I am now (hopefully for good) cleared of Zombies.
Bad news is over 3/4s of my population is now dead.

All cleared. I just unleashed the military on the entire region and closed the borders as soon as the event happened. After my superweapons were done prepping, I just unleashed those to destroy the remaining lot. There weren´t that many left anyway, less than four million distributed over two ~~puppets~~ autonomous nations within the region.

If you need help, move to a region that is mostly clear and actively curing. If you are in a region that is mostly zombified, it's probably too late.
