: Imam Zarcouvi made some offensive remarks towards the LGBT+ community. These comments come after a recent wave of LGBT+ pride in Umbrellya, particularly in cities like Złottei, Bendome, and Szezencin. Several officials representing the SBM have also reportedly suggested their desire for an Umbrellya under the law of Sharia, which many Umbrellas see as "Hasse Recht" or "Hate Law".

This passing rides along a popular trend of Islamophobia in Western countries as an increasing amount of terrorist activity has been successfully linked to those of the Muslim faith. One of the most recent attacks occurred last Friday in the city of Oscweicium near Szezencin, where Osad Urman reportedly stabbed 13 people in a shopping mall.

Upon interview, Umbrelliet Prime Minister: Andrzej Gdańsk, made no comment over the bill.

As of this point, Newellia is suffering the worst economic crisis in its history. Ordinary people in the nation are regularly going without food. People have to queue for hours and sometimes overnight on their assigned days to receive staples like rice and cooking oil. By International figures, it has the world’s worst negative growth rate (-8%), and the worst inflation rate (482%). The unemployment rate is 17% but is expected to climb to near 30% in the coming few years unless something drastic occurs.

For the moment the Newellian government has prioritized meeting value standards even if that means deteriorating conditions for its populace. It seems like an odd choice, but for a country that, prior to the end of the monarchy, relied on trade with right-wing nations in 95 percent of its revenue, the government is certainly concerned about exposing itself to legal actions by bondholders in international courts. Today President Kahzan and the house have officially banned universities from infringing people's rights that include: Free Speech, Free Press, Free Political Ideology,Change 42-
Freedom of Suing foreign governments, Change 67- Freedom from not being able to entering location if it attacks basic freedoms, and Change 69- Freedom of Sexuality(if not
conflicting basic freedoms of others). These freedoms from the constitution of the (party) Federation Of Dirkhizistan, have been attacked by Dirkhiz universities for years, not
just in Dirkhizistan. The Liberal rule from 1993-2009, leaders including Ahmed Tavac, and Dimila Yolshnya which had denied that universities had censored and removed those
who where using their rights and opinions, especially conservatives and socialists. Reports of kidnappings and killings led by the University of Preba against its own students who were communists, was denied by Tavac and Yolshnya, until Kahzan finally put university members on tried for that. Now after years of ignorance by liberals, the current Houses has finally agreed with 102 YES and 98 NO for banning University that attack basic rights, even if the person is offending someone, their rights are protected by the Dirkhiz
Constitution.

The Universities that have broken these rights have now been sued or put on trial by the government and the supreme court, there have been over 50 universities that
done this. Liberal leader Sayra Tavac today said this about what has happened to the universities: "These universities are for diversity, if you cant take that Kahzan, get out of the government, you male supremacists have been doing quiet enough to what my husband has done, by making our country good back in the 90s! Right wingers are idiots for this! That person who was kidnapped? He kidnapped my daughter!(not true, her daughter was at home)TOT FOR TAT! That is what they did! It is perfectly fine! Conservacants!" Communist party leader said this about what Sayra has said: "Sayra, please, they attacked people for their IDEAS and OPINIONS, we do not want to see my supporting communist patriots attacked, I also do not want to see your supporters attacked for their IDEAS and OPINIONS by some communist university, we would not allow it to a Nazi university! Reports have begun to emerge of fighting in Kaiming's North Eastern Provinces, which are known to remain loyal to the Monarchy.

Unconfirmed reports out of Kaiming's North Eastern Provinces (shown in red above) indicate some form of fighting has began in the region.

Rumours emerged during the night at around 23:30 Westseaxen time from Kaiming's major social network site, Mianshu. Users of the popular social networking sight from the areas began to post about the military activity in the region, noting "large numbers of soldiers have appeared out of nowhere, just marching in silence" (anonymous user).

At around 00:13 one post was made stating large amounts of gun fire could be heard in the city of Chang Jun, the capital of Jilin Prefecture.

Mianshu's servers went offline at 00:15 and have not returned online in the hour since. Users attempting to access the social networking sight receive a message stating "servers are undergoing routine maintenance" but does not give an estimated time for the sight to return online.

So far the government of Kaiming or the Westseaxen Ministry of Defence have not released a statement on these reports. WBC Military Analyst Sir John Gladstone told WBC that if an uprising is confirmed "it will place the Westseaxen government in an awkward situation". Westseaxen Soldiers have been stationed in Kaiming since June of this year to train Kaiming's military as part of Operation Torrent.
