Andy smiled at Alyssa. "Yes and no split ends either. Elven hair is what you call low maintenance." He like that Alyssa took a interest in his hair, but it was not a subject that Elven males talk much about. Andy thought thought. When one is in the presence of two beautiful ladies, one does his best to answer their questions.

Andy began to chuckle."Yes I guess it looks more impressive on the battlefield when their is explosions and other effects of battle going along with it. I often add some more effects when in actual combat." Andy admitted to himself, that he rarely let his hair flow free in most combat nowadays. Most combat was at range and he seldom had the honor to be close enough to his enemies so they could see his hair.

Andy listen to Marissa question. "Well I could but I don't think would be appropriate here. I don't want to frighten you or your guesses with too much magic displays. But I can do this for you." Andy said a few words of Elven. A a small glowing ball of formed in front of Marissa. It took the shape of a small fairy made out of light. It began to dance in front of the princess. It continued it's dance for a minute before it faded out of existence. Andy then looked at the Princess to gauge her reaction.

Dianne continued with her smile, which had now transformed into more of a grin. 'Elves,' Dianne scoffed in her head, she didn't want to mention to the Elven princess that her nation was surrounded by a 'Half-elven' empire, known as Angaria, ruled similarly as an empire. She especially didn't want to mention how many wars both nations had fought, and how there was a somewhat distrust of Elves in the general population of Klowr, which had grown over the millennia of war between the two nations; but the Princess was from a completely different nation, and she was sure that the two nations:, had no formal contact. 'One must never judge a book by it's cover, Dianne,' She said to herself.

"So, is your nation an absolute monarchy? Or something on that lines?" Dianne said, truly trying not to offend. The Princess did look more, beautiful, then the pigs she usually met at the useless peace summits between Angaria & Klowr. 'Perhaps she is a completly different breed of Elf.' Dianne said, staring into the other lady's eyes.

Ellenith

"Oh, I fully expect an arranged marriage," Ellenith said, trying not to sound too dejected at the prospect. "Technically speaking, I'm... third, I believe, in the line of succession in the Radiant Empire, with my father being heir and my younger brother being second. Which all comes with certain expectations, as I'm sure you'd understand," she nodded towards both Hugo and Nicholas, who had similar roles in their own families. She had no idea that Mara too was a princess, nevermind nobility, but then she had no idea how humans generally acted in such roles. It had, after all, struck her as rather odd that the Tartaian court was really quite similar to those in Naggoroth and Roania.

"Not that I'm likely to inherit anything without starting a civil war, mind you, but the fact remains that my father will as like as not have to marry me off to some snooty Roanian nobleman," she glanced then at another table, observing the blond, long-haired and apparently elven male seated there. She briefly scowled then, and then unsure why she had, she turned it into a more pleasent smile and resumed speaking, "I'm sure if I'm quite lucky there'll be enough maids around that I can keep my bed to myself, at least once I've had three or four children..."

---

Aeselle

"Oh, of course, Your Highness. I would be honoured," Aeselle said with a smile, dipping into a little bow before Joshua as he presented himself and Commander Solis. "It is a pleasure to meet you both," she said sincerely as she followed them to a table, again thanking the prince as he helped both ladies to their seats like a true gentleman, "Commander Solis, especially," a little smirk grew on her lips, "I believe our daughters are actually aquainted, so it quite nice to get to meet you. Was it your Kana who attended Lady Cheruv's birthday party on mars? I admit that Scarlet didn't tell me much about it, other then a few names, but I knew that one sounded familiar."

Selessca listen to Dianne question. "The Empire is what your people would call a Elected Monarchy. Our leader the Sha-Coronel is elected from candidates from the Elven people. The body that votes him into power is called the High Council of the People. That Council consist of representatives of all the major Elven tribes and nations. The Sha-Coronel has near absolute political powers, but is limited by Elven political tradition. If you like me to go more into our political process I can if you wish. " Selessca said with a smile. Selessca did notice that the human lady was attempting to not be as cold as she was before. Selessca hoped that what ever was in the woman's pass to make her not like Elves would not effect their meeting.

Selessca finished her statement and waited for Dianne's response.

"Oh." Dianne said, she didn't expect that response. Reaching towards her glass of water. "That seems very liberal." Which was all Dianne could utter. She had to admit her first assumption, was that the the Elven Imperium was some kind of dystopian absolute monarchy; not a democratically elected monarchy.

