XCOM: Nation's Defense (An XCOM:EU Thread) Signup/OOC

This Thread aims to create an Alternate Universe in the form of XCOM: Enemy Unknown, 20 Nations will be part of the Council of Nations, first come, first serve. While each player who wishes to join the XCOM Project as a soldier will be able to. Members of the Council of Nations will be able to supply funding, and soldiers, and will also be able to roleplay as a Soldier.

The System will be like This: Ghondra (that's me) will be the head of the CON (Agent 47 lol ) And as the head of the CON, and the creator of the thread. Will be the gamemaster, in-game, there will be a commander, it won't be me. I would post a quiz after the signup, in order to test a Candidate-Commander (I will be the Central Officer), While a randomized member of the Council of Nations will lead a mission, if the commander is unavailable.

For Combat, individual Members of the Thread would be able to post combat stories, there are few prerequisite:
1) The Team you deploy must be multinational
2) The Tech level must be equal to the current level of tech employed by XCOM

And that's for combat. For Strategic Operations, a member of the CON will run the "Ant-farm" Every 10 days, the runner of the XCOM Base will be replaced with a random CON member. 2 hours Real Life, will be a day in the Thread, when I'm not available, I'l choose a random CON member

When Not in Combat, each member of the thread could publish an overview of the condition in their Country, or a personal account, either a soldier from the regular Military, police officer, or from the civilian citizenry.

This thread would be open for everyone, provided that they change their tech-level to MT (Modern Times) As in XCOM Canon, until researched, XCOM soldiers would not be able to use Laser, or Plasma Weapon.

XCOM Began far back in the 90s, but until the Invasion began only had a Skeleton crew. Now with Invasion imminent, the Council of Nations have authorized the further expansion and development of the XCOM Project.

History: Duval is a Veteran of the last Unification War of Tenenza and has experance in working in a number of hostile environments. Since the collapse of the LIP, she has been an advisor for several other party that support Interventionalist policies, as well as rejoining the military as a drill instructor. As it stands, she is one of the most experienced soldiers in the Tenenza and is highly devoted to the cause of XCOM.
