Reason for Joining IFA: Well I had basically been doing the same the thing as the IFA individually in the RP(I didn't know of the organisation). The empire is dedicated to liberal, democratic principles, and ensuring that all countries have these rights. We also believe in equal rights for minorities, and condemn the use nuclear, chemical & biological weaponry in most cases.
How do you describe the political atmosphere of your state? (Far-Left/Left/Center-Left/Center/Center-Right/Right/Far-Right): Generally center (by USA standards it would be center-left)
Is your Government by the people (exercised either directly or through elected representatives)? It is democratic if that's what you mean, with a civil service and a hereditary monarchy
What other military alliances are you a part of: Allied with the UR, Vangaziland, Mirevia, and a few other alliances of necessity

Also I would like to offer some forces for the IFA. I was thinking along the lines of 2,000 infantry (volunteers for my regular army), along with $200,000 million (as well as their funding). Is the iFA lacking a segment that I could help fill in? (like aircraft, etc)

Until we can locate and reassign larger systems, we are pledging 320 Type 91 man portable Surface-to-air missile units to the rapid response force, a fourth generation MANPADS system that we believe will be useful in curbing the effectiveness of enemy aircraft.

Currently, this is how our executive council looks like:

Executive Founder: Republic of Bratislav (Executive Head)
Defense Minister: New Korongo (Commander of IFA RRF)
Foreign Minister: Slavaka

However our Foreign Minister has been inactivated here in NS and I haven't seen any forum activity from New Korongo for more than 20 days.

So here are the descriptions for each of the respective positions. Please note Executive Founder is a permanent position, however, I am not a candidate for any other position. We also have some new positions:

Defense Minister - The Commander Nation of the IFA Rapid Reaction Force. When the RRF needs to be used you will be in charge in leading and commanding the large RR force that we have.

Foreign Minister - The FM will represent IFA in foreign settings, also develop relations with other alliances, and conduct other forms of diplomacy on behalf of the IFA. The FM is important in keeping a positive image and PR of our alliance.

Recruitment Minister - This minister will recruit eligible nations for the IFA and spread awareness through NS of our alliance.

Interior Minister - This minister will work alongside the Executive Founder to ensure that all applicant nations meet the stated requirements (helping the Executive Founder approve or disapprove applicants) and nations which diverge from our requirements are suspended or expelled from the alliance. He is tasked to provide inner stability to the Alliance (e.g. like a moderator status of the official thread). Only this minister in conjunction with the Executive Founder should be approving or disapproving applications!

All ministers should work with each other and with the Executive Founder to come up with new ideas and strategies to better the IFA and its position in the world.

Remember! Don't vote for yourself, and vote a different nation for each position. Obviously all IFA members are candidates, except me (list of all IFA members is in the OP). I won't be voting because of my position as Founder. I will give about 24 hours for voting. Good luck!