"How long is the emperor's term?" Dianne said, wanting to know more.

To Klowr

Selessca smiled at Dianne enthusiasm to her answer. She did not expect the ladies response to her answer. "The Sah-Coronel is generally a life time Election, but he can be replace by a majority in the Council. Of course we elves prize stability, so it take a very special situation to have a vote of no-confidence for a reigning Sha-Coronel." Selessca paused for a moment and decided to ask her own question.

"Lady Dianne have you ever dealt with Elves before? I am just curious." Selessca said while she waited for Dianne response.

Mara, Ellenith, Kana, Hugo, Nicholas, Tia

"I expect an arranged marriage." said Mara. "You know what's totally crazy, I want to get married. I mean I could just have fun partying forever, but I've been doing that since I was sixteen, and I'm getting bored with it. And...well...I'm not proud of some of the things I've done," she admitted. "Like you know how you have been partying and then you think: 'holy shit, why did I do that?'" she grimaced, and said, "But I was thinking about what makes me happy, and I like being with people I care about, having some time to do charitable things, doing sports, dancing, and why can't I do that and be married? But you're totally right, you guys, I mean marriage for love--I can't even imagine. My parents love one another but they're not like all goo-goo eyes and all that, you know?" she laughed at Hugo's comment about the maids, and cocked her head at Ellenith's comments. She couldn't understand women who didn't like sex, but she'd known her share of them--her cousin Enoch's mother for example had said at a women's gathering during a party, "Frankly I'd rather just read a good book."

"See Ellenith, I'm hoping mostly that I get a normal guy, not some pervert or weirdo. I mean not too much of one anyway. Or a homo, geeze. No I want a nice normal guy who likes sex...I mean if you're not giving your man sex then how are you going to manage your marriage, you know?" she asked.

Dianne giggled, which she thought she shouldn't. Her entire ancestry line had been dealing with elves or 'half-elves', even up to the present time, she was dealing with the scourge of the continent, whom were the descendent of the 'elves' of her forefathers dealings.

"Well, my ancestor, Isildur Grangie the first King of Klowr. Whom, around three millennia ago, united the Kingdoms of Klowr, and fought for the independence of Klowr. Whom were living under the empire of Elves, known as the Riven Empire. Eventually these elves were defeated in an epic battle, they were called back to the great void; or so the legend says. However the elves, apparently mixed with the humans of they're empire, forming an abomination known as the Angarian race; this race was created out of rape, and torture." Dianne said emphasizing the last bit.

"And so Over the millennia, we have battled with them, not knowing peace with them. They solidified our hate for monarchies, our nation almost lost it's independence when a royal marriage was called between the two nations, which would effectively joined us with them, this led us to fight in a long bloody civil war, where after nearly a million dead, the monarchy was abolished. Ironically orchestrated by the family who initially created the bloody monarchy." Dianne said, taking in a needed gulp of water.

"As for me, the Angarian Empire still exist. Currently, we are engaged in an unofficial cold-war with them. With several conflicts between our proxies existing. My husband died in one of those proxy wars, shot by an Angarian sniper. So you can see why I was wary of you, when we met. No, hopefully you are not-in-anyway related to these 'half-elves,'" Dianne said, looking back into the princess eyes.

The Elven Imperium

Alyssa could tell that Andy was not enjoying the conversation about his hair and she was slightly annoyed with her cousin for bringing up the subject. But she was happy that he seemed unoffended by Marissa’s silly remarks. “I am sure that whatever you do on the battlefield does wonders for your ability to win,” she said with a pleasant smile, hoping that the younger princess would not continue with the interrogation about his hair. She had not seen a man with such long hair before and she found it oddly appealing on him.

“I can imagine that you look somewhat dashing,” Marissa added, giving Andy another of her charming smiles. And then she watched in wonder, along with Alyssa, when he performed a little bit of magic for them. Both of the girls’ eyes were wide and they gaze was fixed on the little fairy until it blinked out of existence. “That was beautiful,” she said, laughing lightly.

“That was wonderful,” Alyssa agreed, laughing along with her cousin. The longer she spent with Andy the more she hoped that she would be able to pay a visit to his world and see all the other magical things there, while she learnt more about the prince. It was fun getting to know him in a formal setting, but you never really got to see the real person until you saw them doing normal things.

