I have an interest in being the steward of the CSA and Germany; for varying reasons.

Considering China has colonies in Madagascar, the Maldives, and in Kenya/Uganda, I don't think it'd be too far-fetched.
But yeah, it'd be Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi. Post-WW2, I envision Tanzania going to either Britain or Japan, and Rwanda-Burundi goes to Germany.
Maybe I could arrange the situation in Rwanda/Burundi where under Chinese rule, Hutus were the dominant group politically, but the Germans chose Tutsis because fuck China. *smiles in glee*

That is fine, then.

Alright. So ICly, when should German East Africa be transferred to China? At the end of WW1, or right now?
But yeah. China will see a lot of potential in German East Africa: it can provide China and Japan with an unbroken link of colonies from Ethiopia to Mozambique.

Well, probably at the end of the war.
In the meantime, here's the start of our own little Vienna Awards:
Uni: CSA, Germany, all Ruri's other American holdings
Luz: Norway, Denmark, and I think Yugoslavia too
Boji: Caucasia, Hungary, Czechoslovakia
Shrill: Nothing for now, but I'll accept Tanzania when the time comes
As for the remaining African holdings, they can go to whoever has their mother countries. Correct me if I made a mistake or if I've messed up the division.

Actually, would you be interested in piloting Brazil? Also; I'm currently planning the fate of the Confederate States post-WW2; it involves Canada getting a little bit of territory, along with Japan -- and an allegory for the Soviet Union in America.
Barring that, I was planning on just openly releasing Brazil to public interest -- if an outsider wished to jump into our canon and play Brazil, more power to them.
I'll have my currently designed post-WW2 map up shortly...

Well, it may be a bit of a problem. But China might try and justify that by claiming that Germany would have a hard time administering German Ostafrika (unless Germany had developed infrastructure linking it and the Congo).
But yeah, it will go to Shrill post-WW2. Hopefully, Rwanda will become sovereign too, so there can be a chance for the UN to have UNAMIR.
