After elections dominated by the victorious Communist Party of Puerto Rico, the People's Congress of Labor Deputies has banned all forms of capitalism and all economics text which favor capitalism in any form. All schools are to teach the greatness of Communism, and all complaints are to be reported to the new People's Internal Security Bureau. All news channels have been nationalized and media content is now heavily censored.

Some 4,000 "enemies of the People" have been rounded up and sent to the gulags after brief trials. Another 2,000 have been executed by firing squads.

Official Condemnation and Letter Report

In response to the current implementations set forth by the Communist Party of Puerto Rico:

His and Her Imperial Majesty's Government of the Empire of Francia-Britannia officially condemns and denounces the recent domestic implementations set forth by the Communist Party of Puerto Rico. It is with reprehensible emotion that the actions that have taken place in Puerto Rico are truly disgraceful, abominable and vicious at best. Furthermore, the censorship of certain economical ideologies greatly undermines the sanctity of the human right to freedom of speech. A human right, which, should be widely recognized by all sovereignties of this World. Sadly, however, such right is also widely ignored, as evident by past historical references. In addition, the inhuman and systematic genocide of these capitalists in Puerto Rico is truly unacceptable by both the Government and the People of the Empire. In response to these actions committed by the Communist Party of Puerto Rico, the Empire of Francia-Britannia has issued and enacted Economic Resolution #192-91-HN, allowing the embargo of trade goods between Puerto Rico and Francia-Britannia to be effective. In addition, the People's Republic of Puerto Rico has been issued a Travel Advisory, noting to any possible travelers/visitors to the country that the situation and government of said country is irrational and ferocious to any opposition against the Communist/Socialist ideologies.

In a lasting hope, we urge the Government of the People's Republic of NS Puerto Rico to re-assess and further analyze the detrimental impact that it may cause between its nation. Such radical and illogical decisions that have been enacted have already proven to HHIM Government of the Empire of Francia-Britannia that the Government of the People's Republic of NS Puerto Rico will later fail to be a government that can protect the interests and security of its people. It is with much discontent that the people of NS Puerto Rico must ultimately perish under the eventual demise to such a violent and ruthless Government, if at all.

In high conclusion, a condemnation report is hereby effective between the states of the People's Republic of Puerto Rico and the Empire of Francia-Britannia.
