Character App:
Name: Khan Noonien Singh (Just called Khan)
Appearance(Pics are fine):
ImageImageImage

Race: Enhanced Human
Age: 300+ ?
Gender: Male
Powers, abilities, and skills:
Enhanced Strength: Stronger then a normal human Khan can punch harder, jump further, and, obviously, lift heavier stuff then a normal human. Strangely, though, he doesn't appear to be able to run faster.
Enhanced Intelligence: Khan is smarter then most average people, but not really superhumanly so (Sadly, the person playing him is kind of dumb so this enhancement will probably not come in to play much).
Enhanced Regeneration: Khan can heal faster then most people, and can take much more damage then normal humans. Doesn't mean he can't die, though. Give him enough of a beating and eventually he'll weaken. It will take more then just punching him, though. If you punch him you're more likely to wear yourself out before he gets tired.
Equipment (If any): Phaser (Handgun type), Phaser rifle, and a Boolean gun (Will remove if too powerful)
Short backstory: I don't know entirely (Only seen the Khan of Star Trek: Into Darkness), but basically, he was 'created' (Or enhanced) around 300 years ago to bring peace to a war-torn time, though how he and his crew were meant to do this isn't entirely clear. Wrongly deemed war criminals after an accident, he and his crew were condemned to death, and ended up going in to cryo-stasis for 300+ years. Their ship was found after Vulcan was destroyed, and Khan was awoken by a Starfleet Admiral to help prepare for a war with the Klingons, which never actually happened. Khan attempted to smuggle his crew out, but was discovered and forced to flee. Believing that his crew had been killed, he sought revenge, blowing up a secret Starfleet base, as well as attacking a meeting of high-ranked Starfleet officers. After fleeing to Kronos, he would found by Captain Kirk and his crew, and surrendered when threatened with the missiles in which he had hidden his crew. Long story short, he used Kirk to get revenge, betrayed them for his own crew, and then sought more revenge when he believed that Kirk had killed his crew. Once caught, he was put back in to cryo-stasis, only to awaken again to find something slightly wrong with time.
Weaknesses: Well, if he's dismembered or blown up or something like that, he'll respond like an average human, though when it comes to dismemberment, probably with less screaming in pain. If he looses and arm, he can't like, re-grow it, and being bombed...Well, he'd just be dead. (Will figure out more if I have to.)
Universe they are from: Star Trek

He's mostly the same as Khan from the movie, but less...'savage'. Basically, he doesn't bring peace by wiping out any species deemed less superior or whatever it is that he and his crew were meant to do. Basically, he's not a super great person, but he's not entirely evil. Just revenge crazed.

Character App:

Name: "Munifex"
Appearance(Pics are fine):
Picture Link: http://wallpaperpanda.com/wallpapers/di ... nGExig.jpg
Race: Human
Age: Early thirties
Gender: Male

Powers, abilities, and skills: Munifex is a paladin, a very skilled paladin. He is proficient with most 2-handed weapons, preferably swords and polearms. Munifex can call upon the light to cast judgement upon his enemies. He also uses the light to heal his wounds, and shield himself from attack. Specifics: Avenging Wrath, Munifex imbues his body with the light, becoming immune to most forms of damage, and wielding incredible power. However it only lasts for a short time, as the ability casts a toll on his body. Lay on Hands Munifex calls upon the light to heal any and all wounds, it has the potential to bring him back from a near-death-experience. However, if he uses this, his power wanes substantially for awhile. Divine Shield Munifex uses the light to form a physical shield of "light-based" energy around his body, this shield acts as a force field and can save him from most forms of damage. However, while using this ability Munifex's other powers are substantially less effective. Munifex is also exceptionally powerful against death and demonic-associated figures.

Equipment: (Reference image) Munifex wears medieval gothic-style plate armor, and a clergy-style robe. He wields a 2-handed mace, called "Sun Born" and a 2-handed sword called "Knight's Bane". As well as a tome, which acts a source of empowerment from the light. -EDIT- Munifex is also able to summon a horse from this tome, a "holy charger" which he's named Subcinctus. The horse is able to summoned anywhere, as it's a physical manifestation of the light.

Short backstory: Munifex is a human from Westfall, a province of the Kingdom of Stormwind. He was born into a poor family with royal blood, but during the purge of Stormwind, Munifex's family was cast out, regardless of their lineage. Munifex traveled most of Elwynn as a teenager, and learned the ways of the light from noble Templars whom he met on his travels. However, his most affectionate instructor, was an old Paladin named Atticus Fray, who taught Munifex all he knows.

