It is 2030 AD, the year where the Earth finally evolved.

In the year 2030, Earth finally reached a new age, one of technology and discovery. A young boy, named Dallen Thomsen had burst onto the scene of the world. Dallen had single-handily advanced the world, inventing holograms, hoverboards, flying cars with no fuel emission, along with several popular video games and a new smartphone, better than all the rest, featuring an AI, connection to video game systems and could do basically anything that one wanted. The brand, was simply known as Tom. Dallen also facilitated the reemergence of renewable energy systems, making wind turbines noiseless, solar panels more effective, and procuring a way to retrieve energy from the tides cheaply and inexpensively. He was arguably the greatest mind the world had ever seen. Gas and oil were nonexistent, Africa was self-dependent and there were no "third-world countries." Everyone had enough to eat, and a place to eat. Child prostitution was gone, had no epidemics or diseases occurred anymore. The world was at peace, all thanks to this young man, who quickly became the richest in the world, thanks to his ingenuity and charisma. But Dallen donated millions to charities every year as well. He owned the company, Thomsen Tech, and the slogan was simply "For the future." He was the epitome of the Renaissance man. He was a master artist, violinist, cellist, fencer, played soccer brilliantly, and was at the top of his classes, far beyond his classmates. But he never bragged, for no one ever knew his face, except the very young, for he wore a mask of blue, silver and gold.

One day, however, Thomsen Tech made an announcement. Their theme song, To Glory by Two Steps from Hell played out before Dallen appeared on the screen, sitting behind his desk. " Greetings. As you know, I am Dallen Thomsen, and I have some very exciting news for you today. I and my small team have created something brilliant, something that will blow your minds. We have created, virtual reality. You can buy it today, for $20, at our stores anywhere in the world. However, there are limited copies, but 10-15 random people will find a card in the box which simply reads: "Congratulations, you have been chosen." They will have the chance to, and go into multiple multiverses. Have you ever wanted to travel to Middle-Earth, Narnia, Alagaesia, or the world of Percy Jackson? How about Marvel, or DC, or both of them combined, or Star Wars, or how about Redwall? Doctor Who perhaps? Perhaps you want to go to the world of Ranger's Apprentice, Tron or the world of books like Steelheart. The choice is yours. Dive into your favorite books and movies today. Even if you are not chosen, you still have the chance to go into all of your favorite fictional worlds. You can become your favorite characters, or you can invent an entirely new character and impact events. Became an Adventurer, a swashbuckler, a hero, a tank, a hunter, a thief, a warrior, a mage, a healer and more. If your favorite isn't in there currently, or you have a brilliant idea for one, please submit it, and we will most likely add it. However, there is a condition. One, only those of the ages of 15-20 will be allowed to join for now, sorry adults, this is for kids only. But my final words are this, as is the logo for this game.

Skill Moves:Whirpool: Dallen can draw up water and send it swirling at his opponents in any size, shape or form.
The Master: Dallen can create small minions that will fight for him, fix the game and do anything else he requires.
Peak Limits: Medium strength, with great skill in dualwielding his sword and his staff. Is ambidextrous, but single-wielding feels weird to him and will make him weaker. High magic skill, though he is not the strongest. Cannot wield ranged weapons. Can alter or fix the game.

Biography: Kilian wanted to become a police officer in the real world and had a love for video games just like any teenager. His father was a kind and generous man who always had a dirty joke or two along with the seemingly infinite amount of "dad jokes." His mother is a bit air-headed, gullible and highly religious, but a very kind woman who only wants the best for anyone. Even the people she doesn't like. Kilian has a small accident and sprained his ankle while going on his daily run. Luckily for him it wasn't too far from his house. But since his favorite pastime was off limits, He decided to use some of his spare money to splurge a little bit, he purchased the newest most popular video game to help him pass the time while his leg healed upon discovering that "He had been chosen." as the note said. Kilian had trouble on deciding what to create for his character and decided to settle it via coin toss. Heads won, and he created his character modeled after his favorite superhero: The Flash. And just like the Flash, can run at superhuman speeds but relies on the Speed Force in order to go faster.
Current Equipment An Ipod counts right? With his favorite song.
Skill Moves: Vortex: Kilian either runs around someone at extreme speed and typically lifts them off their feet to carry them or drop them. Can be done to send bursts of air towards people or create a diversion. Cannonballing: Kilian's hit and run tactic. He runs and uses the speed to increase the force of his blow. Example of Cannonballing.
Peak Limits: Can run REALLY fast. Approx. 450 Meters a second. Far faster in the DC universe. Approx lightspeed but only in the DC universe.

