Military: With a mere 650,000 men, the Karsylvanian Military is one suited for defending the nation, rather than launching incursions upon the territory of other nations. However, militias are commonplace amongst the nation to aid the defense of the nation, but would never attack another nation. The Karsylvanian Military is suited to launch a war of attrition and demoralization, to destroy enemy armies by depriving them of their necessities (mainly through attacks on enemy food and water), while also operating under the doctrine of small units to allow for a more clandestine force that can strike the enemy by surprise. The military also heavily utilizing aircraft as infantry support, and to also help achieve the goal of attrition.

Navy: The navy is in possession of 350 ships, including six carriers, 50 Submarines and 12 Battleships. The navy has around 150,000 servicemen, 25,000 of which are apart of the Naval Expeditionary Force, an amphibious unit to launch expeditions into enemy territory.
Army: The Army is in possession of 400,000 men, and the largest branch of the military, and the centerpiece of it. With 20 Corps, each with 20,000 men, the Army is divided into four smaller field armies, each with 100,000 men.
Air Force:

The Air Force is in possession of 100,000 men and 600 Aircraft. 35,000 of the men in the air force are support staff, and around 300 Aircraft in the Air Force are either Fighters or Bombers.
Available Manpower: If necessary, the military can enlist up to another 6.7 million, but this wouldn't happen unless the situation was fire for the military.

A Brief History of My Nation:
The history of Karsylvania can be traced back to the 11th Century, when settlers reportedly landed on what is now known as Karsylvania. From there, many nations have risen and fallen, yet the history of these nations remain murky, and lost in the annals of history. A few names, here and there are recorded, but never in intricate detail. Some dismiss it as legend, others view it as fact. The only nations that people know existed were the thirteen Karsylvanian nations, which, in the year of 1776 convened in the Terra Hall to form the United Republic of Karsylvania. Following a tumultuous debate on the future of the nations, a moderate constitution was passed with a margin of one vote, and as such, the nation was formed.

The thirteen nations, now states, would expand westward, towards unconquered lands, taming them, and bestowing upon them cities. Once wide prairies and grasslands became towering cities that had glimmering lights for as far as the eye can see. The economy was also in a boom phase, with it being minimally regulated and taxed, and as such, prosperity was enshrined upon the Karsylvanian people.

Just as Karsylvania finished its expansion, President Frank Yasmir was elected in a slim majority. Utilizing the vote of the working class, he was able to outweigh the immense opposition from the upper and middle classes. To the surprise of his constituents, he proclaimed himself king and began to instill new taxes and stricter regulations. Although lauded by some, his policies proved to be disastrous, with the prosperity that once ran the nation being hindered and less prominent. As a result, rebellion arose all across the nation, and soon, they toppled the government and implemented a new constitution with stricter rules for the government, while dissolving many powers to state authorities. They also executed Yasmir and renamed the nation to be the Confederation of Karsylvania, thereby beginning a new nation.

The Confederation proved to be not only a continuation of the values of the United Republic before Yasmir, but also one that encourages innovation and business. By ending all tariffs and investing in trading ports, numerous cities became massive trading hubs, and therefore a huge generator of revenue for not only the government, but for the economy as a whole. Innovators can quickly and easily sell their products across the world, and as such, the economy only flourishes. Furthermore, following the end of tariffs, industrialization quickly happened in the nation, with many fields being replaced by towering factories. Regardless, many cash crop sectors survived the industrialization sector, and continue to be bountiful lands for their crops, which are still sold on the market today.

With the conflagration of warfare and conflict in the 20th century, the government ordered a neutrality stance, in which the nation will not be involved in it unless it was invaded, in which it will fight a defensive war. It will not enter into any military alliance and shall be neutral in any conflict that does not involve the nation.
