I know that. I just had to get that in. If somebody retrieves Andreas from his room, he'll be a pretty good player. He is one of Saintland's most promising youth athletes, but hasn't decided what sport he will specialize in yet. Whatever sport he picks, he'll be a superstar.

For future reference, and the fact that this doesn't really fit into a factbook, I'm posting this here

Hollow Point Mercury Rounds
Designed by Armstech Industries, Hollow Point Mercury Rounds are specialty ammunition designed to inflict the maximum amount of damage with the smallest ammunition. These specialty rounds have been hollowed out and filled with liquid mercury and were topped off with a hollow point-esque tip. Upon entering the target, the hollow point tip will cause the bullet to flatten and hold itself within the body, maximizing the bullet's stopping power. However, this also causes the inner containment chamber to explode, releasing the mercury throughout the affected area. this causes an interesting effect on the surrounding tissue - it swells and explodes.

Thus a single hit from a 9mm Mercury round from a small pistol on joints such as the shoulders can cause dismemberment. Due to the nature of the ammunition, many nation's have banned its use. It may occasionally appear on black markets, however due to it's rarity, a single round tends to sell on average for ten thousand NSD.
