The Corporation Giant has been preparing for an Upcoming disease called Severe Neuron-Deficiency Virus or the SNDV-1. Alanetta Board of Trustees member Corumba Alanetta says;''This Virus controls your brain and the neurons are being replaced with a corrupted one, which links to the instinct of eating another Live and Healthy Human for a host.'' But the Alanetta Production lines have been mass producing Medical wares, Masks and Anti-Contamination suits to be worn by Hatsiak City citizens and to people who can Afford it. Currently, this Virus has not yet reached Hastiaka but the Aviation Control has been monitoring Passengers who may have the Disease.

However, President Korigu Shintonasi stresses that the Virus is not a Zombie Virus, but rather a Brain-damaging Virus which leads to Cannibalism. The Coastguard and Medical Services are on High Alert as of this Moment.

More security at residential areas, Troops still fighting
Zeds in 'Red Zone' , Scientists continue to work



CBI Security Agents and CDCN Personnel outside Port Jove.

The Zed infection has spread to the nearby Port Jove. Officials say that the city has also entered Military Lockdown and has now been established as a 'Red Zone'. A small amount of elite operatives have been deployed into the area to try and contain the newly spreading Zed infection in that area. The infection at Point Vogus has reportedly diminished, but is still counted as a threat. Some armored hunter robots have also been deployed in The Red Zone to try and keep the Zeds from advancing any closer. Borders have also been completely fortified and the government has declared that any attempt to enter without proper authorization and Z Scan will be met with lethal force.

Dan: Good Morning Divergia! This is Dan here, giving you your daily Outbreak-Update! All they way from Bently Towers, lets get on with it shall we?

Alright, so as you know, Dentonside, Malton Sector has suffered a breach in their gates allowing Munchies to enter the city! we talked to Phil, a Gate-Security Worker, saying we should raise taxes to have better quality defenses. Well we now have a more detailed description of the breach. They breach occurred in the two exit-ways: Rowbotham Walk, and Hollwey Place. The people there actually failed to defend the area, tough I'm sure they had enormous supplies of Ammo. Now Rowbotham is separated from Hollwey, by a "Wasteland" which is to say a former exit-way turned Cess-pool. It leads from the Hawtrey Museum, and the Silcock Building. Nearby is the Simplicius Hospital, the Alcock building, and the Tolman Power Plant, which burns Garbage to provide half of Malton's surface power. The Hawtrey Museum was ruined by the Undead, and who marched onward, Simplicius Hospital still holds, this building is take the front of this section of the outbreak. However some spilled out from Hawtrey, to Deny Street, where now Munchies fight the Silcock building on two fronts. Silcock has cleared the first floor, and its access to the bottom floors, Silcock is getting supplies from The Alcock Building next door through makeshift walkways.

However that was all yesterday evening. Throughout the night, Munchies continued to flood from outside the gates(which as of yet haven't been repaired. Now Deny Street is part of a two by two block street way filled with itself, the Sinnott Monument, The Barynes Monument, and Martine Avenue. This gave them a perfect storm, allowing them to fight Simplicius on two sides, and attack the Alcock building, Bransom Buidling, Elvins' Auto-Repair, and St. Irenaeus' Church. Throughout the night Simplicius Survived, however Elvin's Auto-Repair, was not so lucky, it was abandoned, and allowed Munchies to attack Simplicius on three sides, and blocked access to the building, meaning supplies cannot be shipped in. Spencer Road also turns into Colquhoun Avenue which is were the Army is attempting to contain the outbreak. St. Irenaeus' Church, held wonderfully, they locked the doors to the place and burned themselves alive, its been said they even intended to kill themselves, The Church has been burned down. Holy Archduchess Austria the first, has stated she felt it was not suicide, and has pardoned all of those who died there. The Toman Power Station, which powers a third of Malton is filled with Military-Personnel, who are supplying supplies to the Bransom-ers , the Silcocks, and the Alcocks, Who are serving as buffers for the plant. The Cemetery south of the Barynes Monument is was a warzone throughout the night, but we eventually lost, Slack Bank still holds, its fight a new and bright one thanks to Incendiary Rounds. According to scientists from the AH Labs and Facebook,yes.Professor Gruchy,director at AH Labs,announced the rise of a new disease in other countries and regions.The WHY also released a new guideline for prevention of the disease which has received a mix of reception and has sparked controversy for including a line where the use of guns is advisable.However,it probably wont matter since the government closed down all airports last week for no given reason.Until now,that is.Now we know why on Monday airports all over the country were taken over by armed forces until further notice.The riots that ensued next made everyone believe the government would give up and tell us the reason for this but it seems that they may have done the right thing.Yet still some believe the government did the wrong thing and demand "justice"But fuck those guys,right?

