The rules are simple: judging by the AN's chosen method of dealing with the apoc and their stats (NS stats, because that's what Z-day uses.) Embracing the horde is an automatic 0% survival chance, so please don't make many posts about that. As per me, exterminate is my choice.

I use NS stats, I don't care if you don't so long as you don't try to make your nation godly with your own stats

10% chance. The poor will not be able to defend themselves very well, and the poor are usually the majority of a capitalist nation. I aint judging though. I'm one too. But we don't have a sizable wage gap.