Marissa looked at her cousin for a moment and then back at Andy. “So, Anorpaur, tell me, is this your first time at a human ball and is it what you had expected it to be?”

Mara, Ellenith, Hugo, et al

“You may,” Kana said, as Hugo asked his bold and rather loaded question. 'Real' love was such a hard thing to think about objectively. Sure, Kana had crushes, infatuations, and flings. Not many, but she had. But real love was something hard to pin down. “Real love...” she said softly, and gave the question some serious thought. “Twice, she said at last. Once, when I was fourteen years old, I fell in love with a girl just a little older than I was, and again when I was sixteen. They were wonderful, amazing people, but fate decided that it was never meant to last,” Kana explained, seeming just a touch rueful.

Her furred ears perked straight upright when Mara asked about arranged marriages. For Kana, her ears were as much a part of her facial expression as her mouth and eyes were, standing straight up when she was happy or feeling particularly attentive, pinned down against her head when she was upset, and they had a tendency to go a little lopsided whenever she was feeling embarrassed or flustered. Unfortunately, as Mara began to speak on love, those ears pinned themselves back. To be so dismissive of 'marriage for love' seemed absolutely anathema to Kana, and it was clear that wasn't the only viewpoint they held in difference. Kana found herself biting her lip in anxiety at the 'homo' remark. Did Mara know about her? Was that something taboo where she came from? Hugo's shock had been easy enough to brush off, but, compounded with Mara's off-the-cuff comment, Kana was starting to feel a little singled out. “Arranged marriages don't really happen all that often on Solont, and we don't really have noble courts either. I guess some of the formal dinners that High Command sometimes throws are sort of like that, but it's not really the same.” Kana said, trying her best to shake off her worries and carry on with the conversation. “There are some cultures and religions there that still practice arranged marriages including my own, but it's not a uniformly common thing even then. When the time comes – if the time comes – I'll be allowed to marry whomever I want. Man, woman... maybe even an AI, if I meet a nice one. Who knows?”

She turned to Ellenith and gave her a sad smile, before reaching over the table and giving the Naggarothi noble's hand a comforting squeeze. “I'm so sorry to hear that you won't be allowed to do the same. I think everyone should be allowed to choose how they want to live. It's just not right otherwise.”

Aeselle, Prince Joshua

“Why yes, Lady Aeselle,” Valcione said as she graciously accepted the seat that Joshua had prepared for her. “The Kana that your daughter met on Mars and the girl in attendance here as my daughter are indeed one and the same. Kana has told me so much about that trip, and I'm glad she was able to make such a good friend in Scarlet in so short a period of time. I never had the pleasure of meeting her, but she must be a very wonderful girl. You must be so proud of her.”

Klowr & The Elven Imperium

Stuart and Harry merely settled to eating their food as the two women talked around them. In Tartarian society it was considered somewhat rude to ignore people you were dining with, but both men had grown accustomed to the odd customs that some people had, so they continued to eat their food in silence, while listening to what was being said. They knew that they had told both women as much as they could about their own nation and they understood that the others were interested in learning more about each other’s nation, but that did not mean that the two men needed to be excluded from further discussions.

Harry, who was not so easily accepting of being ignored, due to being a Duke’s grandson and noble, sipped for a moment on his wine and then stood up from the table. “If you will all excuse me, I have someone I need to talk to. It was a pleasure meeting you,” he said, looking at Dianne and smiling kindly, before bowing slightly to Selessca. He had done his duty and found the princess someone else to talk to, so he sauntered off to find a couple of friends he had yet to talk to that evening.

Stuart watched the young man go and then continued to tuck into his meal.

Gehenna/New Edom/Northrup-Grumman

Naiya had listened quietly to the conversation while quietly observing the goings-on around them peripherally. There were quite a few people she was unfamiliar with, though no races she could see that she wasn’t at least acquainted with, which made the potential faux pas less likely, at least.

She smiled and extended her hand in greeting when Perin was introduced. “A pleasure, Brigadier-General,” noting the title of Hero that Touchstone explained. Of course to her, Hero would always be Zio Timo, and the assorted Kzinti who had earned that title. She knew she was biased, but the word tended to pique her curiosity.

“Princess Serena, I would be honored,” she replied in response to the young woman’s request. “If you don’t mind, I’ll try to get in touch with my brother to see if he might care to join us as well? I would think the full meal would be something he was interested in as well, as would I. It all smells delicious.”

