The Conference is in the Sultan's Grand hall at a small table lined with the three nation's flag. Pontus on the right and Nestoria on the left with Judea's sitting in the middle. Foreign Minister Lusham Nazeer awaits the arrival of the other diplomats.

Princess Adonia escorted by 3 Pontic Royal Guardsmen ended the room wearing her purple military uniform which was sure to surprise the other attendees. The kingdom of Pontus was very progressive in it's military versus the rest of the world but women still only served in non-combat roles such as medics and messengers. Under her arms were tucked several scrolls which King Leon had sent with as to give her the stance the king was taking on issues pertaining to the region. Just like her brother Pontius though, Adonia thought her father was growing mad. She much preferred that he cede the throne already and give rein of the country to Pontius but she knew that would not happen.

As Adonia caught sight of the foreign minister, she gave a bow. "Greetings minister, let us have a productive meeting" she greeted to the minister before taking her seat with the guards lining the wall behind her

Mar Nestorius XII, Prince of Persia and Governor of Kurdistan, walked into the conference flanked by two members of the Church Guard. As he entered conferece hall, he saw that the two other attendees had already arrived. Seated in the middle of the table was, he was told, was Lusham Nazeer, the Foreign Minister of the Sultanate. On the right was Princess Adonia, or at least he presumed given her military uniform and Royal Guards, of the Kingdom of Pontic. Heathens and heretics galore, wonderful. Sitting himself at the right of the table, conveniently located next to the Nestorian Flag. Placing a notebook with some scrawled policy pointers on the table next to him, he said, "I am Prince Mar of Nestoria, Before we begin, is there a preferred language of conduct?"

"Welcome. welcome" he repeated as both delegations arrived "We do not have a commonly spoken language in any of our countries, so I can speak Arabic, English, and Latin but of course I can call in a translator.""

"So this is those heathens prince, not very impressive" though Adonia as the Nestorian prince entered the room. At least she thought he was the prince since he was the only delegate left to arrive. Her thoughts were confirmed as the prince spoke identifying himself as Prince Mar. The man had posed a good question though as each kingdom had a different official language. "Though I prefer greek, I am well versed in Arabic, Persian, English, several Turkic dialects among others so there is no problem for me with any of our nation's languages" spoke the Princess in response to the prince.

"Arabic seems to be a common tongue for us all then, as I speak it as well. Minister Lusham, would you care to begin?"

"Yes, we have many things to address. Such as the war in Egypt. We and Pontus have gone to war with Egypt to restore the peace along with the Dual Kingdom. What are both of your opinions on this. I ask you both because one's actions do not always reflect their feelings."

"Pontus is simply honoring our alliance with the Dual Kingdom as well protecting the holy place of Alexandria. That city has become important to our people in our faith and my father simply wishes to protect it from the Egyptian civil war. It is a invasion that is needed to restore peace in Egypt and protect the vital waterway that is the canal" spoke the princess though most of those words her fathers and not her own. King Leon seemed to be right on her shoulder though he was miles away

"And what of your nation Prince Mar?"

"Nestoria has no vested direct interest in Egypt. However, quite a large amount of trade for Nestoria comes through the Suez Canal. While we are sure that the Canal will be secured, we are less so sure about the southern coasts. As we have seen in Oman, pirates grow where governments are not. Because of that, a small detachment of Nestorian soldiers was actually dispatched with small group of warships to maintains security along the southern coasts.We are fully prepared to turn over management and responsibility for security over to a coalition force and government whence the canal and north is pacified. We have no lasting territorial ambitions."

"I am sure the dual kingdom will be pleased if you turn over that land after the north is won. I trust that no persecution will occur though your nation is famous for it" said Princes Adonia. She had a firm ideal of religious freedom in her head that though Hellenic was the true religion, people should be allowed to choose what they worship.

"I see, we have invaded to restore peace in the area before we were called into the war by the Dual Kingdom as it would directly affect us. As such we are nothing more than protecting our own interests as each of us shown we have the intention of doing. Now unless you would like to further discuss the current topic I would like to move on to the topic of mistreatment inside each of our borders."

She had a firm ideal of religious freedom in her head that though Hellenic was the true religion, people should be allowed to choose what they worship.

"Whoever should have legal authority shall receive the land, be they the Dual Kingdom or Portugal or even you. No unjust persecution will occur, as is our policy. Unlike some nations, we only crack down on religions AFTER they start using it as an excuse to rebel and kill Nestorian citizens."

The only single thing that could be called mistreatment is the small tax non-Hellenic believers pay and your relief ion of Islam has the very same thing" spoke the princess with a small glare at the minister

"We don't deny there is mistreatment. But Nestoria is far larger than either of your countries, with far more people and religions, despite our theocratic lifestyle. So yes, there is what some might call heavy handed measures taken, particularly in Turkmenistan, against certain tribes. But those actions stop clan war, a far bloodier experience, and maintain an environment coercive to prosperity and stability. If a Muslim from Basra and a Nestorian from Tbilisi run for Assemblymen of Bandar, they both have the same chances. One pays the Tithe, the other the Church Tax, but it amounts to the same and both can run."

Yes Jews who have come here in droves to their 'Homeland' are mistreated because we as you are not a secular state, but we harsh on them as they are foreigners to our country brining with them a foreign religion and languages. If priests from another country came and tried to convert your people what would you do? Allow them to forcibly convert your people? " He smiled "That is why we have called this together to prevent this from happening further." He said before taking a deep breath. "The chance of it outright ending our slim but why do you care about heathens to your religion other than to blame us?"

"we would allow them to preach minister but they would be thrown in jail if they tried to forcibly convert people with weapons. We seek no quarrel with you minister but you have insinuated a false scenario that Pontus is guilty of mistreating ethnic and religious minorities. As a Princess of Pontus, i had no choice but to defend my country by pointing out your Hypocrisy. Let the Jews preach, Let the Nestorians preach, let the Hellenics preach, as long as they do it without using a force of arms. We do not care much for teh matter"

"Pray tell, before we start a war ourselves, we establish which specific minorities we are responsible for. As Representative of the Nestorian Empire, my concerns are for the treatment of Nestorian and Assyrian Christians first, followed by Orthodox and Catholic and other Christians. We bear no concern for other minorities. They can care for themselves. By the same token, I do not expect the Pontics to care about anyone but Hellenes, and the Judeans about anyone but Muslims."