THE PRESIDENT: Good afternoon, everybody. Please be seated. I want to thank Dr. Gruchy and everybody here at the AH Labs for welcoming me here today. Dan and his team just gave me an update on the Z-Virus outbreak in our region,our efforts to help mobilize the international community to fight it, and the steps that we’re taking to keep people here at home safe.

Dan and his team are doing outstanding work. Between the specialists they have on the ground in Republic of Channel Island and here at headquarters, they’ve got hundreds of professionals who are working tirelessly on this issue. This is the largest international response in the history of the WHY. After this, I’ll be meeting with some of these men and women, including some who recently returned from the front lines of the outbreak. And they represent public service at its very best. And so I just want them to know how much the Pimpian people appreciate them.Many of them are serving far away from home, away from their families. They are doing heroic work and serving in some unbelievably challenging conditions -- working through exhaustion, day and night, and many have volunteered to go back. So we are very, very proud of them.

Their work and our efforts across the government is an example of what happens when Pimps Inc leads in confronting some major global challenges.Faced with this outbreak, some in the world is looking to us,Pimps Inc, and it’s a responsibility that we embrace. We’re prepared to take leadership on this to provide the kinds of capabilities that only Pimps Inc has, and to mobilize the world in ways that only we can do. That’s what we’re doing as we speak.

First and foremost, I want the Pimpian people to know that our experts, here at the WHY and across our government, agree that the chances of an Tirus outbreak here in the Pimphood are extremely low. We’ve been taking the necessary precautions, including working with countries in the Republic of Channel Island to increase screening at airports so that someone with the virus doesn’t get on a plane for the Pimphood.In the unlikely event that someone with Tirus does reach our shores, we’ve taken new measures so that we’re prepared here at home.We’re working to help flight crews identify people who are sick, and more labs across our country now have the capacity to quickly test for the virus.We’re working with hospitals to make sure that they are prepared, and to ensure that our doctors, our nurses and our medical staff are trained, are ready, and are able to deal with a possible case safely.

And here I’ve got to commend everybody at Haywood University Hospital.I just had the opportunity to meet with Doctors Rush and Mayner and members of their team and the nurses who -- sorry, doctors, but having been in hospitals, I know -- (laughter) -- they’re the ones really doing the work. And I had a chance to thank them for their extraordinary efforts in helping to provide care for the first Pimps who recently contracted the disease in Channel Island.The first two of those patients were released last month and continue to improve. And it’s a reminder for the Pimpian people that, should any cases appear in the Pimphood, we have world-class facilities and professionals ready to respond.And we have effective surveillance mechanisms in place.The martial law,as you know.

I should mention, by the way, that I had a chance to see Dr. Rush in Pimps Tower this morning. And although he is still having to gain back some weight, he looks great. He looks strong and we are incredibly grateful to him and his family for the service that he has rendered to people who are a lot less lucky than all of us.

As we all know, however, Channel Island is facing a very different situation, especially in the hardest hit countries.Dan and others recently returned from the region, and the scenes that they describe are just horrific.More than 2,400 men, women and children are known to have died -- and we strongly suspect that the actual death toll is higher than that. Hospitals, clinics and the few treatment centers that do exist have been completely overwhelmed. An already very weak public health system is near collapse in these countries. Patients are being turned away, and people are literally dying in the streets.

Now, here’s the hard truth: In Channel Island, Tirus is now an epidemic of the likes that we have not seen before.It’s spiraling out of control.It is getting worse.It’s spreading faster and exponentially. Today, thousands of people in Channel Island are infected. That number could rapidly grow to tens of thousands. And if the outbreak is not stopped now, we could be looking at hundreds of thousands of people infected, with profound political and economic and security implications for all of us. So this is an epidemic that is not just a threat to regional security -- it’s a potential threat to global security if these countries break down, if their economies break down, if people panic. That has profound effects on all of us, even if we are not directly contracting the disease.

