Personality: Arthur is friendly and confident, and is certainly never afraid to speak his mind. He is also very curious and mischievous, playing pranks and breaking rules out of curiosity. Arthur has a passion for Charms, and excels at Defense Against the Dark Arts. His tendency to cause trouble has resulted in several detentions on his part, though mostly as a first and second year.

He has a hidden talent for potions as well, though he is currently unaware due to his minimal interest in the subject. Arthur has a small group of friends at the school, but feels he needs to branch out more.

I will try to post later today, after I do some things. I decided to make my character a Gryffindor.

I expected to be tall because I grew 2 inch's in TWO MONTHS at one point, but I ended up averaging out to be about 5 foot 8 to 5 foot 9 (Probably closer to the latter at this point)....Which is below average for an American, apparently.

Also, as far as 11-year old's are concerned, height averages in general, I guess not by country are:
4'4" for boys and girls (52 inch's)

Adair is considered very average in height, so she's automatically 4'4".

Of course this thing could totally be off but eh.

Just a heads up to Gryffindors interested in Quidditch, we have a lot of people trying out for seeker and there are three veteran chasers, and the captain(my character) is a keeper. Howvee we do not have any beaters at the moment I believe.

True but hopefully we can get as many PC's on the team as possible, so no one feels bad. There probably will have to be cuts though, especially in a popular house like Gryffindor.

Uh, she would be 17.

I will ask Lor, but for contested positions we will probably have try outs in the IC and then the characters most fitting the role aka heady set for beater, slender and light for seeker, etc, may get it. That seems more fair to me, just a thought though, that is definitely not concrete.

I can accept, but her birthday has to be during the school year then, if that is alright lore wise. Does that check out with everyone else? I think that is possible?

I don't think I have to worry about that, yet away. I think I'm the only person who's made an app for Slytherin seeker

Ya that's how it works in the books, also seniority is a big factor, as well as years on the team. I think the captains should have influence, but if they make an unfair decision you and the OP would definitely should deal with that. That's the best way I think. Because I don't think any of he captains will be unfair to people.

Alright, sounds god to me. I know I put James in for seeker, but I can deal with him not making the team because he is rather fragile physically wise, only thing he really has going for him as of right now is that endurance XD