Skill Moves: Flame breath: Self explanatory, Flight: Self explanatory, Dragon Skin: Kilian's only magic. A spell the makes hims significantly more durable for a short period.
Peak Limits: Can only fly medium distances (A few miles) before tiring. Dragon skin only lasts for about a minute. Flame breath requires him to catch his breath after prolonged use. Superhuman strength is about 5 tons.

Personality: Dark and brooding. He hides a mysterious and deadly secret in his past. He will travel to the ends of the Earths to avenge a fallen friend, not that he makes many of those. When he does, he can open up to show a friendly man hidden behind the cold exterior.

Biography: When Arthur was very young, his parents were both killed in a car accident. He was sent to an orphanage, which he quickly tired of and escaped from. He lived on the streets, pick-pocketing whatever money he could and attending a public high school. He tried to join the army at 17, succeeded at lying about his age, and promptly washed out. He left one year ago (at time of writing) and began to make an honest living as an accountant (he was always good with money). He found this new virtual reality game, decided to give it a shot, and when he opened the box, this card was inside. You have been chosen. Time to find out what it means.

Current Equipment: The Staff of Ultimate Power and Such-Like (a walking stick which he channels his power through), The Robes of +1 to Lung Cancer (fire-proof clothing)

Skill Moves:
Firebolt: Boring, normal fireball.
Death ~~Bitchslap~~Aura: As enemies near him are harmed and die, he drains their life force to power up his attacks.
Skeletal Minions: Summons animated skeletons from the ground (3-5, melee fighters, weak)
Firewall: Creates a giant wall of fire. Duh.

Peak Limits: Extremely powerful at magic (could probably raise the dead if he exerted himself), but old and decrepit, so not much help in melee situations.

RP Skill Level: Fair, I guess.

Personality: He's a nice guy but a funny one as well. Generally nice but has some edges around.

Biography: Al was born in an American-Japanese family, his father being a successful IT engineer, and his mother being a Japanese language teacher. He was known for his mix personality, as well as for his particular skills in acrobatic, made him known among his peers and community. He began learned parkour, first from people from his community who formed a parkour club, before actually practiced it. He also slowly learned of acrobatic skills furthering his parkour. At the age of 18, he was graduated from his high school and looking into the future. His father bought him the VRO game as the graduation present for him.

Being a practicer and a fan of acrobat and parkour, he immediately looking for a class where he can use the ability of his into real practice. Rogue although needs some combat skills also using quite a fast movement, and thus he chose it as his class.

Current Equipment A knife, a black cape and a black mask.
Skill Moves:
-Parkour Slash: Al moving from obstacles to obstacles, or from building to building that is surrounding his enemy before jump to his enemy and slashing his knife to the enemy. Difficult to achieve in a no-building field.
-Parkour: His original ability. Use in escaping/movement/attacking enemies.

Peak Limits: EX: He will be able to run with the same speed as The Flash, as well as being able to run with the same speed as his normal speed even if he carrying a heavier weapon.

The Templar High Council- Anthony Capello, Aged 17, Swashbuckler

NS Name: The Templar High Council.
Character Name: Anthony Capello.
Age: 17.
Character Class(es): Swashbuckler.
Magic(if any): Shadow (not a lot, just enough control to sneak around).
Gender: Male.
Appearance: Clothing: Image.
Personality: Sly, cunning, and clever. No qualms about deceiving others, and willing to do whatever is needed to get what he wants. Charismatic when need be, but most people dislike him upon meeting him.
Biography: Anthony had always been pretty average. His grades, his looks, and his attitude all portrayed the image of middle of the line. He couldn't stand out if he tried. Not that he wanted to, though. He was much more content just gaming.

