In the year 2070, humanity went to war.
A war that ended civilization as we know it.
The world Powers, The United States, and China, went nuclear and blasted each other to hell and back. Nothing is left except pockets of survivors and settlements with a small hope of restoring civilization.
You can control one of these factions, or perhaps be a lone wondering stranger in the mad post-nuclear world.

Do note. Controlling a faction gains you access to several characters. For example, I can control soldiers and their personalities in the faction. Or control the leader and his cabinet.
RULES:
1. No godmodding, no 8 million men armies, no super high tech weaponry
2. Be realistic, the world is scarce in resources, only the richest settlements could possibly have just power. So keep that in mind.
3. Each post must be no shorter than one paragraph long
4. You can't invade an enemy faction, or kill another player's character unless there is full consent between all parties.
