The Pme'an were an ancient race as they had been conquering and converting species for millennium across the Orion Arm. One Night on an Observatory in a Pme'an System about 20 Light Years from Earth they picked up faint radio signals emitting from the star known as Sol. Learning that there was an "uncultured and heretic" civilization nearby known as Humanity. The Pme'an Covenant prepared a fleet made up of about 300 Ships, 200 to carry 600 Million Colonists in Cold Sleep and the other 100 to carry 60 Million Soldiers and their equipment. The fleet set out at 50% of the speed of light towards Earth in the year 1975.

The Year is now 2015 and the Pme'an Ships are arriving in the outer Solar System and starting to decelerate it is only a matter of time before Humanity detects them and learns of the intent of the Pme'an the subjugation and conversion of Humanity to the religion of the Pme'an.

Also I forgot I should add Single Stage to Orbit Spacecraft, Hypersonic Missiles, and Kinetic Weapons that can strike cities and military targets from orbit.

Yup I should mention though since they only have Sub-light Travel and Lightspeed Communications you would only control the conquest fleet along with the settlers.
