Hey Euro, I think you should add a part to the 'Involving Religion In Your Story' part that notes that everyone should agree before hand that said religion is true, ICly. I've had problems with that before (once someone used a deity to protect their nation in an incident I was in). Just a suggestion.

It's also generally acceptable for individual characters to make religious claims, as long as it's clear these are the characters' claims and not hard fact. For instance, my leader asserts he is God, and the people believe it and worship him. However, I make it clear that he is not really God and that this is just his claim and the claim of the people of my nation.

And many religious nations will claim God has led them to victory after winning a battle, a sporting event, or anything else, but make it clear these are just the claims of individuals in that nation. They in no way are asserting it is hard fact that God led them to victory.

I have an Idea for an RP, but I would not know which forum to throw it up on. It is inspired by the US congress roleplay, but will directly involve the Senate of my nation. Should it go in the Portal to the Multiverse? Or NationStates? Or Even Factbooks and Info?

If it involves your NS nation, it goes in one of the Diplomacy forums, usually II or NationStates. If it's based primarily in your nation without a whole lot of international incident, I'd probably recommend NationStates, but there's a thin and very blurry line between the two. There are subtly different roleplayer communities in each, so it may come down to personal preference.

Having just endured a whatever-it-was (looked vaguely like a WA resolution, but it was even worse than most) in the news article, and several months of the same sort of drivel in several regions' message boards and several threads that pertain to regions and to specific types of RP's, I have a hint to offer you all:

ABSURDITY IS NOT HUMOROUS IN AND OF ITSELF. IT GETS NAUSEATINGLY BORING VERY QUICKLY!!!

I have an idea for a roleplay, or rather the rules for it. The roleplay is basically a game where the rules of the roleplay are changeable if everyone wants the change. It is inspired by a game called Nomic. Any ideas on how to roleplay this?

Nope, this is not a ball. To make a ball write a Royal Ball or something like that, this way you'll attract people.
