"I am surprised that your country is not doing anything wrong as of the moment to mine. Personally I am grateful. The AZEN government has been extremely worried about the status of Azens in the npe areas and surely, we were lied to via propaganda. How are women and children in your area? Have the men repopulated? Have they come back to Azenyanistan as AZEN men?"

President Damian finally arrives at the conference room, thoroughly checked for any signs of unwanted objects, He approaches the room, apologizes for being late, and takes a seat.

James turned toward the person who replied to him, before replying "Good. I've never heard of this Saladin person, but it's a miracle to hear good news in Azenyanistan. We have nicknamed it 'Mari's Nightmare' due to all the suffering."

Meanwhile in the Security office, the guards watch from the Closed Circuit footage on the building and see what was happening on all floors (86 of them) in the building.
"The President's inside, no traces of unwanted objects on him."

"What about the Arkanans and the Azens."

"Same. Although we might have to question the Portean on why he's eating Nutella in a conference."

"Probably hungry, I can see why. Seems like everyone else is too. Wait....IS THAT FUCKING PEANUT BUTTER?!"

"GODDAMIT, JEFF! HOW THE FUCK DID YOU SMUGGLE THEM UP THERE?!"

The agents quickly observe the footage of a civilian eating peanut butter on the 20th floor. They immediately alert the guards to escort him out of the building quickly. Suddenly, the peanut butter had awoken the "thing" that was kept inside D-28. and footage of the thing going mad and self-mutilation was seen on the screen as it tries to break down the door.

"SEAL THE AREA! GET THE SLEEPER AGENT! I WANT THAT THING SLEEPING AGAIN!"
D-28's rear doors were sealed shut, and access to the 24th floor was cut as the sleeping gas was deployed, managing to knock out the thing again. In the conference room, it felt like nothing happened, only a slight shake.

Ambassador Dietrich frowns when she speaks. Aria isn't known for her kind personality in diplomatic settings, but she's popular for her ability to cut through the BS and get to the point.

"The one which contains personnel from multiple illegal militias and paramilitary organizations, formed in violation of the Treaty of Highrose. I'm sure our Azenyani delegates here can explain why such a thing happened."

Kaisar Karl decided to intervene, to try to gain time for the Speaker and -apparently- the North Ankaran envoy's partner.

"And the Unionist Army's batallion stationed in Jordan has pacified the region; the damage was minimal and the victory swift. Unfortunately, they managed to murder the Speaker before we could do anything. I don't know how they acted so quickly.

Which makes me remember something; a few hours ago, Commissar Governor Kirov contacted your government." He said to the Philippine Count. "He wanted to rebuild the Palace of the Speaker, but he still hasn't received an answer. Does Your Excellency know something about this issue?"

James realized that as he said that, the building seemed to shake. However, it was quite slight. HE assumed it must have been a tremor, but he asked the Esgonian president "Why did the building shake?"

"As far as we know, this Saracens are nothing more than terrorists. Just because Speaker Asyah knows about their existence doesn't mean she sponsors their actions" suddenly said Princess Historia. "After all, if a group of socipaths started butchering your people, you would also be happy that a slightly better option is driving them back. I'm certain she will deal with them as soon as the whole White Movement uprising stops being an inmediate menace."

Suddenly, she realised her toes were curled to the inside, as if she was scared of something. But she wasn't, as far as she was aware.

"It's probably because there's been a small earthquake, love. Nothing to worry about." Said her father. He knew it wasn't that. He just hoped that either it had been contained, or that it was the one that killed fast.

The President also notices of the situation, before being contacted by the Security Chamber through a small earpiece.
"Mr. President. P.O.I. - 118 has been awoken, but knocked out, sorry for that small tremor, sir."
He turns to the WPT delegate and replies.
"Probably a small tremor, but nothing to be worrying about. It's quite common around here, really." He then turns to the Arkanans.
"I'm also concerned about this, but I'm sure the Azens here would explain their presence, and hopefully their activities are not like before, yes?"

"As far as the Arkanan government is concerned, these 'Saracens' are an illegal paramilitary group. All this goes to show is that the Azenyanis have quite a disregard for the legally binding status of treaties."

Ambassador Dietrich cuts off Aria.

"Ahem, while the point could have been raised is a more delicate manner, I'm afraid my companion's point is a legitimate concern of my government. This is just one of a series of violations of the Treaty of Highrose by the Azens. It will take a substantial 'security deposit' so to speak, for my government to express any trust in the Azens' ability to keep their word. There have been too many betrayals of trust for my government's taste."

Dietrich chose his words carefully. He knew the Azens took betrayal very seriously, and explaining that violations of the treaty were betrayals of trust should make a point to the Azens. He too, could be just as underhanded in his speech as Aria.