But when he was online, he was an entirely different person. He turned into a charismatic, outgoing, fun-loving character who never stopped until he got what he wanted. As you could tell, these conflicting personalities caused a bit of strain on Anthony's psyche. But he kept at it, and stayed at it, until his parents intervened and had him examined. The doctors couldn't find anything wrong, but Anthony has gotten more extreme in his personalities since.

When he got his first real VR game, he had gotten one of the cases with the "Chosen" cards. He was close to discarding the idea as a trick, but then imagined what could happen in a real virtual world. And so he did.

Skill Moves:
Swift Wind: Speed, agility, and perception greatly increased. (Physical strain for long duration.)
Blitz Striker: Rapier strike at the speed of sound. (Physical strain for quick successive usage.)
Triple Action: 3-round burst with single revolver. (Decreased accuracy and increased strain on gun.)
Blade Barrage: Rabid thrusts with rapier. (Same as Blitz.)
Flash: Teleportating rapier strike. (Same as Blitz.)
Peak Limits: Speed
When normal, can run at a slightly above average pace.
When using Swift Wind, can hit peak human speeds (60 kph).
When using Blitz Strike or Blade Barrage, supersonic (Between Mach 1-3.).
When using Flash, instant teleportation out to 50m.

Personality: Lee is someone who likes hanging out with people and talking a lot. However at first it just seems that he's quiet. He also likes teasing and angering people on purpose in a joyful, joking way. Very calm and collected as he nearly never gets anger outright (inside his blood is probably boiling if you've made him really upset). Enjoys encouraging and comforting other people. Sometimes considered emotional and is also though to be slightly paranoid. Kind, Compassionate. However when needed he is aggressive, determined, and has a great sense of humor. Not too quick to judge. Optimistic. Doesn't like displaying his talents and such for the whole world to see. He loves a good fight every now and then and challenging himself.
Biography:Lee's dream is become a writer in real life and he has had a love for video games since a young age. Lee grew up in a loving family where his father, a happy and kind man raised him properly while his mother who is a kind, loving, caring, and forgiving person taught him such values. Such an environment has shaped him greatly and he has spent much of time reading, watching movies, and playing video games. Through that he has greatly increased his imagination and love of fictional works. He also spend much of his time in martial arts and he joined the historical European swordsmanship organization having been fascinated by the medieval and renaissance eras. He had heard of the new Virtual Reality game and literally jumped in joy and he raced off after receiving a box which simply read: "Congratulations, you have been chosen." and bought for some 20 dollars using the money he earned from his own job. He created one of his own characters from one of his own stories (non-published) and jumped right in.
Current Equipment his Sword (Dawnbreaker), his sawn-off doubled-barreled shotgun (Typhoon),
Skill Moves:
1.Encircle: Traps/Immobilizes a opponent in holy fire
2.Heavenly Host: Summons an Angel of the Lord from holy fire to fight for Lee
3.Incineration:Can create, shape and manipulate holy flames which are harder to put out than normal flames (and they hurt a lot more too)
Peak Limits: Skilled in melee weapons however is pretty bad with ranged (probably why he has a shotgun so he doesn't need to aim). Basically peak human in which he can throw a 100 miles-per-hour fastballs, smash concrete blocks with his heads, and run 4.2 forties and such. However can't go beyond peak human capabilities. Extremely powerful in holy fire manipulation, but has a hard time/trouble controlling it (tied to emotions often). He has to be careful/cautious of others when he uses until he gains at least some control over it.

