You could ignore it. It's not removing anything from your nation really, just adding a new graph which you could just ignore.

There is no delete, and it will go away in a few day's time (the zombie thing). It has no impact on your nation, this is all just for fun for Hallowe'en.

Short answer: Sorry, no.

You can't completely opt-out of the zombie invasion (as in, not having those Gameside options, go unaffected if someone drops a cure missile, have absolutely zero zombies) and neither can anyone else. You're stuck with it, but the good news is you can temporarily move regions so no one can drop missiles of any kind on you, and avoid choosing an option on how to handle the zombies. You can be completely uninvolved, but the zombies will still attack your nation. The good news is this is all a short game-side thing. It doesn't affect anything else in your nation except the population, and as soon as the attack is over everything is back to normal. Your actual population is restored after Z-Day.

So basically, you can chose to be completely uninvolved, but the zombies won't avoid you.

Unfortunately, you can't just delete your nation. You'll have to leave it for 28 days before it ceases to exist.

So, if I have 2 billion people and 200 millions of them are infected, after that event I will have 2 billion people or just 1.8 billion?

The novelty of this has worn off quickly.

I am not very into all those zombie things, it annoys me, because I don't want my people to be zombies, infected or die because of that zombie infection, I don't like the idea and I was afraid, that I would lose my population. But if it is only for a few days, I have no problem with it.

Don't worry about it. Your people will turn back after Halloween. I wouldn't bother trying to fight it unless you can stay up all night in a 2-man region lobbing cure missiles at each other. In any other scenario the zombies spread too quick.
