Celebrations have started for Sovereignty Day in Banana Federation. The 2k Bridge has been lit up with fireworks and neon lights, along with every major town and city. People across the country have celebrated the fact that they can live in a country free from violence for the first time in years. The president has given a speech, and despite what is happening internationally, everyone is happy.

Damanian Scientists have started constructing a satelite probe that will be sent to space to land on the planet, Mercury. Mercury is an unexplored planet, that is deemed resourceful for future space colonisation. Damanians predict it will be finished in the upcoming months.

Tyson Hasir-yes I would prefer if this meeting would continue, sorry if there are any interruptions on my behalf I would be getting daily messages from my delegates in my home country giving reports of the re-construction of the nation

President Lister: Very well. At this point I will state what all sides have agreed upon and need only limited negotiation. Firstly, a regional, independent government will be set up, most likely by the Moneylania Council. Secondly, an Ironian peacekeeping force will be deployed to the disputed area to ensure peace. Finally, both Platacia and StarkingSeabers will remove all military forces in the area. Now, I believe we were discussing compensation?

Tyson Hasir-that sounds good to me, my forces aren't situate in the area anyway we are too busy trying t rebuild at this point but yea it sounds good, yes we need t speak of compensation, I think 2.8 billion was a bit too low, we have underestimated the cost to rebuilding the nation, we ask that 10 billion universal dollars be the compensation

Vikøren: We will accept the terms that you have offered, merely to get this debate over with. However we, not the Moneylania Council, shall set up the local government.

*Tyson Hasir stands up* -I'm sorry mister Vilkøren but with all due respect that sounds like another way of taking the territory for yourself, I suggest that another member of the moneylania council sets up a local government and only provides the resources and a local peacekeeping force until it can stand on it's own

President Lister: Seeing as there seems to be a disagreement here, Ironcastle will volunteer to set up and manage the provisional government in the area. Any objections?

Nereo: Objection! The Moneylania Council should set up the regional government, considering the whole point of the council is to moderate things in the region.

Damanian Scientists predict the space rover will need to be constructed by March next year. The rover will scout the surface of Mercury, and will be the first land rover to land on Mercury. The rover will need alot of fuel to reach the surface of Mercury, as the suns gravitational pull is greater then that of Mercury.

President Raul Trentino arrives in the Scuroian capitol. As he walks up to the parliament building, he is greeted by an honour guard of soldiers. He walks inside to see the other members of the government safe, and General Monaldo taken prisoner by the Vultures and Ironian forces.

Raul Trentino: You have commuted crimes against Scuro and the Moneylania Council.

Monaldo: You will not survive the corruption that this land is facing! You are all doomed!

Vulture: Shut up. *Knocks Monaldo to the ground*

Government delegate Troy Amir-Sir, we are giving you out reports on the reconstruction of the StarkingSeaber nation, all of the business sectors, residential and industrial sectors have been repaired and are in overdrive production and income, most of the rural countryside has Ben repaired and set up for the next harvest, exports of different food products is really bringing the economy to a high level and we are prepared to upgrade our military to a more disciplined and modern infrastructure.

Tyson Hasir-good job Troy and go ahead with the funding and creation of the new military projects.

Vikøren: Fine. we shall accept your terms of the Moneylania Council setting up the government, and paying $10 billion in humanitarian aid.

Tyson Hasir-I am in agreement as well, $10 billion universal dollars for compensation of damage is to be paid and the Moneylania council will set up the government of the claimed territory, we send this over to the Moneylania council to agree now.

Nereo Giordano: The Moneylania Council accepts these terms for the region of Kysten and for Platacia's payment to StarkingSeabers. Does the Ironian government have any objections?