He once again turns to the Arkanans.
"I can understand that, but I can also understand why the Azens had once again formed it's para-military groups, following multiple sectarian violence and the failure to contain that violence by the Filipinos."
After speaking, he sees the Kaisar looking worried. Thinking that he might have already known, he calls his secretary and whispers something to her ears, she then approaches the Kaisar and whispers to him.
"Sir, there's nothing to worry about now. The P.O.I. has been contained and secured. The meeting will continue.".

Kaisar Karl sighed relieved after hearing the news. He noticed his daughter's inquisitive ecpression.

"She said your mother is okay. I called her when we got into the building, but she didn't answer to the phone. She just called and said she was feeding Anton and that's why she couldn't pick it up. That's it."

He then turned towards the Ankaran diplomats.

"I can understand why you are angry at the Azenyanistanis for violating the Treaty of Highrose -I am too- , but we have to understand it was an extraordinary event. I, for one, would let it slide, and keep in mind I was the individual who demanded that point to be in the treaty in the first place."

Tezuo woke suddenly from the shaking of the building, shouting something about hazelnuts. "Wha- What? Did I miss something?"

Said the President as he noticed that the delegates were hungry. The servers arrive seconds later and bring the delegates what they requested. A Salisbury Steak, carefully cooked, and the chifir with milk, and brought James a bottle of Pepsi and a few Mentos and both asked if they would be all while the other servers ask the Filipino, Arkanan, and Azen Delegates if they wish for anything.

Solaris Tower Azenyanistan Conference

Governor Steiner and his Diplomatic Advisor strode confidently into the room. They were accompanied by two Commandos in suits, wielding pistols according to regulation.

Steiner upon walking into the room observed the other delegates.
Hmm.. Esgonians and Arkanans are here, their countries I respect. Azenyanistan are here...a pitiful peoples. WPT ugh, cowards behind UoAE. Good thing we have Revasa heheh. UoAE... I suppose I admire a few aspects of their country. And if it isn't my fellow Filipino brothers!

The Vanquarian General and governor took a seat near the Filipino count, feeling secure knowing he had Commandos by his side. Giving a nod to the others he said simply,
"Greetings."

King Leopold IV had finally arrived at the conference, He had the minister of Foreign relations with him. He also had 2 guards with him who were armed with HK416's. He sat down and apologized for being late

The CCTV's take watch and scan on the Vanquarians and see if there was any traces of unwanted objects.
"Negative on that. They only have pistols. And no traces of that unwanted object. Let's hope we're right about that."

"Speaking of which, should we question ourselves about why we allowed the Azens to wield swords and wear medieval armor and the others with their gear and pistols yet we can't allow even a smudge of peanut butter?" Asked one of the guards

"Because they're easier to kill than those locked-up freaks?" Replied the other.

"Good point." As both of them laugh.

"Speaking of which, we should disarm the Ratteans over there." As 2 of the guards approach the Ratteans and ordered them to hand over their HK416's. Meanwhile, the President sees both delegates and greets them.
"Please, sirs, have a seat. The meeting had just started."

Sadisia rose up from her seat, placing her hair away from her face as she has not cut her hair in a long time and said to her lord, Asyah

"Asyah, my Speaker, I must bow to them. It is proper to bow to them."

But Asyahs eyes became wide, the face of the woman older than Sadisia grew pale and she said, stunned and afraid

"My lord, Sadisia, you cannot bow! It will be the most humiliating and the most self-disrespectful thing that you would ever do!"

And Sadisia said "It is wise and better to do the most sincere thing I could ever do. For my people before."
And thus did Sadisia step away from her seat, faced everyone, went to her knees and bowed.

Asyah stared, shocked and embarrassed but also in distress that the lord and Speaker she has served for a long time is bowing! To bow as an Azen means to surrender yourself completely, to apologize for EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING you have done, to disrespect yourself and your own people and your family and friends, to enslave yourself and to humiliate yourself. It was the heaviest and most sinful thing an Azen could do. But also the most truthful thing Azens could do.

After some seconds, she quickly rose and said to the foreigners and to her hosts and to the ones who have secretly insulted them

"As the former Speaker of Azenyanistan and the Azen nation, I still hold the duties and responsibilities and honor of a Speaker. A Speaker is always a Speaker, to death and to overthrow, a Speaker always a Speaker. And a Speaker must represent her people at all times, always there for them, always there to guide them and lead them. I have bowed and it is the most sinful thing I could ever do but it is the thing that you all want. An apology and the most sincere one. I bow in the name of my lord, Asyah, so that she will not suffer for this gesture. To bow will cost me my life probably but I do not know. To bow is not a good thing in the eyes of Azens. But again, it is the most honest thing you could ever do.

