I enjoyed it. I moved regions to somewhere where I had a hope in hell (but still a battle) to win as a cure nation. Worked together with other nations and I hope it comes back next year. Wouldn't mind another one April 1st..

I would say I didn't enjoy it that much.
Probably because this was my third Z-day experience, or I'm in a much smaller region compared to the previous region where I had my first and second Z-day.

But the results were great though. For all zombie apocalypse this nation had, we've always been researching for a cure, as the whole region is doing the same. That means my nation had 100% survival rate for all those three zombie apocalypse. I hope it would be the same next year.

Also, this year I helped two regions deal with the undead using my puppet nations, which I wasn't able to do on our first and second zombie apocalypse. So I think it wasn't that bad. I just hope they put a twist or two in the future just to make it less boring.

It was pretty meh TBH. A bit exciting though since the zombies almost utterly destroyed my survivors (thanks to many zombie curers, that was averted).

It was both fun and a little bad. Bad since it was quite stressful and lasted (what i think) a bit long.
But it was also fun, since it was my first time, planning and talking much more with nations in the region. And it's also good that the stats isn't affected.

this was the first time i had a nation destroyed by the zombies. My region is small and was fairly inactive for this, and since i was 1 of only 2 active cure nations, i was in dire condition throughout and was finally tipped over into death by the first hit-and-run horde nation that paid us a visit, which came on the final night.

overall its a ton of fun, the novelty does wear off but by the time i get sick and tired of it all, the event is almost over.

A civilization with an over 3,000 year history of lizard people killing each other and enslaving everyone else. Now they've finally calmed down and formed a modern westernized constitutional monarchy. (long live Emperor Yoshio!)

Well, it was my first one, so of course it was exciting to me ^^
Thanks to a god co-op of our region members, we managed to have everyone surviving - since we were (mostly) curing, I haven't lost a single citizen. :)

Yes, it was fun, though I'd have enjoyed it much more if I could have stayed through all or at least most of it, instead of being offline most of the time.

Nope, those citizens are gone forever.
They come back when it's over.

Unfortunately for you, Sneech is too good at reading smallprints.
Upon further investigation by Derngea's Ministry of Culture, it seems that there were an overwhelming number of zombie cosplayers (nearly 98% of the population) this halloween, despite it not being an official holiday.

FACTOID: Suneo Honekawa, Derngea's president, wanted to go to a party as a zombie as well, but had to resort to his old 2005 Chuck E. Cheese costume instead. Also, zombie believers acknowledge a rumor that mutated animals - like giant human-sized mice - are ignored by zombies. Makes it a rather unusual way of defending yourself from zombies as well as being a cute mascot for your nation's biggest chain of pizza places)

We couldn't care less here in Derngea either. All of the "zombies" were regular citizens cosplaying for something that isn't even recognised by the MOC as a holiday or cultural observance.
All whilst Suneo Honekawa decided to go to his halloween party as the mascot of the country's biggest crossover pizza/arcade chain.

I had a really fun time during the apocalypse. I discovered that someone had joined my region and spread the virus. A friend and I spent the day working to cure the rest of the nations in our region and managed to actually do it. Though I do wish that the site wouldn't've been so slow.

I didn't particularly enjoy it, but only because I didn't see it coming and wasn't prepared. I hadn't been on NS for several days and didn't know it was going to happen, so when I logged in halfway through the event yesterday, my nation and region were already 99.7% infected. I didn't really have a chance to do anything about it. :P

Yes, I had a lot of fun, only change I ask for is to be able to build up TEZ via killing zombies in other nations, so that you don't have to sacrifice half your population to reach max level of TEZ. It'd make it more viable, and less of a double-edged sword.

Mwah, it could have been more action-packed. This was the second time for me and I simply did the exact same thing which I did the first time around: close the borders and unleash the military. The first time had a lower survival rate of about 80%, but with my military being what it is right now It was a lot higher this time, 86% and change throughout my region. What also helped was the fact that from a scientific point of view, I'm not undeveloped and as a result, it didn't take me too long to develop a nuke and turn them to dust. I'm not a big fan of zombies, as I consider them to be vermin in the same league as cockroaches and the like. Destroy them, that's all there's to it.