The Stratocracy of Raktio- Rachael Clarkson- Aged 16, Marksman

Clothing: musketeer tabard, leather gauntlets and black suede boots along with an undershirt, dueling pants, and a leather cavalier hat.
Personality: Not sure on this part I kind of want to play this out.
Biography: Rachael is one of the not quite rare but defiantly few gamer girls. Growing up in the higher kiddle class shealso has a good life in the real world as well. Still in high school she's known for for being one of the school's best computer programmers (and consequently hacker as well), and she's demonstrated that she can total someone's social media life if they try bullying her. When VRO came on she got it as soon as posible just imagining all the things she could do.
Current Equipment musket, pistol, rapier, and main gouche.
Skill Moves:
Dashing- (melee use only) her weapon(s) glow with a light purple blue aura and are able to cut through much stronger materials, at the same time her speed and response timing are also greatly increased. This can be used any amount of time from five seconds to half a minute and takes twice as much time as the usage was before she can re-use it. She uses this skill for making several moves such as a dash or a whirlwind attack.
As an outside of combat skill she's able to makes a person's regenerative capability extremely fast for a short amount of time. She mist be in contact with the person, the side effect on her is that the longer she uses it the more fatigued she gets (sealling off a servered limb would be pushing the limits, small cuts do barely anything noticeable).
Peak Limits: Very fast and agile, hight stamina, little above average strength, and some magic (she genuinely has to be in contact with whatever she's casting magic on).

Personality: Extremely serious, she hardly laughs or smiles and seeing her do so makes it look like she’s forcing herself to. She calls herself mature but is actually very petty and emotional. She has a waning superiority complex and is somewhat of a perfectionist. The one thing she hates the most other than someone her age being better than her is being reminded that she can’t be better than everyone. Her default state seems to be someone who’s very tired.
Biography: Once upon a time Selene was someone who really loved fiction. Even going so far as to share her ideas with a boy whose face and name she couldn’t remember. Those were both good and deplorable times. She enjoyed those times and hates them because she knows that she won’t be able to enjoy herself like that anymore, especially now that she’s in the world of adults where gallant knights, handsome rogues and happy endings are akin to a blue moon.

Her world is encompassed by long lectures and report cards. There is no ‘vacation’ for her, there is no ‘rest’, there is only work, study and getting to the top.

The top, she hates thinking about the top because the top always equates to Dallen Thomsen, the one person out of her reach, the one person an honor student who advanced several levels ahead of her peers couldn’t reach. The one person SHE couldn’t reach.

Her parents didn’t do anything since they knew their daughter would realize that no matter how hard she tries she won’t be able to beat Dallen.

They were right. Slowly, her resolve was melted away by no one other than herself. She wore herself down and what was left was a tired shell of her former self.

Her dad bought a copy of Dallen’s new game and urged Selene to try it. When she saw the invitation by Dallen she instantly jumped in despite never having played any kind of video game.
Current Equipment: Barioth G Armor, Black Ruiner, Arming Sword, 20 Whetstones, and 2 pouches.
Skill Moves:
Auto-Guard: A passive skill. When all her weapons are unsheathed Selene will automatically block the first attack that reaches her provided that she's looking at the direction the attack is coming from.
Constitution: A passive skill. Constitution reduces stamina consumption, letting Selene block, roll, sprint, swim, attack and generally be active far longer than even a well trained athlete.
Razor Sharp: A passive skill. Any weapon in Selene's hands will dull and dent less even when hitting against solid rock.
Minor Dragonblight: A passive skill. Selene's attacks, regardless of equipment or lack thereof, has a minor chance to inflict a downgraded version of Dragonblight that lasts for a minute while her 5th attack is sure to inflict Dragonblight provided that it hits. Those afflicted will find that their elemental attacks sometimes blow up at their face or don't work at all. When caused by Black Ruiner, Dragonblight has a very small chance to temporarily seal the target's elemental attacks for 5 seconds.
Evade: A passive and active skill. Evade allows Selene to perform acrobatic feats commonly shown in reality and fiction. If the skill is activated then Selene loses the acrobatic ability in exchange for lightning fast reflexes and extreme bursts of speed. The activated ability lasts for 3 seconds then goes on a cooldown for 5 minutes.
Crit Draw: The first attack Selene uses when she draws her weapon has a 100% crit chance, allowing her to do more damage even if the attack is blocked. If she has no weapon equipped then each time she guards with her fists counts as sheathing.
Permafrost: When activated, any physical object that touches Selene will slowly be covered in frost even if they break contact. The gathering of ice will spread and hamper the target's movement. Frost lasts for 30 seconds before melting/falling off while Permafrost lasts for 10 seconds.
Peak Limits: She can block attacks such as a man sized flaming boulder with her shield but she cannot continue doing so forever. One is enough to push her back and moderately damage her in addition to leaving her open to attack. Barioth Armor provides excellent protection against ice based attacks and typical weaponry; it however is very weak against fire based attacks. The gaps in the armor are protected and require quite a few hits to break through while the rest of the armor is solid enough to protect against attacks that would otherwise incapacitate a monster twice her size. She’s still a normal human when it comes to durability so killing her with blunt trauma or aiming at her exposed head is still a viable option provided that you get past her shield and that she stays put. Stamina wise she can outlast most humans and animals. Speed wise she’s just as fast as a perfectly fit man but when she activates evade she can move so fast that she could catch up to a horse in full gallop.

