Sounds like International Incidents to me. What are you looking for in this army, and why? Are you just trying to set up a military alliance, or do you have a specific goal in mind (e.g. invading a neighbour)?

Actually, I think he may be speaking about making a coalition similar to alliances on NationStates. If that is the case, NationStates would probably be best. Though if it was for a certain thread International Incidents would indeed be probably right. Im guessing he means the NS alliances based on seeing that name on there before - sorry if im wrong.

but i had my friends over and don't have a password on my computer and i have it remember my nation states password so my friend went on my account and banned and ejected a few people he didn't like (i'm WA delegate sooo... i got border control) and then our founder thought i was a traitor so he ejected and banned me but he forgot to take away executive so i got back on... anyway because of this my influence dropped drastically, is there a way to get your influence back up fast???

I'd ask in Technical because that's a game mechanic, not Roleplay related.

Regardless, im pretty sure you're out of luck since it was reset. You just have to wait until it comes back over time.

Well, like any map for NS RP, the answer would be yes. You'd have to find someone capable of drawing said map of course and ask them if they would/could do it. I suggest looking around Factbooks for threads about such art discussions. If you can't find any I would contact NS Mentors or visit their irc (#NSMentors on Esper) to see if they know someone capable. Im not familiar with this game tbh so I can't give any opinions past this point.

Try planning out certain points of the RP, like events and parties people are to attend. Dialogue happens when you force characters together. So think like you're planning a big get-together, approach it like that and you should find the process easier. At least that's what I do - I usually plan events to get people together and talk.

Also just adding on to TECT's point, think about having some central focus, such as a musical performance or entertainment event, parade, cultural demonstration, or even some 'loose drunk canon' running around causing trouble. It's good to have something tying everyone together, or that will keep things going when you have more than a couple people involved in a thread, otherwise, interest can die off quick for those outside of the main dialogue.

Additionally, know the setting/mood of the area, as that will help develop the kinds of words the people in the conversation use. Do they know each other? Are they good friends, enemies, acquaintances? Are they in a meeting? Most importantly, though, is not to try and force the conversation to develop - make it as fluid and as real as possible. Conversation happens naturally, so try to implement that kind of feeling to the writing.
