-Morocco finally partitioned between Portugal, Spain, and independent Andalusia.

Map update declared non-canon because it's just easier to portray Morocco as one entity on the map and just refer to the occupation in IC. It's like trying to draw all the Chinese warlord states of OTL. Not going to happen without gross oversimplification or uselessness.

Except the problem is that after 1974, Portuguese Morocco will become a separate country from the rest of the area.

Erm... Portuguese Morocco was a colony until 1936, then divided into several provinces (which were fully incorporated into the Portuguese administrative hierarchy) and was an integral part of the Estado Novo until 1974, then a sovereign state.

The CSA will not back further attempts by Tawantisuyu, Venezuela, or Guyane to steal large sections of Brazilian territory, because at the bare minimum you are all OAS members and you are not permitted to declare war on each other as a result. That much I can tell you.

As a result, they will fight to the death and this new view on Brazilian ultra-nationalism compared to the emperadors weak idea of regular nationalism has made supporters stronger. I have a kindof Nazi-esque approach for Brazil. In the end, the emperadors junta and fascist siwll survive but in Northern Brazil, and as Brasilia is seized, generals of the republic will (some) wish for a stratocracy to be in place while others will argue its too similar to a junta and want a legislative body and president. This will start a third civil war (the first was against Pedro II) and will allows the fascists to rebuild and make the junta completely fascist and nationalist. As a result even though the Republicans will end up winning the third civil war, the possibility exists two very powerful driving nations of Brazil will exist.

Regardless of what Ruri and the CSA insist, Tawantinsuyu, despite being an OAS member, is not going to sit idly by while a toxic state forms on it's borders. Especially one with radical nationalism.

If you declare war without Confederate and OAS backing, your OAS membership will be suspended and you will be labelled as an aggressor against the OAS and treated as a military enemy.

If Brazil fails to meet human rights guidelines and standards imposed by the OAS, or prevents the OAS from seeing if these standards are being met, its membership will be suspended and a new government will be put into place following OAS military action.