Biography: Keralia was born to a loving family. They were quite wealthy, so she got an excellent education. She had a normal childhood, got good grades, and always helped out. She was a perfect child. Then, her eyes changed. They became blood-red. Hannig's syndrome, they called it. Blood-red eyes is one of the 2 confirmed symptoms. The other is death before adulthood. Soon, she was confined to a hospital. At first, she felt nothing. Then, it happened. She started feeling strange pains, seeing things that weren't there, hearing voices in her head, randomly fainting. It was like living in a horror movie. She soon required 24/7 care and attention to even remain functioning. The pain got worse. The voices grew louder. She could barely stand without getting assaulted by the pain. Keralia tried to block the voices, but they only grew louder, and with the louder voices, came more pain. Sedative after sedative was administered, but the pain just wouldn't stop. But one man, a man by the name of Dallen Thomsen, had a radical solution: Virtual Reality.

He called it "the next step in medical technology" a patient's nervous system would be isolated, allowing the pain to stop. The doctors quickly worked to secure a machine for Keralia. She soon got one, and was finally relieved of most of her symptoms. Many devices were soon created for the VR machine, and Keralia was perfectly willing to try them out. She was able to look around by the means of a camera. She could talk to other people through speakers. It was perfect. Eventually, after Dallen Thomsen released his new Virtual Reality video game, Keralia was astonished that Dallen had sent her an invitation. After getting it approved by the doctors, she entered the game...

Hannig's syndrome is a recently discovered genetic disorder that interferes with the basic workings of the body. Very few cases have been reported, but all of them led to the death of the patient before they reached adulthood. The disorder also causes patients to develop unnatural blood-red eyes. Not much is known about the disorder, as it seems to have different effects on every host, but the eyes are always the same.
Current Equipment: Snowfall, a rapier Keralia channels magic through. While it can be used as a sword, it is not designed for it, and generally doesn't work well as one. Instead, it is built to channel magic. Spells cast using Snowfall receive a power increase.
Skill Moves: White Rose: Keralia channels healing magic through Snowfall, making it glow a bright white. It is then released in the form of a rose, healing the entire group to full health at once, and curing them of any status effects. This has a long cooldown, taking maybe 15 minutes to use again.
Peak Limits: Keralia is a master with healing magic, controlling it effortlessly. To a much, much, lesser extent, this also applies to combat magic. However, this results in her being very fragile. Keralia quite possibly has the lowest durability in the entire group. She is also quicker than the average character, but not by much.

