To: Government of Vrijswiek
CC:
Subject: Free elections
Security Classification: Public
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Dutch Democratic Republic of Knootoss would like to congratulate the government of Vrijswiek for organising these elections, and expresses hope that they will be held in a free and fair manner. If it is permissible, Knootoss will send volunteers to monitor these elections, providing an additional safeguard against meddling. Further, Grand Pensionary Jan Willem Daatman expresses his hope that a new government will adopt 'Democracy with Dutch Characteristics', and chose to work with it's racial and cultural allies in the Dutch Democratic Republic and elsewhere.
While media coverage of the Libertarian Party and the Freedom Party has been markedly positive in the Knootian press, the Knootian government will support any outcome that reflects the genuine choice of the people.
Yours faithfully,
Daniel Geelen
