Perhaps it's just my way of thinking about it, but I would think that depression and other such feelings are like the opposite of passion, being a sense of emptiness. That's kind of why I though passion might be a good role for you, since you talk about love and hate, which might be opposite emotions in a sense, but are both the same in that they are extreme feelings of passion. Whereas happiness, anger, and so on are generally not so extreme or strong.

I get you're position but i saw it more as a four way intersection none of the directions are the same but the ones opposite each other are just that. And the further from the calm intersection the more passionate a person becomes in that emotion culminating in Love, Hate, Depression, and Euphoria

However that was just my take on it if requested by the op i will cut out the happiness and sadness portions of his identity.

Right now, I don't even know how we will create a ground for the creatures to step on and serve as the base for the rest of creation. We don't have a God of Earth, after all. The closest thing I could imagine was Hoagg-rsh turning nothingness into matter, since y'know, uh, change. I'm not sure how his powers work, though. Does anybody have any ideas?