Munifex is a cunning and extremely intelligent individual. He is tactical and always 2 steps ahead. Munifex is arrogant, he sees himself as better than everyone else, and is rarely humble even in times of defeat. Munifex is skilled in combat and thinks politically, he manipulates people and puts himself before others. Munifex is a staunt disciple of the light, and swears judgement on any he deems fit. (Think of Ghost Rider)

Weaknesses: Munifex must watch the strain that the light places on his body, if he does not give himself rest, even if means stopping for a short breath, Munifex will collapse. He's developed a bodily and mental dependence on the light, an addiction almost, similar to a drug. Too much is certain death, and too little drives him to insanity.

Faction App:

Name: "The Argent Dawn"
How large is the faction in numbers: Approximately 150 legitimate members.
Short description of Tech level: Generic medieval-fantasy technology. However, there is access to steampunk style motorcycles, helicopters, and firearms due to technological input from more technocratic races.
Short history of the faction: The Argent Dawn is a lawful good organization focused on protecting Azeroth from any who would seek to destroy it. Associated tightly with the Knights of the Silver hand, the Argent Dawn is primarily lead by Human and Dwarven warriors and paladins. The Argent Dawn, although small in numbers, has overcome numerous threats such as scourge and alien invasions. It is a unitary force to be reckoned with.

What is the upper bar for powerful characters?

Huh?

Some characters are more powerful than others. More powerful characters are required to have a weakness that can be exploited for balance purposes.

Khan is accepted.

Minifex is accepted as well.

Upper limit would be a Palpatine level Jedi or a low leveled Saiyan or Krytonian.

That seems reasonable enough, I'll be applying as a character from the Toriko manga then.
Some of this characters abilities may seem overpowered but I'm going to restrict him to rarely using them.

That's completely fine, but most characters are superhuman in one way or another.

Could I have a modified version of Darth Vader? It would be him right after dying on the Death Star II. With his body being like his force ghost instead of the heavily damaged and scarred body from his duel with Kenobi.

Character App:
Name: Dagon

Appearance(Pics are fine):
Image

Without it, he is a built man with an ever changing appearance due to his constant cellular shiftings. The Suit shows him as a Caucasian male with brown hair and brown eyes.
Race: Genetically altered human

Age: 24
Gender: Male
Powers, abilities, and skills: His strength, speed, agility, stamina and senses are above that of even the greatest human specimen. He has an amazing healing factor, allowing him to regenerate entire limbs, and allows for immunity to telepaths, drugs, and poisons. He is an expert swordsman capable of holding his own against hordes of enemies. He is also a master marksman. He also has a form of cosmic awareness, which, if this was a story, would be called the fourth wall.

Equipment (If any): He wears the Suit of Sorrow, an advanced suit of organic armor which combined magic and future technology into a suit. Even Dagon isn't completely sure of everything it can do. However, he knows it allows him to talk to the past Archangels (genetically altered super soldiers), can absorb and reflect magical and energy based attacks, and transform into street clothes. The Suit is equipped with a teleporter which sends him to either places he can see directly or coordinates he states. The Suit also is capable of projecting realistic holograms over Dagon, complete with audio. Dagon uses this to show the face he presents as his, a Caucasian male with brown hair and brown eyes. Finally, the Suit has hammer-space poaches - a form of infinite storage named after the holes cartoon characters could pull hammers from.

He wields the Sword of Sin and the Sword of Salvation. The Sword of Sin is a magic flaming blade which burns bright when facing evil entities. It can morph into a pistol or a variety of explosive and heavy weapons. It is also capable of making those injured by it face the pain of the sins they've inflicted. The Sword of Salvation is a magic blade with a cold aura which glows when in the presence of good. It can morph into a pistol or a variety of machine guns and snipers. Both weapons are extremely sharp and can pierce most normal armors and shields.

Short backstory: Archangel-7 was to be like the others before him - the perfect soldier, able to deliver punishment to any place in the world quickly and dangerously. The scientists who made him also dreamt of one who could be "reusable," as the previous Archangels had each eventually tried to break free after seeing the outside world or after committing atrocities. To obtain this, they gave 7 a healing factor more advanced than the others. This would stop him from taking any permanent damage. They also treated him with a thorough brainwashing to prevent him from gaining any independence. Archangel 7 was now called "Duma" as he would serve in silence.

However, the brain washing worked to well. During one particularly rigorous session, Duma was driven mad. He viewed reality as false, and viewed himself as a construct of someones imagination. This new mental state helped him break out of the scientists' control. Duma freed the others, then changed his name to Azrael, for he had become the Archangel of Vengeance.

