Are there any restrictions on the Gods we choose? (Meaning can we choose any God or are there some Gods we can't choose?)

That reminds me, if Seg wanted to have a vampire character, then perhaps Lamashtu from ancient Mesopotamian mythology would be a better choice. Especially considering said malevolent goddess/demon was said to have a vampiric nature. She also had seven names, and did all sorts of bad stuff. In essence, she could be seen as the mother of vampires. Just ignore the stuff about kidnapping and killing babies if you find that too weird.
She's also related to the early legends regarding Lilith.

Merely an idea, mind you.

I'd personally stay away from the abrahamic religions simply due to lack of choice and little physical attributes and rather grey in terms of powers

I tend to prefer anime, so I'd recommend that. :p
Plus I can always help with finding pics in such instances. More so than with non-anime.

I have a folder of them, but it's sometimes hard to sort through them. I'll shoot you a TG.

Sure. Also, among other websites, such as Deviantart, Zerochan's a pretty good website. Though the pics don't show up via directly linking its url into an image, so one has to reupload on photobucket, and if necessary, resize so NS likes it.

Nation Name: Duh.
Character Name: Double duh. Arishat Abidaoud, though she usually drops the "t" in Arishat when introducing herself to people.
Gender: Female.
Age: Sixteenth.
Appearance: Here.

Academy Student: High school.
Academy Year: Second? The equivalent of the eleventh grade.
Dorm: Alpha.
Course: High School.

Godwalker or Human: Godwalker.
Sign: Qetesh/Qadeshtu
Any Powers or Artifacts: Arishat, being marked by Qadeshtu, has the power of seduction. She's also able to manipulate, and persuade people easier than most, due to her physicality and her seductive nature. Furthermore, she owns a dagger that is inlaid with the headdress of Hathor, which allows her to be able to, when used, temporarily force those that are being stabbed with it, fall in love with her. It's an effect that lasts for roughly an hour before it wears off.
Bio:
Arisha(t) was born in Tarsus, Turkey, to a Lebanese father and a Syrian mother. Her father, a former history and business professor of Cornell University, had moved to Turkey after there was a bit of contention with his own status within the United States. Her mother became involved in the local community after having been more or less unemployed when they lived in America. Arisha was the couple's eighth child, but she was the first to be born in Turkey. Her older siblings, six brothers and a sister, frequently vented their frustrations upon little Arishat, who was always the rebellious child. Strangely enough - Her mother could trace her lineage back to al-Mutawakkil III Abbasid, the last Abbasid Sunni Caliph, meaning her mother was Sayyid - And Arishat Mirza. From there, her family then moved to Baku, Azerbaijan, where her uncle was involved in the oil industry. At that point, Arishat had just graduated from her elementary school, and entered middle school. Throughout this, she had few friends, and instead immersed herself in history and music, the latter of which she delved into baroque music.

Nation Name: The Starlight
Character Name: Helen Garden
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Appearance (picture or detailed description): Image

Academy Student (Are you High School or College): High School
Academy Year: 12
Dorm: Alpha
Course: Science

Godwalker or Human: Godwalker
Sign (Name of God/dess that you have a connection with): Gaia/Gaea
Any Powers or Artifacts:
Geokinesis/Earth Manipulation: Helen has the power to manipulate earth, which includes rocks, soil, dirt, etc. (Not metal, however!)
Earthquakes: Helen can create earthquakes, though on a limited scale.
Chlorokinesis: Helen can create, revitalize manipulate all plant life, including but not limited to: wood, plants, fruits, flowers and vines. She can also enable things to grow where they otherwise would not.
Animal Manipulation: Helen can command, speak to, and tame all animals that live on earth, (not sky or sea, however.)

Bio:
Helen never remembered her parents. They must have never wanted her, for she was left in an abandoned forest. She possessed a small drawing of a tree on her shoulder. They must have not expected the young girl to survive, but survive she did. With her powers, she became friends with all the animals in the forest, and many other animal life-forms flocked to the peaceful forest. There was no fighting between the animals and they all lived as one big family. She was brought up by animals, but eventually learned how to speak, write, read and garden plants, which she loved doing. The young girl also possessed an artistic talent and she used it to the fullest extent. She lived in a giant tree which she had created.

However, she was not alone, for Gaea had always been watching her and had known of her existence. Sufficiently impressed, though albeit a bit grudgingly, the primordial goddess gifted Helen with more control over her powers, and taught her how to use a sword, which she gifted to Helen. They eventually achieved a sort of mother-daughter relationship. And then, the goddess disappeared. Helen continued to hone her powers, and grew strong. However, one day, the forest was chopped down to be a building site of a mall. All of her animal friends fled, beyond frightened, and Helen could not bring them back. Weeping, she departed, wandering the area until Gaea arrived once more, gifting her with her best friend, a female squirrel named Beech, who she could communicate with through a squirrel necklace around her neck. She eventually, guided by Gaea, found her way to the Academy, where she was accepted. But she still had a hatred of mankind deep in her heart and secretly wished that the world had never been defiled by them. She remained a quiet member of the Academy, not speaking much, but spending most of her time outdoors or with plants, for she was never good socially.

Character Name: Solaris Gloriana
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Appearance (picture or detailed description):

Academy Student (Are you High School or College): High School
Academy Year: Grade 10th Sophomore
Dorm: Beta
Course: High School

Godwalker or Human: Godwalker

Sign (Name of God/dess that you have a connection with): Sol Invictus

Any Powers or Artifacts:
Wrath of Sol: Solaris can launch a miniature sun at an enemy when outside
Wall of Fire: Solaris can summon a wall of fire around himself for a limited amount of time. During this time he is invulnerable and his attacks are stronger.
Sol Vesica: A Roman gladius that once it hits an enemy it will burn them for a limited amount of time. The blade itself is made out of Obisdian with a red tint on the edges of the blade.

Bio: Solaris was born in London in a average, middle class family. At school he was not that social and was picked on for it which gave him the view that relationships and romance are mere burdens. He turned towards books to forget the outside world and delve in worlds of fiction or this world in the past. Two subjects he was most interested in were War and Religion. This led to researching the Gods of War in various pantheons and a little research in the occult. After failing an occult ritual his entire family was killed by the Chimera he failed to control. He went into a stage of grief and hiding after this until he had dreams of a man with fire for hair telling him to head west. Soon these dreams were too much to ignore and made Solaris head west where he found the school and enlisted. Even now he still tends to stay away from others not only because he thinks they are burdens but also because he does not want to feel the grief when his family died again.

The Roleplay will consist of players being Godwalkers, or those born under the sign of a certain God/Goddess (usually a birthmark)and therefore able to commune with them and possibly receive either aid or discord as a result. Godwalkers can also manifest supernatural powers usually associated with their patron God/Goddess to better suit their personal goals.

Can I claim plagiarism? :P

I'm not sure how to input that in to my character, natural hate of the moon?

I could go with Fenrir.. But would mean a natural hate of Odin and probably his son.

Well let's start basic. Are you looking at for powers and artifacts? You can always acquire artifacts later but powers to start out could be anything from ability to see in. The dark, speed from hati chasing the moon, maybe invigoration in moonlight, strength in moonlight etc.

Bio wise it's however you want to start fleshing out your character((s). Did hati ever meet him or her? How did your character find out it's a godwalker? How did him or her find the academy? Etc.

It's free form character and story building. I'll only say something if it becomes truly ridiculously over powered.

Alright.. I'll think something up.
