INTRO:

Hey everyone welcome to the Halo: Rise of SAPARTAN II's RP! You will be able to play as any charicter you come up with, weither that's a SPARTAN, Marine, or even a insurrectionist! We can go over the details of who you can be latter. The year is 2517, just as you wake up in your new home on reach. Your frightened, you have no clue what is going on, you want your parents but the men in uniforms won't even speak to you till. Bang. You hear an alarm, and then a man comes in screaming orders. You notice your not the only child. You are one of the 75 children abducted. The 6-year-old SPARTAN II trainees awaken for their first day of training. They are led by Chief Petty Officer Franklin Mendez to the first taste of the military and there first day as SPATANS.

Also, maybe we could expand this to allow for more creativity than just. Everyone SPARTAN. Allow apps for Covies, Marines and Innies as well. Assuming we get enough interest that is to allow for a broader RP.

Thanks, but if we do so, then we will need to change the initial setting from the Insurrection to the Human-Covenant War.

As players wishing to play covenant would have no place in the insurrection, but lets say a player who created a Innie Character, would still be active in the Human Covenant War.

Could be. Well I need to go to work soon, but we need to decide if this is going to be a General War RP. Considering that the Human Covenant War lasts for more than 25 years I believe. Or focused on a much smaller conflict inside the Human Covenant War.

SPARTAN II's, but within reason. Not the chief or friends like Kelly, Sam, Fred, Linda. None that have to follow the storyline.
I'm personally going to be myself.

We could do all the kids arriving at camp on Reach for training. First Arc just training and maybe fighting the insurrection

I'd say use "Fall of Reach" as a template for training and Tech, ect.

Well, we will stay with the fall of reach book and timeline. But then we will maybe branch after the fall of reach and try and carry on to,other parts. But people will die.
