Yeah you seem to not get what I am saying. The idle nations I mentioned before are not the zombie nations but the anti ones. In my example, if every big and important anti-zombie region in NS closes down its borders from the start, then it's 100% safe from outside zombie raiders (aka active nations that are consciously building zombie empires to horde others). So, with no outside interference, the cure-friendly regions will cure/exterminate whatever zombie there is in their region quickly enough and after that......they will just wait with their borders closed for the event to end. Isn't this scenario mundane?
