Like Persia and the Sassanid Empire before him he still possesses the olive skin and black hair of the original inhabitants of the Arabian Peninsula with well defined facial features representative of his experience and the high regard he holds his empire to.
Age: Apparently 24, his nation is closer to nearing 40,000
Gear on-person: The saber acquired from Persia in the old world is all he consistently carries with him other than the clothes on his back.
Personality: A rightfully confident nation proudly accepting of its history, he stresses the preservation of historical sights and monuments of significant cultural importance.

For the most part, yes. But the map claim could overlap with someone. As in Verdum will probably want his full Germany, but I think Belgium should be fine.
