Personality: Very rebellious against his government and most governments. He definently likes to find out acts of corruption and conspiracies with in governments and daily life. He is funny, and has a strong will.
Weapons: A hidden knife in the sleeve of his shirt, and occasionally a pistol.
Strengths: Strong will, funny and like able.
Weaknesses: His strong will can get him into trouble, he has a lot of pride to which can be bad.
Profession: Entrepreneur
Character History: As a young boy Caesars family was in the middle class. His dad was an aide to a wealthy beuracrat. His mother was a sympathizer to the poor. One day when his dad was visiting a city a bomb was planted at the beuracrats booth in the theater they were visiting. It detonated when his dad was outside the building. With the beuracrats not having any kids and family still alive, the companies he owned were givin to Caesars father. Caesars father was assisnated by a rival business man who was caught and put in jail. The companies were passed to 16 year old Caesar. Still a creative teen, he had many ideas he brought to life that improved modern life not only for the rich but the poor. Due to Ceasers moms views he always heard things from the side of the poor, thus meaning he leans toward helping the poor. Now days Caesar practically bathes in Wealth with his genetically augmented left arm which "helps him sign papers better" as he said at one point (if you can't tell he's left handed). The Entrepreneur now spends his days working out in the gym, running his companies, and going to rather luxurious venues, as well as making sure everything stays fine (which its not and he knows it).
Character's Role in the Plot: Helps fund conspiracy theorists and anti corruption agencies as well as occasionally getting dirty himself.

Caeser and his father Seneca got out of the limousine, it's shiny black leather seats glowed in the light it reflected off the neon signs of the surrounding town square. The chauffeur a slammed the door shut behind them with a loud Bam! The chauffeur by the name of George was in quite pretty attire, a purple suit and a golden tie with a back under shirt, his hair was died gold and had a spiky hairdo. Caeser and his father walked into the building as the limousine drove off to a nearby parking lot. The gaurds met them inside each Gaurd carried an automatic gun and wore a simple black suit with a bullet Resistent silver face mask. The gaurds followed closely behind them checking at every turn to make sure everything was okay. The signs along the lobby of the building made sure you knew where you were, Animates Theater, they screamed with their very bright lights in the color of neon green, the same color as Caesars hair. The group followed the signs to their seets, luxury booth 13, it read his father and him each recieved a program and took their seats, at the top of the bulletin it read The Harry Harper Show. The crowd seemed very rich it looked like not even a middle class person came. His Mather had refused to come to the show "too rich for my taste, why is it you love showing of your richness", the words echoed in Caesers mind he realized who his parents relationship would probably fall apart any minute. Suddenly the lights dimmed and the curtains flew open, "finally something to get my mind off things" Caeser thought to himself. He watched the play, all the comedy and drama brought his mind off things. He stared at the booth for a minute it's dark wood gave off the impression is was spruce, the seats were comfortable leather and the railing a sparkling gold. Just then a character in the play told a joke and his father broke out laughing. He looked up at the rafters of the theater when he noticed what looked like the silhouette of a man, a metal pole it seemed is what he carried he laid down on one of the rafters and pointed the pool at some one then he heard a loud Bang! His father slumped forward and blood began pouring out of it. Shrieks came from the audience as they saw the dread ful sight. "Father, Father!" He yelled helplessly he looked up at the rafters to see the man get up but the man tripped and fell into the audience and with a loud scream and a large Thunk! The man hit the ground his legs and probably been broken. But Caeser was all to busy yelling at his dead father and crying to notice the gaurds pounce on his fathers killer. But all Caeser could do was sit their weeping as the sound of an ambulance screened in the background.

Daniel is cold, calculating, and utterly ruthless. He has no qualms about crushing people under his boot, and rather enjoys doing so. He is not needlessly cruel, however, and does not enjoy brutishness.
