I will authorize AC-130 and A-10 gun runs on any and all zombie movements, evacuate the population to safer places, heighten the naval and aerial defence awareness condition on Condition 4 (Imminent attack), hold symposiums on building anti-zombie shelters, and create an ad-hoc committee of scientists and health experts on finding a cure.

As of October 20, 2014, the Defence condition of Serene Grand Duchy of the West Pacific will be set to DEFCON 4 (Imminent attack)until the zombie threat subsides. All Gendarmerie units will be present on all entry points with Health Ministry personnel. Any traveler, immigrant, overseas citizen bound for home, tourist, visiting government official, diplomat or friendly military force on visit entering the nation must submit for thorough medical examination. To that end, the authorities will also construct Decontamination Centers and will be coordinating with the member region's authorities.
