Brief Bio: She's 19, and has been working as an Embassy Aide for two years in the States at the Mount Angel Embassy. She escaped a harsh house, and went on a fruitless trip to an Angelan festival. But, instead of going back to her hostile home, she got her Ambassador (boss) to write her a letter of recommendation to this college. Now, she intends to graduate, and run for Congress in her home country, hopefully to be Chancellor someday.

She's about 5 foot three, and 175 pounds. Half hispanic, but with bright blue eyes. Dark hair just below her shoulders. Fun loving and smart, very pretty, but not what most people would consider "beautiful". Bubbly, slightly insecure, should make a wonderful college student.

Brief Bio:Carlotta Jane Moss was the daughter of a New Edomite real estate magnate. She had studied at the Fineberg Girls' Academy which was run by the Apostolic Church and which had to her been a total drag. Skirts down to her calves, stockings, long sleeves, all unless you were playing field hockey or soccer or something. Whenever she had a chance she was out to Quality Bay watching the boys' antics on the beach (the surfing at Quality Bay sucked but it was an excuse to parade around in a bikini and get some attention.) She had been going to Fineberg U with Andrea Benjamin, the now famous "beauty queen with a conscience" but her parents had hustled her off to the safe if totally boring Turtleshroom when the Civil War exploded.

She has recently returned from exile abroad. A member of the Anarcho-Syndicalist faction of the Free Congress, she had been the founder of the WIMEN protest group, a signatory of the Manifesto of Liberty, and determinedly had provoked on behalf of feminism, LGBTQ rights in New Edom, and reduction of privilege generally. She saw the Compulsory Nudity Act as an act of revolution and applauded it fiercely, declaring her devotion to the Free Congress once again. She had nearly been tortured publicly in TurtleShroom and had been arrested on several occasions.

Brief Bio: Amy’s father is a history professor in Erebus University and passed on his love of the subject to his daughter. She had applied to universities in Tartarus, but had also thought about mixing studying and learning about a new culture at the same time, so applied to several places around the region.

Amy is generally a good tempered girl, friendly and sociable, but she does tend to lose her temper if she gets stressed or if someone annoys her enough. In High School, she got suspended for a week for punching a fellow student in the face, but he had been harassing her for weeks and she had finally had enough.

Brief Bio: Sölälatherö was born into a family fishermen/women on the northern coast of Wiekilas. From the time she was three years old she would travel aboard the family’s boat in all but the most severe weather and gained the same respect for the sea that her ancestors had when they raided all along the Cornellian coast.

She has never been too concerned with politics growing up in a small fishing community, but she always excelled in school when she was not too bored or skipping class to snatch a crab or two from some of the less protected traps. Toward the end of her secondary education she began to feel the itch to travel and attend university, but could not afford to until she had saved up money working on a fishing boat for a year.

Sölälatherö has the calm bearing of her people and views the world in a very relaxed fashion. Her time spent on fishing boats has taught her to work as part of group and she will often find herself taking charge of things if there is need for a leader. Despite her calm bearing and relaxed nature, she can exhibit the same burning passion and ferocity that her ancestors did as they pillaged and raped along the coasts and up the rivers of Cornellia. And though she belongs to the Wielkilasin Eastern Orthodox Church, her views on certain issues do not always match church dogma.

Brief Bio: One of the few born on the Island of Eireann Fae, Aibell was conceived shortly after her parents arrived from the land of Éire, and raised communally, as is the custom on the Island. She has been exposed to many religions from the various refugee groups that make up the Community, but holds true to the beliefs of her parents. Still, her curiosity about other religions is neverending, and she wishes one day to be recognised as a master theologian - attending Arod University will obviously benefit her. That she may meet students of several faiths through the Exchange is a bonus. She is fluent in Gaeilge, English, and Fae (the latter will likely not be used for this RP, as I'm leaving the Faeries out of it).

The girl is quite pale, as she avoids sunlight as much as possible - she burns easily in the harsh UV rays. Neither of her parents has the trait, but her second foremother is known to have been so afflicted. Her wide emerald eyes stare in wonder at the world around her, and her flowing red hair - usually kept loose - falls to her knees. She often wears long-sleeve blouses and floor-length skirts, both woven of fine flax and dyed a dark green. She usually wears black satin gloves to protect her hands, and a matching wide-brimmed straw hat to keep the sun from hitting her face. Depending on the skirt to protect her feet, she is almost always barefoot, preferring to feel the Earth beneath her feet.

Brief Bio:
Vergrai is an explorer from his home town of McColl River, Cicunda. He is very feminine, and were it not for his distinguishable Male Cican tribal markings, he could easily be mistaken for a girl, this has always caused issues internationally, in countries where the Cican's are little known.

When internationally, he wears the womens ceremonial dressing (hand crafted shirt, skirt and pants), since men in Cicunda do not have any more than the traditional skirt. He is accepting of different cultures and religions, but holds his own beliefs dearly.

Brief Bio: A native of the town of Aladris, Elisae always had a love for history. She enjoyed reading about history and in general. He grew up in a strongly Muslim household and was always reading the Qur'an and Similer books. When he was 13 he stared to read other books like the bible and The Avesta he dicited to become an atheist. He kept it a secret for many years when at the age of 16 he told his father. Brief Bio: George is the 4th son of a lesser baron in the Constannian Imperial Fatherland, and from an early age showed the signs of genius. He started school a year early, and even then he wasn't challenged that much in his classes. He graduated top of his class, and when the time came for his required two years of military service he was instead transferred to the Grand Imperial Academy for Science and Mathematics, designing weapons and other various military projects instead of typical soldiery. Nonetheless, he still has military training, both because of his father, who is a colonel in the Royal Army, and because students at Imperial academies are given combat instruction. After his two years were concluded he planned to return to the Grand Imperial Academy, but due to an error with admissions he failed to get in, and his father sent him to study abroad whiles he would try to fix the issue with George's application.