Today was the day, when Virtual Reality Online: The Multiverse, created by the genius Dallen Thomsen would launch. All over the world, kids 15-20 eagerly logged in and created their characters. However, 8 lucky kids would get to test the game and travel with the creator himself, Dallen Thomsen. After a very short download, on their computers the logo and theme song for Thomsen Tech played out, before moving them to the character creator screen. These 8 kids were prompted to create their character, their class and the promo code which was: 8675. Once they had filled everything in, each player experienced a rushing sensation, unlike anything they had ever felt before. They landed with a woosh, in the weapons room, which contained every weapon known to man, along with not a few magical weapons. But some of the weapons and armor were locked to them currently as they did not have a high enough level. Standing in front of them was Dallen Thomsen, who was putting his Tom smartphone in his inside pocket, a phone that he had created which had basically swept over all competition from Apple or Android. Dallen looked up as the characters arrived, his wizard staff Aerin in hand, his sword Vilvis sheathed at his side and his engineer's hammer currently magically stored. He wore light, gold, blue and silver plate mail under his long coat. His mask of the same colors was currently in his left hand. He looked up, eyes sparkling brightly, and smiled. "Congratulations! Welcome to Virtual Reality Online: The Multiverse! As you know, I am your guide and host, Dallen Thomsen!"

Kilian plugged in the game and download a suspiciously small file for what the game was expected to be. He created he Speedster and after he finished was seemingly whisked away and found himself in a room with who appeared to be the tutorial guy. At least until the tutorial man introduced himself as none other than Dallen Thomson. "No kidding? You're Dallen Thomson? That's pretty freakin' cool man." He said and looked at the rows and rows of weapons. "Jesus, that is a lot of pointy stuff. And pointy stuff that I can't use. I'm gonna be grinding my butt off. So the tutorial guy is Dallen himself? I have to say that's pretty kick-ass." Kilian says and offers him to shake hands. "You're like some kinda genius. Like Lex Luthor minus the ego and baldness."

Al plugged in, into the game itself. He appeared at the tutorial room, and dressed as what it should be. A practitioner of parkour and acrobat, he chosen Rogue as his career. At least it can accommodates his abilities and feels to the game. Once he is in the tutorial room, he met with another participant and Dallen himself.

Israel Morgan couldn't wait to try out this Virtual Reality thing, it sounded AWESOME. Besides, it was created by Dallen Thomsen, it had to be cool. He smiled as the download completed and he was directed to the creation page. That's when he felt the whirl, closing his eyes to shield himself from the rushing sensation he felt. He slowly began to change, becoming the character he had created, and the sensation slowed.

Soon, Israel opened his eyes, utterly shocked when he saw Dallen Thomsen himself, as well as a few other people. He smirked as he looked at his hands and legs, realizing that he was his character. Israel quickly thought back to the powered up form he had created, and smirked. He decided he'd save that for when he needed it and looked at each one here.

"This, is going to be fun." he said with a sly grin.

Lee was grinning excitedly. He had waited for what had seemed like an eternity to finally enter the game. He looked slightly surprised as the download occurred as it oddly quiet small.

He quickly created his character and added the class that he wanted and the promo code: 8675. He felt a sudden rushing sensation and with a thump he landed in a room full of weapons from everything to shotguns to swords to even a mini-nuke launcher (which was locked).

He stared at the man in front of him, perhaps a NPC? Until the man spoke to be the creator of the very game he was playing and possibly the greatest scientific mind of the modern age, Dallen Thomsen. Looking around he gazed at the weapons and grinning said " This is go to be amazing".

Arthur Dashell plugged into the game, created his usual character (old man with crazy magical shizzle-wizzle) and jumped right in. Rather than what he expected, which was some kind of hub world with a tutorial, he instead got a massive armory with a bunch of other shmucks standing around. He was about to say as much when he realized one of the shmucks was the big guy himself. "Well, well, well. If it isn't Dallen Thomas. I guess that piece of paper wasn't just some prank." He offered his hand to the renowned genius and smiled broadly.

Hallivand Watts was pretty psyched about this new game. He decided to try something new: a gunslinger. He logged in and was greeted by the scene you have already read above. He raised an eyebrow and stood in one corner of the room, trying out various weapons with glee. He wasn't much for social interaction.

