As of now your app has been rejected, for several reasons. First, it could use some more work overall. But you also have a population of 2 million which seems to be too small. Your military population is 10% despite the limit of 5% for times of peace. A final question would be: how could there be no current situation of your country? I mean, if it exists currently, than it is situated currently in some manner.