And that’s why, two months ago, I directed my team to make this a national security priority. We’re working this across our entire government, which is why today I’m joined by leaders throughout my administration, including from my national security team.

And we’ve devoted significant resources in support of our strategy with four goals in mind. Number one, to control the outbreak.Number two, to address the ripple effects of local economies and communities to prevent a truly massive humanitarian disaster.Number three, to coordinate a broader global response.And number four, to urgently build up a public health system in these countries for the future -- not just in Channel Island but in countries that don’t have a lot of resources generally.

Now, this is a daunting task.But here’s what gives us hope.The world knows how to fight this disease.It’s not a mystery.We know the science.We know how to prevent it from spreading.We know how to care for those who contract it.We know that if we take the proper steps, we can save lives.But we have to act fast.We can’t dawdle on this one.We have to move with force and make sure that we are catching this as best we can, given that it has already broken out in ways that we had not seen before.

So today, I’m announcing a major increase in our response. At the request of the Achievement Hunters, we’re going to establish a military command center in Achievement City and all major cities to support civilian efforts across the region -- similar to our response after the LS earthquake. It’s going to be commanded by Major General Michael Mckenzie, commander of our Army forces in Channel Island.He just arrived today and is now on the ground in LS.And our forces are going to bring their expertise in command and control, in logistics, in engineering. And our Department of Defense is better at that, our Armed Services are better at that than any organization on Earth.Maybe.We have also been asked to help with relief efforts across Channel Island in order to increase cure priorities and humanitarian aid.

We’re going to create an air bridge to get health workers and medical supplies into Channel Island faster.We’re going to establish a staging area in Achievementburg to help distribute personnel and aid on the ground more quickly.We are going to create a new training site to train thousands of health workers so they can effectively and safely care for more patients.Personnel from the Pimps Public Health Service will deploy to the new field hospitals that we’re setting up in Channel Island. And AH Labs will join with international partners and local communities in a Community Care Campaign to distribute supplies and information kits to hundreds of thousands of families so they can better protect themselves.

We’re also going to build additional treatment units, including new isolation spaces and more than 1,000 beds.And in all our efforts, the safety of our personnel will remain a top priority. Meanwhile, our scientists continue their urgent research in the hope of finding new treatments and perhaps vaccines.And today I’m calling on the Achievement Hunters to approve the funding that we’ve requested so that we can carry on with all these critical efforts.

Today, the Pimphood is doing even more. But this is a global threat, and it demands a truly global response.International organizations just have to move faster than they have up until this point. More nations need to contribute experienced personnel, supplies, and funding that’s needed, and they need to deliver on what they pledge quickly.Charities and individual philanthropists have given generously, and they can make a big difference.And so we’re not restricting these efforts to governmental organizations; we also need NGOs and private philanthropies to work with us in a coordinated fashion in order to maximize the impact of our response.

This is actually something that we had announced several months ago in a Presidential Address.We determined that this has to be a top priority; this was before the Tirus outbreak.We anticipated the fact that in many of these countries with a weak public health system, if we don’t have more effective surveillance, more effective facilities on the ground, and are not helping poor countries in developing their ability to catch these things quickly, that there was at least the potential of seeing these kinds of outbreaks. And sadly, we now see that our predictions were correct. It gives more urgency to this effort -- a global health initiative -- that we have been pushing internationally.

Let me just close by saying this: The scenes that we’re witnessing in the world today are absolutely gut-wrenching. In one account over the weekend, we read about a family in Piglandia. The disease had already killed the father,who then reanimated.The mother was cradling a sick and listless five-year-old son. Her other son, 10-years-old, was dying, too.They finally reached a treatment center but they couldn’t get in.And, said a relative, “We are just sitting.”

These men and women and children are just sitting, waiting to die, right now. And it doesn’t have to be this way.

The reality is that this epidemic is going to get worse before it gets better. But right now, the world still has an opportunity to save countless lives. Right now, the world has the responsibility to act -- to step up, and to do more.The Pimphood of Pimps Inc intends to do more.We are going to keep leading in this effort. We’re going to do our part, and we’re going to continue to make sure that the world understands the need for them to step alongside us as well in order for us to not just save the lives of families like the one I just discussed, but ultimately, to make sure that this doesn’t have the kinds of spillover effects that become even more difficult to control.