Isaiah smiled as he looked around the weapons. The pirate-like man quickly glanced around the armory and started towards the weapons. He smirked as his hand found a cutlass, shining like gold. He grabbed the hilt and took a few practice swings before sheathing it and finding a pistol and taking it as well. Finally, he found two daggers, and sheathed them as well, thinking that perhaps they could be useful.

Perhaps I can link my Red Pirate to this cutlass, he thought to himself, how awesome will that look?

Raechel moved fast, practically running all the way home from the bus stop, she still couldn't believe she'd beeing selected as an alpha tester out of all the millions of people. Slamming into her front door before yanking it open and practically dropping from exhaustion as well as due to the fact that her legs felt like they were on fire. Pretty much dropping the her backpack on top of her shoes she panted on hurting legs as she hauled her self up the stairs via the rail. Finally getting to the top she walked to her room as fast as her legs were allowing her wishing that her school district wasn't one of the latest to let people off. Once in her room she woke up the computer and to her legs' great relief. She didn't need to wait for the download since she had the computer already do that as soon as the download was available.

She pounced through the character creation taking an intresting and potentially very powerful class she felt another exhilarating rush as she finished up all the basics aside from her equipment. She now was in a room full of all sorts of weaponry that anywere from some shiny looking futuristic gun down to a simple wood club. There were also other people whom she assumed were at least some of the other alpha testers.
Before greeting people she went straight for an nice looking old flintlock musket and duel barrel pistol. After that and a bit more wandering around she found herself a nice rapier as well as a main gouche. Satisfied with her weapons for now she went over to the group of people that was forming, and quickly recognising one, "Dallen Thomsen?" She wasn't entirely if the image was NPC but instincts said otherwise since this was the first public opening of his game even if it was only a select few people.

"You have already chosen your powers from the start screen, now all I have to do is this... Tom: Activate powers." Dallen commanded his phone.
"Powers activating... power activated, sir."
"Thank you Tom. Now you all have access to a limited amount of your power. As you do quests, complete missions, get kills and XP, your power will be unlocked more and more.

"The sky is the limit, but it will take a long time to reach your potential. I can also add even more power to your characters, if needed. For example, I myself am pretty skilled, having gone on a bit of a test run. I'm at level 25, and the normal level system goes up to 100, but it can be expanded. Your weapons will also become more powerful." Dallen explained.

"As an example, well, I'll use myself, to show you your potential. "Tom, five automatons. with swords and bows please."

5 automatons appeared, three with swords, and two with bows. The bowmen immediately fired, whose plate armor, long robes, staff and sword had appeared. With a wave of Aerin, his staff, a water spurt appeared and intercepted the two arrows. Dallen then pointed his staff at the two bowmen, and a spur of pressurized and heated water ruined their bows and arrows. Meanwhile, the three swordsmen had charged. Dallen trapped one with the power of earth. A muddy earth hand took care of the other. Dallen made his staff disappear, and took the third one on with his sword. His strikes swift yet powerful, Dallen's blade appeared like a snake's tongue flickering in and out. After a swift but furious battle, Dallen crashed his sword against the opponents, and then skillfully disarmed him.
"That is what you are capable, and more. You'll be able to teleport back here when you want, and you can summon any amount of automatons with any weapons that you want them to have. They can also be martial artists, brawlers, what ever you want." With another command to Tom, a training field appeared. "You can train there, and anything you want to train in, you can. Nothing is impossible in here, the sky is the limit."

I've activated Tom, the AI, to help you with anything that you need. You can get any clothes or accessories, or design your own. There also dressing rooms with mirrors. Just ask Tom, and he'll teleport anything to you or you to anywhere you want to go in this room, or any of the features I mentioned. Just say: Tom, ... You'll get it immediately."

This was his domain, and he was the creator. But it was to be expected, fire and death would not mix well with water and magic. But Dallen had all the advantages, and it would remain that way. He drew himself out of his thoughts and said, "Good to know, Arthur. I'm glad you like the design and that display."

To Hallivand he said, "Thanks. But what do you mean "good old-fashioned weaponry?"