“If you will excuse me then, ladies, gentlemen, I’ll see to my plate and meet back up with you at the tables. Thank you again, Your Highness.”

With a polite bow of her head, Naiya threaded her way through to the serving tables, delicately gathering bits of this and that, hoping to sample as much as she could without overdoing it. While she walked, she spoke into her small Spook device, letting Marcus know.

As it turned out, he was already loading up a generous plate for himself, the temptation having eventually won out. It never ceased to amaze her how much he could put away, and still maintain his level of fitness, in spite of how active he was. Genetics, yes. Auntie Shodey, no doubt, but still, it gave her more ammunition to tease him with later.

"I do hope you intend on leaving some for the rest of us," she said over their comms line.

"They may just have enough," he admitted dubiously, as he held out his plate for a generous slice of beef.

Ellenith, Hugo, Kana, Mara, Nicholas & Tia

“I was under the impression that you managed a marriage by not giving it,” Hugo added with a grin, at Mara’s remark about having sex. He knew that women could be slightly controlling by refusing to give a man his conjugal rights when she did not get her own way. He once had a girlfriend who had done that and he had paid her back by being caught having sex with her roommate when she came back from class.

“As interesting as this conversation is,” Tia interjected, feeling that some of the people present were feeling a little uncomfortable, not necessarily about the topic of sex, but by something that had been raised along the way, “it may be a good idea if we talk about something more fitting over dinner.” Not that she really minded what was discussed, but a group of unmarried people laughing and joking in the midst of Tartarian nobility was probably not the place to do so. She was sure she had caught a couple of coughs aimed at their table.

The young woman continued. “Regardless how people end up in marriage, there is no reason to say that one way is better than any other. I know people who thought they were in love get divorced and I have known people in arranged marriages to find everlasting love. It is just about meeting the right person.”

Nicholas, who had been relatively quiet until that point, picked up his glass. “I say a toast to marriage and may we all be happy, even if we are not in love.”

Aeselle, Joshua & Valcione

Not having met either of the two young ladies being spoken about, Joshua merely listened as the two women spoke, grateful that he had managed to bring together two people who had something in common, even if it was only daughters that had attended the same party. He always found it interesting when people found a common link between their children, as if it made some invisible bound between mothers. He was proud of his son and daughter, but his wife was the one who enthused about everything they did, like they were the first two to ever achieve anything.

Joshua did not need to ask which of the young people seated with his son were related to the two women. He looked over to where they were while the two ladies spoke and then focused back on his companions. “Scarlett is your other daughter?” The prince asked, having not seen the name on the guest list. “It is a shame that both were unable to attend this evening.”

Jessica, Karmin and Prince Val

Once both of the women had filled their plates with their selections, Val led them over to a table for four people and placed his plate at his spot, before aiding both ladies with their chairs. When they had taken their seats, he sat himself in front of his dinner and looked at the two women, and then picked up a fork and selected a piece of venison, which he chewed slowly savouring the taste. He then indicted for the waiter to bring a bottle of red and white to the table.

“It is certainly true that different cultures have different views on the age of an adult,” Val said, continuing with their previous conversation. “Several hundred years ago, it was considered perfectly acceptable to take a wife at the age of twelve or thirteen, and they would have attended court. But over the years, we have increased the age to seventeen, as it has been decided that a child should be a child while they can and that someone that young should be enjoying the freedom of life and attending school, not keeping a home. I know that young girls especially love the idea of dressing up and attending balls, but from my own experience, talking to adults when you are a teenager is nothing short of a bore.”

Naiya, Perrin, Serena, Siri & Touchstone

“We would be honoured to have your brother join us, Your Highness,” Serena said to Naiya, as they walked into the dining room. She smiled as the principessa excused herself and then looked at the other three in the group. “If you would care to take a stroll around the serving tables, I will secure us a large table and speak to the waiter about some wine. If any of you would prefer something other to drink, please let me know or ask the waiter when you have finished your selection.”

From the Brigadier-General’s body language, the princess got the feeling that he would prefer to be dining with another group of people right now. She had witnessed his arrival and direct line to one particular Tartarian lady and she had the impression that he would much rather make another beeline to her rather than sit with a couple of heads of state and some unknown prince and princesses.