Azrael hunted down the scientist's facilities until they were all purged from the Earth. From there, he decided to hone his skills, enrolling into Badass Academy. He toke the name Dagon to help him assume his new life.

Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.): Despite how powerful the Suit is, Dagon still has no idea how to completely work it, and the only ones who did were killed by him. Darn scientists, never leaving behind an instruction manual. This means that sometime the Suit will malfunction or perform erratically.

Dagon's healing factor also is will powered. If he is demoralized enough, he will not regenerate.

Finally, he is mentally unstable. The brain washing turned him insane, making him here voices and believing there is a narrator who sometimes controls his actions.

Universe they are from(Link to wiki page. Ignore for custom characters): Own creation, from the good old days at Badass Academy.

So, I was thinking I might do Deadpool as well. Dagon was based off Deadpool, but it might be nice to have the original here as well. Thoughts?

Character App:
Name: Magneto
Appearance(Pics are fine): http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y298/g ... Kellan.jpg
Race: Human
Age: At least 70
Gender: Male
Powers, abilities, and skills: He can manipulate magnetic forces, thefore he can control any metal.
Equipment (If any): Wear's a helmet which prevents people from entering his mind, and controlling him.
Short backstory: As a Child, Magneto was held in a Concentration Camp as a prisoner. He, at the time, didnt know about his powers. In time, he managed to survive and grew to become a powerful mutant, Level 4. He worked with Charles Xavier to recruit students into his school, but later in time worked against Xavier. When humanity took measures to destroy the mutants, Magneto took a different role on. He sought to violently end the problem of the human's, but Charles wanted to peacefully resolve things. In the end, Magneto lost to the X-men and everyone had thought he lost his powers. Little do they know, he has regained them and has plans to destroy humanity for what they have tried to do continue. It is only a matter of time until he once again shows himself to the world...
Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.): Plastics or non metal items. He cannot control them. He also is old. If a naked big man ran at him who had low iron in his blood, Magneto might not be able to stop him.
Universe they are from(Link to wiki page. Ignore for custom characters): Marvel. Everyone knows Magneto...

Character App:
Name: Brawl
Appearance(Pics are fine):

Race: Transformer
Age: 73,000,000 years old
Gender: male
Powers, abilities, and skills: Transformation: Brawl transforms into a green Leopard 1 main battle tank.
Volume: If you don't hear him coming, chances are your deaf
Strength: obviously, he is a giant robot that turns int a 42.2 ton tank, of course he is strong
Equipment (If any): Electron gun, Twin Sonic Cannon
Short backstory: Brawl was one of the five renegade Decepticons liberated by Starscream in the Air Commander's latest attempt to unseat Megatron. As an element of their imprisonment, they had been reduced to mere personality components, so Starscream installed them into abandoned World War II military vehicles. The transplant caused the vehicles to immediately reconfigure themselves: Brawl in particular went from being an M4 Sherman tank to being a... more differenter tank, before turning into a robot.
Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.): anger management issues, not immune to EMP, absolutely no stealth

The only issue I have is the fact that he's pretty big and some areas in some universes (ie: The citadel in Mass Effect) might only be sized for human sized beings. Although I'll do my best to select places where Brawl won't have any issues. Accepted.

Name: Darth Vader (Anakin Skywalker)
Appearance(Pics are fine):
Image

Race: Human
Age: 46 (probably)
Gender: Male
Powers, abilities, and skills: The Force, unique lightsaber combat/fighting style, expert pilot, exceptional mechanic/engineer, brilliant strategist, and proficient in hand to hand combat.
Equipment (If any): Darth Vader's suit and his lightsaber
Short backstory: Grew up as a slave on Tatooine with his mother until two Jedi discovered him. After winning his freedom in a pod race he was taken to Coruscant to begin his training. Quickly he began to excel in his training because of his high force potential. During the Clone War he served the Republic as a Jedi General leading the 501st into combat in multiple battles over the three year period. During this time he took a Padawan by the name of Ahsoka Tano as his apprentice and married Senator Padme Amidala. Vader unknowingly became a father of twins at the end of the Clone Wars. For several years he loyally served the Empire and Emperor as the Supreme Commander of the Imperial Military. During the Battle of the Second Death Star he killed his former master Emperor Palpatine and redeemed himself. It was assumed he died on the Death Star II however that was not the case. He has awoken again but this time with a fully human body and not the damaged and scarred version of himself he has had to live with since the end of the Clone Wars. Darth Vader is determined to fully redeem himself and to hopefully earn the right to consider himself a Jedi once again.

Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.): His suit can't handle large amounts of electricity, because of this he only uses force lightening as a last resort. He carries a large amount of grief over what he has done over the years. He may be powerful but he is only Human.
