Last Year's Cure Board Thread - The Zombie Defense Coalition

〉 Introduction

Welcome to the Zombie Defense Coalition's Cure Board, where we seek to use peaceful and cooperative ways to end the zombie menace. Our motto, ad augusta per angusta, means to high places by narrow roads, an illustration, if you will, of our efforts to fight the menace. This thread shall be used to coordinate Cure Board operations, but all members of the ZDC are welcome.

We renounce the use of violence against the zombie menace, and pledge to do all our possible to end it through the power of science and international cooperation. Remember, both previous times the zombies attacked, it was those who cured that survived most!

What Beta Test said. It would be nice if we could have a zombie uprising that wouldn't turn ugly before you can say "bloody wehraboos!", but apparently such blessings are not granted to us.

Actually, like I said in AM's RMB, we should heavily consider some catastrophic what ifs, some potentially devastating curveballs, so that we're prepared in case they come up. Two of the biggest changes I can think of, which would absolutely devastate us if we're unprepared for them, are if there's no actual cure, and if interregional attacks are allowed. Max is a devious devil, and I would not be surprised if he decided to throw us a curveball that would totally fuck up our strategy if we do the same thing we did last year.