“I shall hopefully see you back at the table shortly, though I have known for people to be strolling around looking at the food for a good fifteen minutes,” she added, before giving them each a smile and then excusing herself as she walked over to a large empty table and began to speak to the waiter.

For Klowr and Gehenna Tartarus

Selessca nodded as she listen to Dianne speech. She was shocked to hear about a Elven race that would do such vile acts. Selessca was acquainted with the Drow and the Fey'ri of her kingdom. But even these bloodthirsty races where limited by Empire and could not inflict this level of harm. "I assure you Dianne, If I may call you Dianne, That my nation as no association with these vile people who masquerade as Elves. True Elves do not commit such acts. They are an abomination to all Elf-Kind." Selessca said with some seriousness. Selessca abhorred violence and Elves that revel in it where the worse kind of people. Selessca paused for a second and continued. "I am so sorry for your lost Dianne. It must be a great sorry to lose some one you love. I wish I could understand better, but I am a maiden and have yet to know love." Selessca put her head down.

Selessca raised her head when she heard Harry make his farewell speech. She had been so focused on her talk with Dianne. Selessca had forgotten Harry and Stuart. As harry left the table. Selessca spoke to him. "Thank you Harry very much for the introduction. Will I have the pleasure of talking with you in the future?" Selessca eyes spoke, Please don't go as she spoke her question. When harry continue walking off, Selessca had to hid her eyes for a moment to clear a tear that was welling up. She did not know why she felt this way, but nevertheless she did.

Selessca composed herself and turn her attention to Stuart. She tried to salvage the situation with Stuart. "So Mister Marsden you asked about Dragons? Is there anything in particular you like to know about them?" Selesscca promise herself she would pay more attenbtion to the Stuart and not repeat her mistake with Harry again.

To Gehenna Tartarus

Andy was surprised and please of the result his magic had on the young ladies. He did not expect such joy from the princess. The magic he did was minor magic nothing really noteworthy in the empire. In fact many children could do such magic. Andy himself had learn the magic when he was a boy. "Thank you Marissa. Thank you Alyssa. I learn this as a boy. It was one of my favorite tricks when I was young."

Andy thought about Marissa question. "Yes Marissa. This my first time at a human ball. The Empire has only begun to establish relation with human nations, so I there was few opportunities to see a human celebration like this. Andy took a drink and continued. "to answer your second question, This not what I expected. I was expected a dull, intrigue filled political affair. I was rather surprise that I would meet such nice and friendly people as both you and Alyssa. This has been a wonderful surprise and I am most enjoying my time here Marissa. Thank you both for making a wonderful time." Andy spoke form the heart on that statement . He was truly enjoying himself here. Andy felt he was talking to two friends then talking to two foreign princess. Andy sat back and enjoy his drink, as he waited for the ladies response.

Mara, Tia, Kana, Ellenith, Nicholas, Hugo

Mara nodded as Tia spoke...she didn't want to make a scene. Well, she didn't want to enough to endanger her friendship with Tia. And also she could understand, now that Tia mentioned it, why she would not want all the talk about marriage going on. "Okay, what's the weirdest food anyone here has ever eaten? Like ever? I mean apart from when you were a little kid or something..."

Dianne looked as the two humanoids infront of her shared a look together. 'I wonder what's going on with them...' she started to listen in on the conversation on dragons. Still a bit grumpy that her food had not arrived yet. She had felt bad, interrupting the Princess and her partner, whom seem to be having a nice conversation.

Klowr & The Elven Imperium

Stuart merely shook his head at the princess’ question about whether he wanted to know more about dragons. “I can think of nothing I need to know about them,” he said, looking at Dianne and thinking that maybe she had drunk a little too much. “Please, continue to answer Dianne’s questions about your nation. She seemed to be very interested in comparing your nations.” Unlike Harry and Alyssa, he had been given some information on the Elven Imperium and he did not want Dianne to lose focus and do something very strange.

At that moment, the waiter arrived and placed Dianne’s plate down in front of her and then handed Stuart’s to him. He asked if there was anything more he could get and Stuart asked for another jug of water. “You will have to excuse Lord Greenham, the young are always trying to fit so much in during these balls, which are an ideal time to catch up with old friends.”

He looked at Dianne. “Is your food okay?” He asked, hoping to snap her out of the little world that she seemed to have gotten herself into.

