Welcome to Ultimate Justice! A Spin off of the Original Infinite Justice. While that RP is still going full steam, this is for those who want to participate in an Alternate Universe where their characters are drastically different than in the main thread. For better or for worse. If you've read this far, you must be a member of the original thread to participate! It's open and don't let the large number of pages intimidate you, Infinite Justice is very welcoming to new members!

For this thread, we'll be using the Earth-2 Justice League and The Ultimate Avengers. I don't feel like I need to go further in an explanation. If you're in IJ, you know how this works.

Rules:
Typical RP etiquette: No Godmodding(without permission), No Metagaming. No in OOC arguing, I am the OP/God.
Saiyans and Kryptonians are totally okay.
ALL characters are required to have a feasible weakness.
Fun is mandatory. Beatings will continue until morale improves!
Fights between characters should be discussed OOCly or over TG before they take place. If an agreement cannot be reached, it will be taken to a poll.

Backstory:

Powers and Abilities: Molecular Manipulation: Xander has total control of his and the molecular structure of everything around. Allowing him to manipulate matter and energy with no more effort than it would take to do basic math, allowing him to effectively warp reality on a whim.

Weaknesses: Xander is a drunkard and is almost always intoxicated or hungover. This prevents him from using his powers to anywhere near their fullest capacity.
Even though he can survive injuries that would be lethal to anyone else, he still feels pain.
Being a drunkard, he's also quite arrogant and is more than willing to show off to anyone who doesn't think he's as powerful as he says.

Destructive Capacity: The range his powers can effect is about the size of a star.

Speed: Teleportion/Below average human.

Durability: Peak human, with a very potent healing factor

Lifting Strength: Star

Striking Strength: Star

Standard Equipment: A large bottle that he uses his powers to refill with alcohol potent enough to kill the average person.

Intelligence: Well below average.

Name: GUARDIAN (Global Unified Active Response Division for Intelligence, Action, and Neutralization)
How large is the faction in numbers: About as large as Shield. Perhaps slightly bigger.

Short description of Tech level: GUARDIAN has access to both Earth magic and Alien tech bartered from other intergalatic powers. Rather than merely control that which is not normal, GUARDIAN seeks to use it as an advantage, though still regulate and keep tabs on it.

Short history of the faction: GUARDIAN was formed after World War 2, where Japan had joined on the side of the allies instead of the axis. After which Japan experienced a massive growth in income and resources, and naturally democratized over time. Yokai felt now that they should reveal themselves, and so one Kitsune, the Legendary Nine tailed Masami Kazumo, formed GUARDIAN. A Japan lead initive to guard the world from the superhuman, the alien and the supernatural. Since it has become a worldwide, international organisation with far reaching resources.

Race(s) the faction is made up of: Many, though mostly Earth races (Human, Mutant, etc) with a number of leadership being mythical creature from japan.

Backstory: Born in Angelcrest, Wisconsin, Richard was born to a Mexican mother and American father. The city of Angelcrest is a close city of about 159,000. Spending most his life living a fairly normal life he had few qualms with anything, taking his time to train in the various martial arts his grandfather had him placed in. Going throughout middle to highschool relatively calmly and without incident his life changed when he turned 15. Discovering his grandfathers morpher he thought of it as nothing more then a toy, playfully inserting the coin before leaving for school. After two days an incident occurred when humanoid monsters called "Muto's" attacked Angelcrest High, this would lead Richard on a path to becoming a certified power ranger. With the aid of his team he and his team were able to find the source of the Muto's and end it, afterward spending their remaining time fighting other evil forces that would threaten the city and planet as a whole. Two years later on his 17th birthday another attack would occur, but this one would be different, the creatures....foreign....even for them. Thinking nothing of it the team leaped into the action as the ensuing fight occurred a blue portal opened out of nowhere, and sucked him up. It took him to a world like Earth, but this world was different other heroes and villains everywhere....and more so he felt more....vulnerable, but also powerful. This world was foreign, alien, and no home of his, he didn't know how, but he would return to Angelcrest, and he would find out why he was sent to this world in the first place.

Powers and Abilities: In his normal state he's trained in martial arts, most specifically Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, and Kung-Fu.

Weaknesses: Vulnerable in his normal state he is susceptible anything a regular Joe is, and even in his ranger form enough damage can revert him back to his human state.

Destructive Capacity:Street Level.

Speed:Olympian levels.

Durability: Between Wall and Small Building Levels

Lifting Strength:Olympian when morphed

Striking Strength:KJ

Standard Equipment: Morpher, blaster, power sword.

Intelligence: Senior in highschool, studying engineering.