I bow to apologize for my nation, I bow to apologize for the sins of Azenyanistan, I bow to humiliate myself that Azenyanistan may rise and repair and undo all the damage and harm and sufferings it has done. My nation has done too many wrongs and made you all intervene and cause us to be punished so that righteousness and justice may prevail. I am no longer young and have learned much. Please consider this as an Azen gesture of complete and utter and absolute apology and honesty."

And she returned to her seat and allowed her lord, Asyah, to speak

Her lord stood up and said

"To the delegates of Esgonia, North Arkana, the Union of Autocratic Empires and everyone else: I have only been informed of the Saracens. But you must know, by the word of my messengers and informants and agents, these Saracens are not terrorists. You must know Saladin. A woman who has survived the total annihilation of her village, a Syrian Azen. She was raped and had a miss-carriage in a young age and was very traumatized, enough to let you know that until now, she has grown facial hair and her hair is both black and gray. But she is the one saving thousands, no, ten thousands of Azens, of my people, from the White Movement. She is moving from Afghanistan and into Iran, Iraq and Syria, sweeping the lands of the WM. The White Movement is the most sinful group I have ever seen and heard of. And again, these Saracens are not terrorists. But Azens and Afghans and Turks and Iraqis, Syrians and Kurds and so on who have risen up to fight against the White Movement, the Movement that has been raping and killing and raping and killing. Saladins armies are marching on Damascus, the last city of the White Movement. I have sent my messengers to her, telling her and her Saracens to become a part of the Azen National Army that they may become legitimate. I apologize for the unintentional breach of the treaties set against and for us. Again, I was only informed of the Saracens just now. She paused to offer one of her guards the documents so that the delegates may read them.

"I have no excuse but I have reason: How could I send my Azen National Army and my Azen National Police when the mainland of my nation is under occupation which may result in another breach of agreements? To ask permission, I felt too afraid and that was because I was afraid of insulting or annoying my hosts, the Union of Autocratic Empires and the Empire of Cirilla, by asking their permission to send in my forces to stop the threat that has been hurting my people. How could I? And they formed their groups to combat the White Movement threat without my permission and they tell me by my messengers that they serve me as their lord. They did not ask my permission and I did not know them until now or until my people told me about them. And you could see how these groups are performing against the White Movement to assist the Ratteans and the Esgonians and the Porteans and the UOAE in their brave and righteous actions against the WM. These groups, especially the Saracens, are not committing war crimes and are not mistreating their enemies. They gave the ones who gave up to them water and food and medicine and surrendered them to the foreigners that they were helping. The refugees, the Saracens and the other groups sheltered and comforted and escorted them to the SARAz or to other safe places. They acted faster and better and with stronger and more popularity than the ANA and the ANP. She took a glass of water and drank some of it before continuing

As soon as you give me your word and permission, I will discipline and correct my people that they may not betray you and your nations. If and only if I can see that you may keep your word as well. And then she sat down.

President Damian Alderhein nodded in approval towards the Azens. He understood why they had to form the group, despite it violating the Treaty of Highrose, seeing as no one could help them but themselves, especially that reports came in on the horrors of the White Movement flooded in Eldrichta. Then he turned to the rest of the delegates to see what their verdict was.

But as the P.O.I. fell back to the ground and slept. Due to it self-mutilating, blood dripped on the ground. And when blood has been shed, Hell's piano plays its tune. as blood continued to drip to the ground, P.O.I. - 456 begins to play itself, playing a beautifully haunting tune as the lid opens, and out came some sort of humanoid being, with muscles still visible as if some of its flesh was ripped out, exposing some of its eyeballs. As one placed his feet on the ground, out came another, and another, and another, until the entire room was full. The piano continued to play its tune, as the unholy army begins its march out of Sector D-24, banging the sealed door and reinforced windows to break in.

The guard room immediately took notice of this and begins the lockdown of the 22nd floor, ringing alarms to alert the ones that are inside but has not seen them yet. Following the lockdown, the building shook again, this time it was similar to a Magnitude 4.0, which only lasted for about 3 seconds. Soon after, PADSF (Paranormal Activities Division - Strike Force) Agents rush in to contain the situation, using the stairs as they know the Service Elevator was to be used for civilians, risking their detection by the delegates, but that was not their priority, as they were more focused on the current threat at hand. Staff members have been notified and some of them have been evacuated, while the ones that were not close to the threat resumed their normal business, but remained vigilant.
Standard PADSF Gear

The President quickly took notice of the small earthquake and seeing PADSF Agents heading down the stairs, he thought that they had contained the situation, but then the guard room contacts him via his earpiece and delivers haunting news.
"Sir, P.O.I. - 456 has been awaken, we are locking down the 22nd Floor. Please remain calm." He froze in fear but tried to remain calm, fearing that the delegates would panic and know what is happening.