The Elven Imperium

The two princess looked at each other and then at Andy, both of them smiling widely. Neither of them had seen real magic before, other than the small bit that the prince had shown Alyssa previously. And although the older princess was convince, Marissa was slightly more sceptical, even though she might not look it. Marissa had mastered the art of looking sweet while being a little less so underneath. She wanted to know more about his magic, but there was plenty of time to learn more about it. As she sat with the two, she wondered if her cousin and best friend was enamoured with the elf. They had always been her favourite characters in books and she would not be surprised if Alyssa did not form some childish crush on him.

“I am sure that humans are not as bad as you probably thought,” Marissa said, feeling a little annoyed that he had thought that they would be dull and full of political intrigue. As far as she was concerned, she did not have a dull bone in her body. “Did you enjoy the dancing? I hope that you have a free dance left, because it would be wonderful to dance with an Elven Prince.”

Alyssa nodded. “Andy…I mean, Anorpaur has yet to fill up all his dances, Marissa. I am sure that he would be able to spare a dance for you.”

Marissa sighed inwardly and cursed herself for not introducing herself to the Elven party instead of Alyssa. Her cousin was far too easily swayed, after all, she was already dreaming of visiting Elfland. “Then shall we dance the first dance after dinner?” She asked, with not intention of accepting no for an answer.

To Klowr and Gehenna Tartarus

Selessca nodded at Stuart's response to her question "Very well Mister Marsden. If you have any questions on them or any topic of the Empire, please let me know." Selessca was surprise that Stuart had nothing to ask about the her nation. She had expected to get to many questions about her kingdom form this new couple. Dianne seem to be interested in her people. Selessca gave a nod at Stuart's second comment and turn back Dianne. "As I said the Empire and the vile evils who made nation of Angarian Empire are not kin."

Selessca pondered what Stuart said about Harry. Selessca stop talking to Dianne to make a small comment. "Well Lord Greenham was so nice to be my escort for the first set of dances. I hope that I will have the pleasure of his company again." Selessca did not want to allude that she like spending time with Harry. She half remember what harry said about protocol in Tartarus. Selessca finish her comment and turn back to Dianne. Dianne seem to be in her own little world. Selessca just resolved to wait to see what either of the pair did before she spoke again.

To Gehenna Tartarus

Andy listen to what Marissa said. "Oh yes I really did enjoy the dance. Your cousin Princess Alyssa is a wonderful dancer. It was a pleasure to share a dance with her." Andy said that giving a smile to Alyssa. Alyssa was a very good dancer to Andy, so the answer was truthful. In fact the most enjoyable part of this ball in Andy's mind was spending time with the young princess. Andy definitely looking forward to more dancing with Alyssa.

Andy thought on Marissa next question. He was hoping to dance with Alyssa after dinner. Then he remember something about royal protocol in his briefing before coming here. It was something about spending too much time with Tartarian noble ladies. Andy was at first, little worried that Alyssa would be jealous about dancing with Marissa. But Alyssa comment on not filling his dance card made Andy think it was alright to share one dance with Marissa. "Of course I would enjoy a dance with you after dinner. We can take the first dance after dinner. Marissa it ok for you to call me Andy. I understand that my name is a little difficult to pronounce. So I offer you the same curtiousy that I extended to your cousin." Andy did not know what to expect from Marissa. She asked with a llook that declared her intention to dance with so much. Andy could not refused. In his mind Andy thought. I hope she does not have a crush on me also. Cause that would make the rest of the night awkward. Andy finished his inner monologue and focus on the tow princesses, waiting for their responses.

Klowr & The Elven Imperium

Stuart smiled at Selessca as she finished talking and then as she turned her gaze on Dianne. Not wanting there to be an awkward silence while they waited for the woman to snap out of her dream world, the Secretary of State decided that carrying out a light conversation would be better than sitting in silence and he settled on a topic that both women could join in on, if they so desired.

“Having not been to either of your nations,” he said, flicking his gaze slowly between both of his dinner guests, “I wonder if you find our menu much different to what you would have back home. When travelling abroad, I have seen some very strange things on offer and have even bravely tried some. Although, I have to admit, the selection today is very basic with very few traditional dishes to select from. There are some very nice fish dishes that Tartarians’ have, with various spices and vegetables, but I think the chef was playing safe today, with all the international guests.” He added with a chuckle.
