Are you glad ByteCoin is over? [poll]

Yes or no?
I am glad because it kicked me out a lot and lagged me to the point where I couldn't play NationStates at all. Plus, the forums will be more active.

Special events are good because they are special and they are events. Glad while it lasted, but it's good that it had an end (plus, I don't know how many more Titanfalls the site could have taken).
No, we are not obsessed with Maple Syrup. Speaking of that, Would you like some 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup? We have a surplus this year.

Good. If it went on for an other 24 hours I wouldn't have stayed so high in the leader board.

I have mixed feelings. I really enjoyed it while it lasted, and it would be awesome if bytecoins or something similar were added permanently, but I am glad to be able to be able to navigate the site and post without having to wait ten minutes.

I loved ByteCoin while it lasted. But I really hated all the lag and the other side effects like insomnia xD. Overall it was pretty positive, fought like hell to keep my top 25 spot :)

Bad because I loved it, bad because it lagged like hell and god damn it was addicting and distracting.

Special events are special events. Not 24/7 Mini games. I would love a economic trade system but we as players can just "RP" That.

It's bittersweet. I enjoyed myself, and got a lot of ByteCoins (Though not nearly enough to get on any leaderboards). It wouldn't have been as much fun if it kept going much longer though. It would be awesome if they brought it back for another day or two in the future. Kinda like they did on Halloween with the zombies.

I'm a bit sad about it, yes. I quite like the stock-trading idea. Of course, I wasn't on the forums at all, so it's certainly easier to RP.

The servers were so slow it was hard to navigate the site let alone the exchange.

I liked it. It was laggy, but that was because it was a one-off event and everyone knew it and got online. If it was permanent, there would be less lag.

Except for it making the site slow and crashy. I actually liked Bytecoin. Would be fun if it could be an element to the game on a more continuing basis. Like, we can trade, buy, sell bytecoins on the exchanges and make it what we convert to local currency we can invest in more bytecoin exchanges or put into the coffers of our individual nations to suppliment our treasury so we wont have to tax our citizens so much. A stock market bytecoin mini game would be fun in addtion to the issues the WA and roleplay.

It was a load of fun, but the servers were jammed with traffic. So, yeah, it's a good thing it's done.

I would be happy if it stayed if it maintained a rate where the servers could handle the traffic without massive lag spikes. But I really enjoyed it and it would be cool if they instated a true value and purpose for currency on this game.

Good. Lagged like crap when the game was going, and if it kept going we'd just fill up the entire leaderboard with TEPers given enough time. I did like this idea, though. It was different and fun. I'd like to see something like it in the future (don't know in what capacity, but maybe something smaller that updates less frequently to cut down on the bandwidth)

It was fun, but maintaining a high-spot in the market was really draining towards the end.

I ended with #5 market and #8 wealth, not bad.
