LUNA recognizes legitimate Socialist States as:
A State where the government actively fights fascism internally.
A State where the government or the working class as a whole controls the economy.
A State where trade Unions are permitted in the said nation
A State where the leader is democratically elected OR a state which is under a Dictatorship of the Proletariat.
A State where the Government does not impose unfair laws to ethnic minorities
A State where the Government believes in Freedom of Speech
A State where the Government believes in Freedom of Art unless it is a threat to socialist development
A State where the Government does not impeach on civil rights of the citizens unless they violate another sentient beings civil rights.
A Nation where every sentient being is given Equal Rights unless they are a threat to Society.
A State where citizens can expect a fair trial from the worker’s councils or the national law.
A State that recognizes LUNA as legitimate organisation for helping other socialist state.

The LUNA runs on a Democratic Basis with an Elected Leaders. We believe in Democracy and Leftism.. The Faction's Leader can be elected only from one faction to be president of LUNA. So, faction members can choose their own leader
