This list includes 10 required items.
Required items include
- 1 ) A 12 gauge shotgun for every person between the ages of 15 and 50.
2 ) Shotgun shells, preferably 50-100 per gun.
3 ) Dimensional lumber for boarding up windows and doors.
4 ) 30 gallons of drinking water per person.
5 ) Atleast two tabletop or am/fm/shortwave radio sets.
6 ) A first aid kit aimed at treating minor cuts, abrasions and illness.
7 ) 55 gallon drum liners (6mil plastic) for sanitation, disposal and body bags.
8 ) 50 lbs each of rice and beans per person.
9 ) A lightweight shield made of plastic or composite material, able to be carried on one arm which measures between 32-38 inches wide by 52-58 inches tall.
10) A "polearm" with a sharpened, high carbon steel head in a basic leaf spear point o no more than 14 inches from tip t base affixed to a wood, plastic or composite shaft 48 inches long.
The Colonial Governors Council has ordered that every head of household who shows that he or she owns, has built, acquired, purchased or traded for all of the items on this list, will be issued a Lifesaver Jerrycan Ultra Water Filter, a box of 20 light grenades and gasmasks for their entire family.
We are advising our people to band together, form local defenses, hunker down.
There has not yet been any sign of this outbreak in our nation, however doctors are advising that everyone listen closely to the radio, learn to identify symptoms and immediately report anyone showing signs of the infection to local authorities.

7 ) A Lightweight banana or scarf fo use as a expedient dust or smoke mask.
8 ) A sturdy fixed blade Knife in a belt sheath.
9 ) Backpack or Haversack for transporting personal items, ammunition and equipment.
10 ) A roll of duct tape