A Philippine ship carrying infected hostile refugees tries to sail towards Zhouran, ship sunk.

A Fengbao-class guided-missile destroyer on its way to intercept the ship.

Yanjing - "Night Serenity", a Philippine ship was sailing towards Yanjing, Bai Shatan Province. A Fengbao-class guided-missile destroyer intercepted the ship, and when the crew of the warship spotted infected individuals, they were ordered to sink the ship. Night Serenity was destroyed sunk to the bottom, killing all infected aboard.

The Zhouranese People's Army Navy stated that Night Serenity was carrying infected refugees, and that all the refugees infected themselves and the ship's crew. The Zhouranese-Filipino community in Yanjing held a Filipino-Zhouranese funeral at the beach, in respect for the refugees and crews aboard the dreaded Night Serenity.

The People's Republic of Zhouran is one of the many nations that has prepared itself for a possible pandemic. The Zhouranese People's Army has created an effective tactic that could be used against the infected, and it could be possible that Zhouran has created the most effective anti-infected tactic.

Dan: Alright Good Afternoon! this is Dan at Channel 7 on the DNN! Covering the Munchie Breach in The Sector of Malton. Now so far we've been talking about the direct spread, i.e. the Skirmishes in Dentonside, but The Dunell Hills, and Ridleybank have reported to have Infected People. Dunell Hills, has only one Infected person, Yuri Garin, Mr. Garin worked at Bremmer Manufacturing(M-4,37), which manufactured the ever popular(in Malton) BM-10, the Dunell Hills Police Department got a report from the runner of Club Illing describing the man's bitten arm. What he was doing all the way across the sector(or how he got infected) is unknown, however the Brendan General Hospital. Both the owner of Club Illing, and the local NecroTech Laboratory, are claiming rights to him once he becomes a Munchie. The Owner specifically wants to get a Prostitution License for Munchie-Garin, if he gets rights to Mr. Garin, there is expected to be conflict considering the virus is classified as an STD, and St. Jude's Cathedral would be therefore incapable of giving a License.

Dan: Alright Janess, could you introduce what's going on in Ridleybank, just in case some of our viewers haven't already heard

Janess: Alright Dan, well for those of you who don't already know, we've found an Infected person here in Ridleybank, a Emma Watts. Emma was 16, and is now being treated by our Staff at St. George's Hospital.

Dan: Now Janess, what do you mean by Treatement?

Janess: Well Dan, we can't treat the actual virus, its not like we have a cure, but we can treat some of the Symptoms of the Virus.

Dan: Now can you tell us some of the Symptoms of the Virus?

Janess:Well: Discoloration of the Veins/Arteries, Fever, and eventually Paralysis, Coma, and Death. Of course then Rebirth. However this is based on the Traditional Model.

Dan: Janess, what do you mean by the Traditional Model?

Janess: The Traditional Model is based on the research of Doctors: George Romero, and Max Brooks. However a much more recent proposal based on its creator Doctor Kevan Davis has grown in popularity, although officially its not a theory yet. The Davis Theory of Zombie Contagion proposes those Infected do not directly gain the vast majority of their symptoms from the virus, but other viruses. His theory also suggests that the Infected-Person dies from other Infections, not from the Virus itself, which merely takes advantage of the death, bringiing them back to life. However most of his research revolves around those infected through wounds caused by the Munchie attack, not by other transmissions.

Dan: Could you tell us about some of the other methods of transmission besides wounds from the zombie attacks.

Janess: All body-fluids spread the disease, Saliva, Blood, Urine, and Semen can all cause infection provided it come in contact with other bodily fluids in the soon to be infected.

Janess Well Dan, we're spear-heading the quarantine-operation here in Malton, we've organized the other six Hospitals in Ridleybank, and are helping Hospitals all across Malton meet safety protoc0ls issued by the Government. We also, will be taking in any and all infected persons from here on out to our Hospital for treatment.

A Fishing ship with a crew of 20 has been sunk by the Sandhelmic Coast Guard today, following fear of this so-called "Zombie" virus reaching our prosperous nation.
