King Jason has been inside the Hofburg in Vienna surrounded by the Royal Military. The same goes for the Prime Minister Harriet Joans and the Cabinet who are in Parliament which is also surrounded by the Royal Military.

Well, General Secretary Zhao Yi, Premier Qi Xia and pretty much the entire government have returned to Heping, which has been fully rebuilt.

Although, Marshal Fang Qiliang, the Vice Chairman of the People's Defense Council, is busy watching the dumping of infected corpses in the Philippine Sea. Just a few hours ago, Qiliang was riding a Type 07 mobile assault tank with bulldozer blade fitted, running over hordes of infected people while on a reclamation operation in Yanjing.

Ryan Kyojiri is inside of the still-closed down capital building, a large skyscraper that's also housing the parliament with 2 weeks worth of canned food in the basements of the skyscraper in case a zombie apocalypse were to progress on longer. The skyscraper managed to remain relatively undamaged compared to many other buildings in the capital city.
