Prussia would rather spend copious amounts of money propping up the Habsburg Empire than to let it fall prey to a foreign power. Prussia may hate Austria, but they're still Germans, and if a foreign power comes knocking on Vienna's door, Prussia would gladly fight on Austria's side.

Besides, once your army was knee-deep in Austria or Italy, France would invade into Catalonia and into North Italy and basically fuck you up.

Also, those heirs of William the Silent sure don't like Spaniards... neither do the heirs of William the Conqueror. Turns out Spain burned it's candle out a long time ago.

Well, I'm just going to confirm that Two Sicilies wasn't going to team up with expansionist Spain because southern Italy was once a territory of Aragon/Spain and they would feel like a target of Spanish expansion.

They're also only going to give moral support to Greece.

Sure, though Korea will plan on industrializing like Europe or like RL Japan. Hopefully, history could reverse and Korea could be the dominant power in East Asia with Japan as its colony in the early 20th century...
