Hello, Members of the Pacific Cooperation Pact

I, Makarova Valerianovna, Founder of The Grand Alliance of Free Nations, and president of the Roskian Federal Republic, would like to secure positive relations with all members of the Pacific Cooperation Pact, as well as several other alliances. As such, we have decided to hold a summit, with delegation from each alliance we wish to hold positive relations with at the moment. Please notify me of any response to this, and what delegation you will send. I will permit five delegates from this alliance. As a member, the Federal Roskian Republic will not be offically counted as a delegate for this alliance.

Attention everyone who is still allied to the Six (Four, to say the least, as of recent developments).

We are now under the hostility with the Coalition of Monarchies, and has threatened our existence. This roots from the existence of this institution, as seen no one has taken initiative as of yet. I am disappointed. We have agreed to make this a platform of peace. But today, we lay silent, each other waiting to do something. One did, and it's reverse of what my grandfather has dreamed it to be. We are powerless to do anything.
