The Steel Coalition was unoficialy formed During the Emperic-Scorpion war,in which 4 nations came together to break the back of New Scorpio and remove their dictator from power. These nations were Super bwitain,New Emperica,The ruvian empire and The Pyhrric-Annexed Bourgeois americas .When that war was finally over,The Emperican general secretary Iustes made an offer to us that would prove to be beneficial to all sides,coming in the form of Military Protection,Trade and Technological advancement,but it also had a darker meaning,whenever Scorpio raised its' head to threaten the Coalition or any other innocent nation,They would role in,breaking the back of Scorpio and his Cronies once again,this was mst recently show in The taking of Halberd Pass,in which our newest member Mikmodia invaded Halberd Pass due to serious Threats made against the Coalition.What i am here to ask is,Join us!Join us and flourish Militarily, Economically and Technologically.Join us and protect the freedom of innocent nations from the Imperialistic nations such as New Scorpio and Halberd Pass,Join us and become a Prestigious nation,respected by all,a shining Knight that Strikes down the Wicked and Manipulating.Charter
ARTICLE I
a) Hereby defining 'imperialist' as a nation and/or person who seeks to further the boundaries of his/her empire for the sole purpose of power.
b) Hereby declaring 'imperialist' nations and leaders as the enemies of the coalition to a reasonable extent.
c) Nations falling under the definition of 'imperialist' (see 'a'), shall not be admitted to the Coalition, nor shall members openly approve or endorse them or their actions.
d) All member nations are subject to background checks.
ARTICLE II
a) Member nations are expected to trade with one another when the situation warrants.
b) Any major (civilian) technologies discovered are to be shared amongst members.
c) Any member found participating in 'imperialistic' behavior, or cohorting with imperialist nations/leaders will be subject to trial and possible suspension by fellow coalition members.
ARTICLE III
a) An attack on one coalition member is an attack on all coalition members.
b) A military response is mandatory should a fellow coalition come under unprovoked attack from any nation.
c) Hereby defining an 'coalition assault' as an attack in which the coalition itself declares war on a nation/alliance and attacks it.
d) If the coalition member was the aggressor, a majority vote is required for an official coalition assault.
e) Military technologies of utmost importance (that may turn the tide of a major war) must be shared when the situation warrants it.
f) Hereby defining a 'WMD' (Weapon of Mass Destruction) as a device designed to cause massive civilian casualties or the destruction of entire cities.
g) Any and all WMDs owned by coalition members must be reported in full to the Coalition.
ARTICLE IV
a) In the event of a natural (or any other kind of) disaster, aide must be sent (if able) to the afflicted nation(s) by other coalition nations.
ARTICLE V
a) The charter may be amended at any time by a majority vote.
b) The laws found in Article V may not be removed or changed. Only moved to a different article.

I suggest that a coalition assault be carried out against the Imperia'l Arme' Dae Navia (IADA/Ida), a large terrorist organization with deep roots in the former nation of Naviatia (now a territory of New Emperica). These terrorists are believed responsible for upwards of 12,000 Emperican civilian deaths, and 37 military deaths over the years. Their most infamous attack was when seven airliners were hijacked and crashed into three different sky-builds, responsible for nearly 8,900 of the deaths mentioned before. Since it is Emperican controlled territory, logistics will not be a problem, and it will be a very asymmetrical war. A force of around 100,000 personnel is estimated to be required.
