After Germany's defeat at the Battle of the Bulge, Himmler began to relocate all the manpower and resources he could muster towards Potsdam, knowing very well that it would be the last line of defense if the Americans and British cross the Rhine. After a year of fighting a defensive war in east, the rest of Germany's resources have either been exhausted or seized by the Soviets. With Berlin under communist control and the Western Allies dealing with the remaining Wehrmacht guerillas, Himmler has ordered all his troops, including what few members of the Sorcerer-SS that survived Hitler's Last Gamble, to launch a counter attack on the Allies. The final battle against the Nazi War Machine has begun.
Rules: No nukes until 1951 (America used both of their nukes on Japan and the Soviet Union have not gotten their hands on nuclear technology yet)
The Germans (Gray) have 8 years (8 turns) until the Soviets (Red) can redeploy enough troops to attack their vulnerable rear. If they can not defeat the Americans (Green) and British (Blue) by that deadline, the Germans will be force to fight a war on two fronts. Once the Germans are eliminated, the Americans and the British will declare war on the Soviets.
Magic is allowed, but it is limited to 12 kills per spell and takes exactly 3 turns to recharge
Each faction has one advantage: The Germans have sorcerers, the Americans have faster technological research, British have more resources, and the Soviets have superior numbers.
Only one side can surrender and it can only surrender if it is about to lose.
One defecting officer per faction
No WMDs, tanks, aircraft, or weapons that have a higher technological level than what is considered Tier 4 by the OP (military technology used in 1971)
Specialization determines how Specialized Tactics are used by the player
The number of actions per turn depends on how many players belong to that faction.
